We had planned this trip for over 2 years, and when we finally were able to take it, the property made is very easy. Close to anything we needed, including Disney properties, it was a wonderful place to sit back and recover after after a day at the parks. A few little items, like missing washcloths and less than perfect pool heat, were addressed quickly by the owner why was very responsive. I would most certainly rent this (or any of his other) property again and I recommend them (and him) highly. The only issue that caused a bit of a problem was a large hole in the screen of the lanai, which allowed dirt, leaves and an occasional squirrel into the pool area. I’m sure it will be addressed soon and I wouldn’t let it stop me from recommending this place.

Great experience with this property for our Disney vacation. The dual masters were perfect for our two families staying together. Resort pool and splash pad were great for the kids. Awesome location!

Overall the stay was good. We had 2 tvs not working, the coffee pot was broken but they had a kurig, the pool wasn't as clean as I would like (my personal opinion coming from a pool owner) We had one bed that had crumbs in it, easy fix with the extra sheets they provided. Overall it was good considering the traffic the home has throughout the season.

Amazing stay! You can never get bored. Traveled with big group and we all enjoyed it. Definitely will rebook!

I'm giving this house 2 stars because the purpose of our vacation was for the kids and they had a great time! My kids are 5 and 6 and they loved the house, the toys provided and of course, the pool. However, as an adult, I won't be staying here again. This house won't be the worst rental you've stayed in but also will not be one you brag about. It just gets the job done. The house is very worn. Yes the owner is very responsive but not everything is a quick run to Walmart to replace or handyman repair. The hockey table is still a problem. The pool cues are still messed up. The two master showers are still very molded/mildew and both shower heads are needing to be replaced (leaking terribly, spraying up on sheetrock and won't hold position). Touch up paint is needed all over in addition to water stains needing to be repaired. The master beds are great mattresses but the sheets and/or comforters are likely made of polyester and not comfortable to sleep in. The top sheets of the bunk bed are so worn they are covered in pillings that my daughter couldn't leave them alone and sleep so I moved her beds. All of the kid room bedding is also that polyester sheets/comforters. The game room DOES have AC but is on a timer that maxes out at 1 hour so you have to set an alarm on your phone to remember to keep resetting if you want to keep the room ONLY slightly cooled because the converted garage is NOT insulated at all. The double garage doors are simply closed, that's it. Daylight is still coming in at tops of doors and the doors themselves are not insulated garage doors. So an AC unit in an uninsulated and unsealed room only does so much, especially when it shuts off every 60 minutes. I have no doubt my kiddos would rent this house again but since they are not paying the way, it will be one I pass on next time we visit Disney.

Our family stayed here for 1 week. The house is beautiful and in a very secure neighborhood. There was plenty to do for all ages, from the game room, to the pool, to the resort amenities. Whenever we had a question or concern, we were helped right away. The only issue we had was remembering to turn off the alarm for the pool area. I completely understand the need for the alarm, but it seems like if you dont have small children the alarm should be able to be turned off. We would definitely recommend this property, and if we were ever to vacation in Florida again, this would be our choice of whete to stay.

We had such a great time at our stay! The owner is super attentive and any issues were handled immediately. We did have trouble initially getting into the property as the welcome email had gone to spam but it was easy to get in touch to get help! Our kids had an awesome time! Thank you for such a wonderful stay and being so accessible! We would definitely stay again!

Overall we had a fun time with our three kids. The pool and spa were heated as requested and the safety features of the pool (alarm and pool fence) were helpful with a 19 mo old. The play room was fun for the kids and had enough toys to keep our two youngest busy when inside.When we arrived after a long day of traveling we went to turn on some cartoons for the kids while we got situated and not one remote in the entire house had batteries. One of the master bedrooms also had no working light so we contacted the management company about these two issues immediately. They came very quickly with batteries for us to put in the remotes but the light issue was not addressed for a couple of days.The kids rooms were cute although the princess and Mickey rooms need a lot of TLC. They are very run down with lots of chipping paint. The house had lots of chipped paint and generally had a run down feel (some cabinets are crooked, dirty build up on the trim, stair railings had a lot of sloppy and chipping paint.) This obviously did not impact our fun, but for what we paid we would have expected a much more well kept home. There was a significant amount of mold in both master showers. We contacted the management company two times and responded when they texted us about a couple of other issues but despite being told someone would come to tend to it, nobody ever came to address the mold. My husband contacted them via text once more on Sunday of our Wednesday to Wednesday trip and got no response. As another reviewer mentioned, The air hockey table was not working properly. It seems there was not enough airflow to move the hockey puck which was bummer so we didn’t use that. The front door lock instructions need to be updated. The instructions talk about a a red or green button-none exists. It looks like the key pad was recently updated (poorly- crooked and doesn’t close super securely) but we figured it out. Not sure if this is from general wear and tear or the recent lock replacement but the front door is not super secure. Even with the deadbolt it has a 3/8” gap between the door and the jam.I will say that Sujit is very responsive both before and during our visit. At one point we mentioned that there was no spatula to flip eggs and by the end of the day Amazon delivered two of them. In the end we had fun but next time we would expect a much cleaner place for the price we paid.

We had a shirt quick stay but the house & community pool are great! The rooms with the twin beds were too hard for the kids to get a good sleep.

House was very clean. Plenty of space for everybody, short drive to parks.

Just would like to note that the property is much darker and smaller than it looks on the pictures. Also I can imagine it to be cleaner. Otherwise all was good.

I would love to rent this home again my family and I enjoyed everything about it.

