Good value for money accommodation. Perfect for our group gathering. Owner very prompt with responding to enquiries and very helpful and hospitable. Would book again.

When we first arrived to the property we were overwhelmed with the tranquility of the location and the perfect layout of all the rooms. The cabins were huge in size and everyone found comfortable beds. The rec room was a perfect spot for us all to gather and enjoy into the evening and the next day we enjoyed a girls weekend event with some extra guests visiting for the day. Steve was wonderful and very respectful and lovely to deal with. We have already asked to come back for annual events and have shared this property with other family And friends to use. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Steve

We stayed with an extended family group of all ages. Each family had their own separate space. The kids loved the pool and the grass to run around on. The property is located just a 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches.

Ideal spot and set up for large groups. Steve made the process very easy for all involved. It was a great time!

The whole family enjoyed our stay for the weekend, the property is a bit dated but it also is a great weekend getaway for large groups.

We were looking for somewhere in a nice location that had lots of sleeping options as there were 9 ladies, none of which were a couple. The accommodation was set up perfectly for just this. None of us had to share a bed and we were given 4 of the cabins which each had a shower, toilet and little kitchenette. This was perfect for any of us that got tired of "socialising" in the recreation room. The beds were ok but many of us did comment that were could not have slept on the mattresses longer than a couple of nights. But in reality, nothing beats the comfort of ones own bed. There were a few minor maintenances issues like dripping vanity taps in cabin 3 and 5, the dual flush in cabin 4 stayed on, the kitchen light not working in cabin 5 but this may just be a case of changing a light bulb. TV connections not attached, a few lose pavers in the garden and the veranda decking needs an update. The recreation room was a perfect spot to play music, heat up dinner and once warmed with the provided heater stayed warm to enjoy the night. The terracotta floor had obviously just been cleaned before we got there and was still pretty wet so we needed to put on the oscillating fan heater to dry it enough to walk around in socks etc There were also a few unwanted creepy crawlies but bug spray was provided to get rid of these. We stayed in winter so we couldn't make use of the pool but this area was very clean so would be great in Summer. Solar Twinkle lights in garden was nice touch.

Steve was an excellent host, very accommodating and nothing was a problem. Property was great, very quiet but close to Terrigal for nightlife if that’s what you’re after.

The venue met our needs. We were able to organised a pre prepared meal in the kitchen and sit around and chat

This place was amazing … the host are amazing people, they live on the property.. but had no dramas from them whatsoever .. the hens was a success, and we even had some (adult) entertainment and we party till late with no complaints from neighbours nor the hosts. The host also provide in-house self serve Thai buffet freshly cooked, which tasted amazing. No complaints from none of the ladies. This does come at an extra cost, but it is worth it, as it Saves you from looking for another location to have dinner or leave the property, so everyone can continue to drink and dance the night away. Safely.. I do recommend this place 100% and have your own little oasis. In our group their was about 12 of us and we slept very comfortably in the cabins provided..Thank you Steve and Arunnee for lending us your property for the weekend a fabulous little gem..😁✌

Good place to spend a weekend with a big family

Needed somewhere for all the family to get together for Xmas. The pool was a real hit with the kids and the adults loved the garden surrounds.

Everything was so easy and Steve was great at communicating everything we needed to know. We had 14 women stay at the venue and there was plenty of space! The rooms/cabins are so spacious with everything you might need. The common area room by the pool was great for our games nights and we all fit around the tables in the outside entertainment area for dinners and breakfasts. There’s plenty enough here for a fab weekend away AND it’s 10 mins from The Entrance Hote and roughly the same to the shopping centre where there’s a woolies, Dan Murphy’s & (our cool find) Carl’s Jr. Would definitely stay here again. Didn't realise you share a wall with the property owner so noise is a big thing for them doesn't help they are 4 paces away. Some things in disrepair but overall not a bad stay.

Very generous couple always willing to assist and provide.

Steve and Nooni fabulous hosts. Discreet, but available if needed. Large family sized rooms ideal for my 4 kids and their kids. Verandah wide enough for games and play out of sun ( or rain, but wasn't any, despite forecast.)Separate cottage great for older family members! Food prep. area really good..plenty of everything, close to pool and entertaining space. Well mown grass ideal for running on, and group games. Couldn't have been better for our multi-aged group. Thank you Steve!

We had a wonderful stay at Wamberal Cottage. Steve was a great host and available at all times. The pool and outdoor area were the highlights.

Amazing place to stay with the beach and shopping centres a 5 minute drive away, owners were very nice as well.

The owner lives on directly next door to the cabins, but they are both very lovely and understanding people to interact with. Noise is not an issue with the owners although there are general noise restrictions. There are certainly areas where the cabins are run down, doors and windows are janky and are quite poorly kept. Due to some areas being run down, bugs and such were sometimes a concern. Although the buildings are a concern, the outside area is large and very good for large amounts of people. Thank you Steve :)
