This is the perfect place for a Cape Cod Getaway that is off the beaten path yet close to everything the Cape has to offer. The beach was a short walk from the cottage, perfect for both high and low tide. Cottage is located in a very secluded neighborhood where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying watching the wild life. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation.

Easy to bike or drive to beaches, but not necessarily easy walking distance especially if you have kids and/or a lot of stuff. Otherwise the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything was clean and it was a comfortable size to fit myself, my husband and 2 year old plus my sister and parents. Easy to bike or drive to beaches, but not necessarily easy walking distance especially if you have kids and/or a lot of stuff. Otherwise the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The way the house was set up worked out well for our two families. We had common spaces and spaces to ourselves. It was within walking distance to a beach and a short drive to others. We had a great time here.

We had everything we needed. Lots of space, comfortable, lovely home and a short walk to the beach.

A touch rustic but very clean throughout. Big, modern washer/dryer and fridge. No dishwasher. Well-stocked kitchen. Keurig machine. 3 A/C's allow adequate cooling throughout, fans also. Bring your own blankets during the pandemic, as there are none. Space outside to set up badminton and nice space for grilling and outdoor eating (ample, 3-burner gas grill). Airy, sunny indoor dining area. We walked about 10 min to the beach; check out Paine's Creek beach at low tide, a short drive away, very beautiful. Short bike or drive to bicycle rail trail.

My only issue would be with the "sleeps 10" advertisement. That is getting a bit creative. 7 for sure (although beds are small for our mostly 6 foot plus family) and then the pull-out couch is nice and comfortable. The futon on the porch would be just fine but, without shades on the windows, it's VERY bright and also really hot during 90 degree days. If you could get shades for the porch, that would be awesome.
But we loved the house and were sorry to have to leave!
