A perfect location for hen party (of various ages). Excellent communication from the property manager Jim who was super helpful.

Lovely stay. The property could do with updating such as the fridge/freezer, TV,and dishwasher. The location is excellent and we did not hear the music from the strip

Villa Teresa is a spacious house situated a minutes walk away from the strip, but we were not disturbed by any noise from the local bars and clubs. Communication with Jim was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Brilliant communication and helped with transfers

We had a great stay for my sisters hen do! The Villa was very spacious with every bedroom having its own bathroom, which was a bonus for 12 girls trying to get ready of an evening. It’s a little noisy at night, as it’s literally a stones throw from the strip, but ideal for getting places. We had a couple of issues, blocked sink and leaking shower we needed help with but because it was a weekend, no one came out. Otherwise a great stay, fab location for nightlife and a short walk to the beach. Thankyou

Although the villa would be ideal for young groups , for our family - ages ranging from 3-89 - it wasn’t ideal. Plenty room and bathrooms in each room. Lovely pool , good kitchen and plenty of equipment. Very near strip which was good and bad, the pin location finder didn’t work for Uber’s or deliveries or people trying to find us. The owner had great communication skills and answered almost immediately but didn’t send anyone to deal with ant problem or answer when we informed him of opportunist thief who tried to enter the property when my daughter was home alone with her young child. Both terrified and now missing her purse and holiday money. The Villa is quite impressive but is tired and needs upgrading - spending a bit of money on furnishings and fittings and upgrading pool loungers and outside furniture would make a huge difference however if stag and hen do’s are the main market then it would be a waste of time as they would probably get damaged. If you are a family looking for a quiet holiday it’s not for you but if you are a young peer group fire in.

Stayed at Villa Teresa for my friends hen do with a group of friends and family. The Villa was perfect for a group of us and the pool area was great with a sun bed for everyone. The Villa is in a great location just off the strip and had everything we needed. Jim was helpful and responsive from the moment we booked our stay & arranged transfers for us and the drivers were also all friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!

All great. Get plenty of towels. Pool great temperature. Villa perfect size, all clean and tidy for arriving. Jim and Miguel the owner and manager are great very responsive. I would stay again

We had an amazing time in the villa which was located in a great part of town.... Jim was very attentive to my questions leading up to our stay. He organized the transfers so there was nothing to worry about on our arrival and departure. The villa itself was lovely.. chilling by the pool, eating as a group in the kitchen area and outside at the table and chairs. Beds were comfortable and was nice to have so many bathrooms to. The area the villa is in is easily accessible, a very short walk to the strip and about 10 minute road train ride or a 30 min walk to the old town. Both areas were great and lively. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant stay at villa teresa, literally in the strip but further enough so you can’t here a thing, villa was clean and tidy, self check in which was great, fab for hen or stag parties, Jim arranged the transfers and the communication was great. If we wanted to stay on the strip again I would 100% stay here again. Thanks Jim

Overall it was an amazing stay. So close to the strip and local shops but so private and hardly any noise from the clubs. Only issue was shutting the guard on the back doors but not a major problem. Bit of wear and tear around the villa but it's to be expected as I imagine it's booked all year round. Would definitely return. Thankyou

The villa was clean and spacious and the pool area was perfect for my group of friends over our weekend visit!

The location of this Villa is brilliant, however there were some discrepancies from photos to reality, the cupboards are pealing, there are no umbrellas around the pool (massive issue for us) sunbeds were very worn and uncomfortable, not the nice blue ones in photos. Only 2 plug sockets in the upstairs triple room, both of which are dangerously damaged with holes and wires out. We tried to use one but our plug adaptor turned black within an hour, Based on this we looked for a fire extinguisher (just incase) and couldn't find one. Air con in the same room didn't work and couldn't be fixed for 3 days which was when we were leaving. We paid for pool heating, it was freezing! I can understand them not updating cupboard doors and other things like that as it's probably rented out to a lot of groups with small damages here and there, but correct photos and safety of guests is a MUST. Plastic cups for around the pool should be provided too. Beds were comfortable, great location, all kitchen appliances worked, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Lots of inflatables left which was lovely, we left some too. Couldn't hear any noise from the strip at night if keep windows closed which was brilliant! Mini markets all around you, nearest supermarket is an aldi which you can walk to in 20 mins but would probably want to taxi back. Surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Fabulous trip to albufiera for my sisters hen do! From the moment I booked the trip Jim was extremely helpful and was always on hand if we had any questions. Villa was as described and perfect location for the strip. As we were only a short walk to the strip we did wonder whether you’d would hear the music from the strip at night but you couldn’t hear anything which was great for our recovery!! 10/10 - would recommend this property and Jim x

It was a nice villa in a good location. First night we had no electricity on the top floor but was sorted the next day. Would recommend

Big house, with 6 rooms and private WCs, ensuring privacy for a big group of friends such as ours (5 adults + 7 children). Nevertheless, the house & equipment require strong maintenance as we found: 1) water damaged walls through the house (1 bedroom was even impossible to be use due to really bad walls conditions); 2) several home appliance not working properly, such as air conditioner in the room, dishwasher machine and fridge, 3) scarce kitchen materials, for such a big group.

We booked the Villa Teresa for a stag do and it turned out to be a great choice. The villa had everything we needed and is in a great location if you are wanting to be on the Strip.

We booked Villa Teresa as a group of 11 blokes over the Easter Weekend. I could'nt recommend the Villa enough - it is a fantastic property and had everything we needed. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well prepared for our arrival. The outdoor space, especially the pool, was ideal and accounted for the majority of our stay!! As described in the ad the Villa is practically on the doorstep of the 'main strip' - very handy location if that is what you are looking for. However, I was pleasantly surprised that you couldn't actually hear the strip once in the Villa. The Old Town is a lovely walk of around 15-20 mins; but just as easily, and cheaply, accessible via taxi / tuk-tuk if required. Prior to our stay Jim the owner was very prompt with his responses to my many questions/emails and was always very helpful. On arrival his property manager Miguel met us at the Villa (we were early so also met the army of cleaners!) who was equally helpful and bent over backwards to ensure we would have a great stay. All in all the experience was fantastic and would have absolutely no qualms about returning or recommending this to friends / family or anyone else interested. Thanks Jim! Ben

We went as a group of 12 girls on a hen do and it was perfect. It is set just back from the strip but is still quiet & relaxing, but great as you can walk out in the evenings and everything is there. Pool area was lovely with enough sunbeds and chairs etc, lots of bedrooms & bathrooms (and mirrors!). We arranged our airport transfer through them as well and there were no issues. Very good trip, so please with where we stayed. Thank you!

Had a really good time with my family, only downside was some of the beds creaked as soon as you moved,but overall good location, and would stay there again
