We had a wonderful time

This was our second year at The Lake Haus. Once again, we had a lovely time. The house is clean, organized, and designed perfectly for a family vacation. Beautiful views, darling deer visits, and a peaceful area. Worth every penny.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Cameron was an exceptional host who communicated with us whenever needed and was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

This is our second time to stay here - so what does that tell you!? The house is beautiful, has everything you need, and is perfectly located with easy access to the lake! This is by far one of our favorite family vacation spots!! The views are amazing and the house host are also very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!!

This lake house is by far the most amazing place we've stayed in all the years we've been visiting Canyon Lake for weekends away. The home is gorgeous and sparkling clean. The furnishings and decor are relaxing and well-appointed. There is everything you could possibly need right in the kitchen and all rooms. The view is breathtaking and the BBQ pit provided some great family time around a fire. The lake access was exactly what we were looking for to fish and swim all day, it was wonderful! As a side note for all the difficult sleepers out there, the master bedroom has the MOST comfortable mattress EVER in a rental. I typically do not sleep well on vacay but slept like a baby in this bed. Bliss! The owners are wonderful and provided everything we needed to make out stay perfect. We are already looking for time off work to get back here asap for another visit!

We loved this property! The views were breathtaking, the house had so much room and was the best stocked Vrbo we have ever stayed in and very clean. The deer were eating from our hands every night! 10/10! We will be back!

The house is perfectly located on Canyon Lake and offers amazing sunset views overlooking the water. There was plenty of room inside and outside for our entire family (7 adults, 1 eight year old, 1 ten year old). The house literally has everything you need and more. LOVED the easy access and steps down to the water. We spent most of our time swimming, fishing and kayaking! The kids also very much loved feeding the deer that visited each morning and afternoon. I would highly recommend this house for a family vacation spot. The owners communicated quickly and we’re so helpful if we had questions. We are definitely already looking to see which weekend to book it again!!

The view from the deck and living room is amazing. The layout of the home is perfect for gathering. There were just 4 of us but could have easily accommodated many more. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great property, great location, great lake view. The mornings and evenings were so comfortable to sit out on the deck. We interacted with the deer multiple times a day. The kitchen had any gadget you could need. We used boat launch number seven almost every day. We also got to enjoy San Antonio and New Brunsfel. The owners were great for communication before and during our stay. We loved our week at Lake Haus!

This was our fourth year having a family vacation at Canyon Lake, and this location stole our hearts. Immaculately arranged with any amenity you need. Beautiful porch view of the lake and easy entrance to swimming. Everything was top quality. Parents of young children can feel safe throughout the house as well as on the gigantic back porch area. Yep, this is the one folks, this is the one!

Very nice property overlooking lake with great sunsets. Beautiful lake. Only drawback is if you have a boat. No place to keep it in the water.

My friends and I like to cook for ourselves and we had an easy time in the huge kitchen! Lots of counter space and stove burners. The back deck view of the lake was also awesome. Would definitely stay again

The view will take your breath away. The kitchen and open concept will meet every need for your gathering. The deck will relax you. The sleeping arrangements are perfect. The deer will entertain you. And the hosts couldn't be kinder. This is best place to stay in Canyon Lake.

Beautiful views! There’s lake bugs but otherwise it’s beautiful. We had a wonderful time celebrating a bachelorette weekend and would do it over and over again. You don’t even have to leave the house, bring your groceries and floats and relax all your stress away. Great stay.

It was wonderful and relaxing! The hosts thought of everything in making their home enjoyable for a vacation! Convenient to marina and grocery! Comfy beds and huge kitchen for cooking and hanging out! Our favorite thing about this property was the back porch!

It was a blast. We brought our jet skis, kayaks and a floating island. The Lake Haus is a great base of operations. It's clean and has a nice open space with lots of natural light. It was the most stocked VRBO I have been to. They owners are great. I cannot recommend the place enough. Book it now and thank me later....

Great open kitchen/dining room space and an amazing view of the lake. The house came with all the necessary amenities (and then some!) and we enjoyed having direct access to the lake. The deer that come visit was definitely a highlight of our trip! Clean house. Easy check in process, easy communication. Overall a great stay and we would recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend in Canyon Lake!

Great home with a cozy feel and awesome views.

This place is super cozy and quiet. The house is completely stocked with anything you should need, especially the kitchen! It has every gadget you could think of!! The beds are extra comfy which really makes a difference when staying away from home. Our children absolutely loved the deer that come to visit!! We really enjoyed drinking our coffee while watching the sun rise and fall...the view is gorgeous!! All in all, it was a fantastic Thanksgiving getaway while still socially distancing and we will definitely do it again!!

We had a wonderful time! The house was great-nice big kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of seating. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was easy. We didn't need a thing. Loved the sunsets and wanted to take all those precious deer home with us. Great trip!

My wife and I were very satisfied with our stay at the Canyon Lake house. The property looked better than advertised and the atmosphere was amazing. Sunsets and sunrises at the lake just a little walk away from the back patio. The house was clean and furnished as if you were at your own home. Excellent connection with nature as we feed deer right of the back patio.

Great location with beautiful views and lake access. We took our boat and jet skis for a family get away and had a wonderful time. We would definitely come back for another stay.

We had a great time at the lake house. The sunsets were amazing. The kids loved feeding corn to deer every evening. The kitchen was perfect size for everyone to gather for meals (there were 10 of us!) Everyone loved making s'mores by the fire! This was a great place to get away to.

The owners had the house fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, it's like you are in your own home and then more. I brought my own things but when i got here, i barely had to unpack my things! Beautiful location, the sunsets are amazing and seeing the deer, everyday was nice (feeding them was so nice, too). I will definitely come back! Thank you!

I was unable to attend our small family gathering due to a funeral, but my son and family enjoyed their time relaxing, feeding the beautiful wildlife, enjoying the holiday. Thank you for having such a beautiful property with all the amenities. Highly recommend this beautiful home and property owners. Can't go wrong!!!