The house was tastefully decorated and it had more than enough room to accommodate our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 children). Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, there were plenty of dishes and a whole range of small appliances available for our use. There was even a Keurig and a Slow Cooker - which was a life saver! The kids loved the pool and the game room while the adults had plenty of room to relax both inside and out. Prior to booking the villa, I had some concerns about potential issues in the game room based on a review from a previous guest and contacted the owner. He responded almost immediately and assured me that everything was in working condition. The game room was just awesome and it was was the perfect distraction to keep the kids busy when we had bad weather on at least 3 days during our stay. We had a question with the TV remote in one of the kids bedrooms and contacted the property manager. Someone from the maintenance team arrived at our door less than 5 minutes after my call and helped us with it. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that! We had planned to to go the water park and the community pool, but never got a chance to go since the kids were having too much fun in our private pool and the game room. We had a wonderful time at this villa and can't recommend it enough. We have already started making plans to return to Mickey Mouse Villa for Spring Break next year and we can't wait to be back!

First off id like to say Sujit was great, he was quick to respond to any questions and checked in with us during our visit to see if we needed anything. The actual property was ok. Good size house and nicely themed rooms, and great pool with basketball hoop.. But the house could use some touch ups( paint, trim, shower heads, doors not closing properly). Game room in the garage was not air conditioned, and like a previous review stated, air hockey table doesn't work, and pool cues were in rough shape. We were also asked to take our trash out of all the rooms at the end of our stay, and bring it to a dumpster 1 street over if it over if it didn't fit out front. And to wash all of the towels we used before we left, (the cleaning crew forgot to leave us a laundry pod so we couldn't comply with that part.)but this is something I didn't really understand, while we were paying a cleaning fee.

I pride myself on leaving honest reviews because I definitely look at reviews before booking stays. Our family stayed at this property the weekend of Father's day which also happened to be my husband's birthday. Sujit was super responsive before, during and even after our stay. There were a few issues (starter kit was not stocked, jets on the jacuzzi didn't work until our last day, propane tank was empty, air hockey table had wrong sized puck so it didn't work properly) but all were resolved in a timely manner after I contacted Sujit. I would stay here again because it was super clean (which I was concerned about during COVID19) and because of Sujit. He assured me that they would be revising their checklists to include more items so future guests can have everything working prior to checking in. Sujit, thanks for an awesome stay and for being so attentive!

I’ll start with the good. The owner was great with communication. Upon arriving, we had no problems getting into the house. There were a couple of things we couldn’t figure out with the pool so I called the property manager. She was very helpful with the things we needed to figure out. I also had to call her a couple days later because multiple lights burned out while we were there and she had them replaced the next morning. The house itself is great. The layout is perfect for two families with two master suites and bathrooms off of the kids bedrooms as well. We traveled with our friends and their two kids, with five kids between us. I was pretty nervous about the comfort of the beds. I kind of expected mediocre comfort like I’ve had at so many other rentals. The beds in the masters are memory foam. We slept very comfortably all week. Between the kitchen and dining room, there was plenty of eating space for everyone. Having a game room there was amazing. The kids had a lot of fun in there. They also had a blast in the pool. It was probably their very favorite part. There is a nice patio space and a hot tub. The pool alarm was annoying but for people with small kids, a great feature. Now...there are definitely some things that need to be improved. First, the main things you would think need to be clean were clean: the counters, the toilets, the sinks, the bedding...but the showers and the floors and the baseboards and ESPECIALLY in the game room all around the washer and dryer were pretty dirty/dusty. The washer smelled pretty bad of mildew. Even as our clothes came out clean, everything had a light mildew smell. We felt the need to rewash everything when we came home. The showers could have been cleaner as well. There was ONE kitchen hand towel and zero wash rags. That’s not acceptable. In the bathrooms, there was only one hand towel per bathroom. So when we needed to wash our hand towel, we had nothing to use in its place. There were an abundance of body towels but they had seen better days. Many had frayed edges and several even had stains on them. There was no bath mat in one of the masters and there no rug at the sliding door so we had to use a beach towel for our kids wet feet. The paint throughout the house really needs to be updated/fixed. We also noticed that the business license at the door was expired. Even with all of the things this property needs to improve on, we would still recommend the property based on the positives.

Great place to stay. The property description and photos are accurate. The resort facilities and location are an awesome added bonus. Communication from the owner was excellent. The baby/kids gear provided is a bit on the gritty side, but thats to be expected I suppose. Overall a great place, I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Thanks for the stay!

This property was the perfect fit for our family. Everything was as expected, we found a few broken things that didn't effect our stay made owner aware and things were fixed while on our stay. only thing we found we needed was propane for the gas grill which was no big deal. We had a wonderful vacation and will be staying with this owner again.

Really nice home, tons of room (5 bedrms/5 baths). Family gathering without being on top of each other. Pool/hot tub great for kids & adults. Perfect location-5 mins from Disney/15 from Universal. Clean, well-maintained prop. (doesn't feel like a rental). Owner super responsive & accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Disappointed in rental. Sheets in every bed gross..not our hair kinda thing. If you have children’s beds chances are you should wash ALL the bedding! We do a couple of family vacations yearly and always do VRBO and we’re not hard to please just want to be together. The game room that was a HUGE draw for our family but NOTHING worked. No air for hockey game no ball for fuse ball game pool sticks no tips. Then topped off with extremely long days at Disney to come back and road in front of house was closed. Just one hit after the other. Would definitely stay in the neighborhood but wouldn’t stay at this exact place.

We were traveling with 2 separate families splitting the bill. The 2 matching master suites made choosing a bedroom simple. The location was great and the house had most everything we needed.
