The house is very clean and well accessorized. Everything you need is here! We had really pleasant time with our toddler! Host is very friendly and answers all questions very fast. Great access to the lake. Best Easter ever! Thank you!

Friends with young kids rented this house and had a great time . There was plenty of entertainment and a great outdoor play area for kids. I recommend this house for a stay

We had a terrific weekend with ten women. The sleeping situation was great. We all had our own bed. We cooked and had a fab dinner at the big table in the kitchen. The house is about 30 minutes from Jim Thorpe where we spent the day on Sunday. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall a fun weekend with great friends.

What’s not to love about this place. On the pond , kids had a blast in the kayaks & rowboat , and on a cul de sac quite neighborhood.

My family had a wonderful time! The pond in the backyard allowed us to fish and go boating and kayaking.

We had a great time staying here. The weather did not always cooperate, but the large table allowed us to play game together. The kids loved the freedom the kayaks gave them. The host was amazing at ensuring a pleasant experience.

Great place to getaway with our family. The location on the pond was great. Nice spacious backyard that allowed for just hanging out. The kayaks were a big hit with everyone.

We are a family of 16. All different ages ranging from 4-64. Plenty of room to sleep with some to spare. The house is so accommodating to every one. Excellent communication with the owner. Easy Check in and out process. The lake is so refreshing. Not crowded. A Beautiful vacation.

This house is very good for family and ppl who loves boating, kayaking and stay out near home.. Owner of the house mr. Voytek is so reachable, honest and helpful. Outside color of house makes u think something strange but when u walk in, the house got everything from top to bottom.. very clean, many bed, many room and pool( snooker).. if you loves to cook food, enough enough enough utensils are there. We booked this house for 24 ppl but finally 23 of us.. we found this house amazing in everything..5 star 🌟� ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟� 🌟� location was superb ❤️ we made good memories .. thank you Voytek

Our group of 20 had a wonderful winter’s weekend. The house was comfortable and had all the comforts of home, even a crib for the wee baby in our group. The owner was kind and responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Traveled with 22 family members to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The weekend was amazing. The house was amazing and the homeowner even better. Very attentive and responsive to our needs. The entire family was very impressed and loved their time there. I would stay here whenever possible and would recommend it to large families. Honestly except for shower time which is to be expected we never felt the presence of all our guest. Such a peaceful and tranquil environment the view was so beautiful. I can’t thank the homeowner enough for opening his home to our family allowing us to make memories that will last us a lifetime. Our children range from 10 months to 31 years young and they all loved it. Millions of thank yous and I would tell anyone if you have a group of people that you just love being around gather them all and rent this home it truly will be worth it. We want to travel late spring or early fall just to really experience the lake😊�

I highly recommend this house. It's in a great location. Very quiet and peaceful. We had 17 guys and didn't feel crowded at all. Being on the pond was great, and awesome having kayaks to go out on. There are a lot of things to do within a short distance of the house.

vacationed with entire family, [siblings, nieces, nephews and grandparents]- 24 total, and we all had a fabulous time! the owner was responsive, kind and helpful and honest. the house is as described, and the backyard and lake were wonderful- we spent most of our two days out back and on the lake. highly recommend!

My family reunion of 14 people (all ages) stayed in this house for 5 days , and I have to say everything was perfect. Plenty enough space for everyone to sleep and never felt crowded. We all had a blast on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boat. The kids caught many fish. There was great communication between the owner and I throughout the whole process.

Used this property to house everyone for my brother's bachelor party. The homeowner was very helpful and timely with his responses. The house was clean and served its purpose. Would definitely rent again

Voytek was absolutely terrific with communication through the whole process. Very much a pleasure to work with. We had a group of 18 big guys for a bachelor party and the property had everything we needed. Enough beds and space so you didn't feel completely on top of each other. The outdoor space is great for playing games and the dock was separated enough for some quiet fishing. I would absolutely rent this property again and recommend it. Thank you Voytek!

We were in a bind! We had rented a home via Airbnb and the home was misrepresented. We contacted Voytek about one of his properties and it wasn't available; however, he offered us another one. He didn't oversell it. He was honest about the modesty of the home. The home was clean, on a lake, and had indoor activities. Our party enjoyed our stay immensely and Voytek's hospitality was commendable!

We had a great time. The house and bedding were very clean and well kept. It was small (just as described), but worked out very nicely from the layout. It was nice to have the dock right there. The owner was very responsive, friendly and on top of everything. Great Stay!!!! Would definitely recommend this property.

We rented the house for our groomsmen and bridesmaids to stay in the weekend of our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier. It had enough beds (18) for everyone, a great kitchen full of glasses, plates, bowls, silverware and appliances, clean bathrooms, and a fantastic backyard in which to hang out and relax. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and the fireplace was a nice added touch when it got cold at night. The house is at the end of a hilly, windy road, but was easy to find with Google Maps. Voytek was also very easy to work with, and answered all our questions promptly and completely. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group without hesitation.

They say pictures say 1000 words but the reality in this scenario is the opposite. The actual experience and view was better than the pictures. When you are organizing an event with almost 20 participants, the key is for everyone to feel satisfied and that was the ultimate experience this past weekend....SATISFIED....and for that I am grateful.
