Richards condo was a perfect place to stay for our 1st trip to St Thomas. Communication was great with fast replies and great recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. (The Tap and Still has awesome burgers). The condo had everything we needed, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper,etc. The photos do not do justice to the inside or the view, every room has a balcony and an awesome view. The place was very clean and check in was super easy. Parking was very close as well, as soon as you go through the main entrance you take a left and parking is within 30 feet. We never had any issues with neighbor noise or any sort of interruptions. the Wifi was quick and had no issues connecting. The restaurants onsite were very good, the Carribean fish market was really good but a bit pricey however the food and service was great. it was nice not having to rent chairs at the beach at the resort like we've had to do at other resorts in the past. Driving on the island was a whole new experience as well, many tight turns and steep narrow roads but it just made for some very interesting memories with the kids. :). We will definitely stay here again on our next trip which my kids are already asking for.

This property is in a great location in relation to Red Hook and several great beaches. The view from the rooftop is wonderful. Condo was clean and very spacious which allowed the family to have separate spaces when needed. Just a few of the very nice features are: pool and restaurant on site, steps away from the beach with multiple water toys, very nice sheets & linens (very important for sunburn). Overall great place. Would definitely stay again.

Property and individual unit was well maintained. Easy access to Red Hook ferry and shops. Public access to beach at Ritz Carlton a plus as we used it for public parking and chartered boat access. Property beach and pool best suited for young children. We appreciated the various ‘beach gear’ available in our unit as well.

Our family was looking for a relaxing vacation in USVI. This condo provided everything we were looking for: great location, nice amenities, great view, beachside dining and swimming. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our vacation dreams come true.

This place was just perfect! My husband and I stayed with our 24 year old son and 18 year old daughter. The 3 bedrooms were great for us! 3 balconies for each room and a main balcony were so nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Would have liked a few more towels in each bathroom so we didn’t have to wash so much, but that was OK. Everything was clean and nice. The beach was exactly what we love. Plenty of seating at the beach during this time. The pool is nice, but we spent all of our time at the beach. You may need your own beach towels. We didn’t get beach towels until the 3rd day and then only able to get 3. You can rent snorkel gear, kayaks, boat rides at the beach shack also. The beach bar by the pool is fun and then Sangrias is a nice place to get a drink and breakfast, lunch or a snack. Sangria has only pizza after 6pm. The Caribbean Fish Market is a very nice and delicious restaurant for dinner at 5pm. Food was so good! Beachside is a plus! Service was great and everyone was pleasant. We would recommend this resort. So easy to get to Red Hook for boat charters and restaurants and shopping. Rent a car and drive around the island. Mountain Top market was fun place to shop with the best banana daiquiris.

This was the perfect property for 3 groups of friends. Condo itself and the property were amazing. Owner gave some great suggestions on things to do! Place was spotless and pictures don’t do it justice. Pool and beach area were AMAZING.

Had a wonderful stay at this 3 bedroom condo for a multigenerational family trip. The property was as pictured/described, and in great condition. It was easy to communicate with the host and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic! We are a family of 4 and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The condo is actually 3 units in 1. The actual property of the unit was well kept and the beach, although small, was nice. The property was close to the Red Hook ferry for St John and relatively close to other popular beaches such as Magens Beach and Lindquist Beach. When getting to this condo, use Google Maps and not Apple Maps. Apple Maps takes you to another location altogether. The property has 2 restaurants on it. One is pricey and the other is a little more easier on the wallet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us and now I know why people are consistently giving 5 star reviews. We hope to visit again!

The condo is in a great location with beautiful views. The resort has a beautiful pool and beach. The staff was kind and helpful. The hosts were very helpful with a list of things to do, locations to visit and just over all helpful. The condo is beautiful and very clean. They provided the necessities. And even some food and alcohol was there when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting rhe island. We had a great stay and would stay here again! I'm telling all my friends and referring them here!

Our experience was amazing and I highly recommend this VRBO to any family visiting St Thomas. The highlights 1/ Rick (property owner) is always available to communicate, cares about his guests experience, and provides great insight on the area. 2/ The resort has two restaurants on property with excellent food choices 3/ the beach is well groomed but also not packed with people, as we were able to get chairs anytime during the day. And, you can snorkel right out front. 4/ The pool is a nice break and also has plenty of chairs. We have a family of 5, including 3 teen age daughters, and everyone agreed this was their favorite Spring Break experience.

We enjoyed staying at this location. Great pool and restaurants on site. Clean place. 5 stars.

The balcony on the 2nd story/roof top is an amazing place to hang out and enjoy some drinks once the sun goes down. Lots of bathrooms. Everything is labeled and has instructions on how to use. You will not be disappointed. The beach here was nicer than across the street at the Ritz because it didn't have sea weed. Would be great for a large family or like us, several couples. The owner was more than accommodating when had to shorten our trip by a day because the airline canceled out original flight home. Great people to deal with. Book now!

Best vacation in years

This place was booked kinda last minute! It fit our family perfectly! Everything was exceptionally clean & you can tell they thought of all the little things! Thxu so much we all loved our condo and the amazing views!

From booking to checkout and everything in between this was an excellent experience! The owners communicated promptly and explicitly and the property looks exactly as it does on the website-possibly even better. We rented the top two penthouses and the views are amazing and the units have everything we could possibly need including an ample supply of tissues and trash cans in each room and the four bathrooms were so convenient and wonderful to have. The beach is great with nice sand and shade and snorkeling-so something for everyone. The beds are very comfortable and we slept great and the condos are spacious and beautiful. The location is perfect with easy access to so many things, including the ferry terminal which we used frequently. We loved our week-long stay over Christmas and we will definitely be back!

I’ve had the opportunity to stay in a lot of homes and condos at some of the best destination. My favorite thing is definitely the privacy and the very spacious accommodations. You would not find a better set up for three couples. Everybody gets a king bed, a private bathroom and a private balcony. The main living area has more than enough space to accommodate a full house ready to eat. St. Thomas and the surrounding islands have so much to offer and the people are great and friendly. The town of Redhook was definitely my favorite with small walk up bars and plenty of good food. The two restaurants at the property will definitely keep you satisfied if you decide to stay in and enjoy the beach. On our first day we met a cab driver named Joseph that ended up driving us for the entire week. We met him at the resort and just like everything else there he did not let us down. I would also like to thank Rick the owner of the condo. I would definitely stay here again. The condo had excellent views of the water, was very clean, and looks just as seen in the pictures. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The island itself was a wonderful place to visit and the people on the island were all very friendly and welcoming.

Great place! We had lots of room and everything that the Taylor’s listed was spot on! Coffee pot quit after a day and Richard delivered a new one the same day. Red hook was a short drive and is a great little town. Definitely have to go to Agave restaurant! It was awesome! Duffy s was great too. We loved the location of the condo as it was very close to a few awesome beaches. We would recommend you do Coki Beach for sure, as well as Saphire Beach and if you don’t mind the 30 minute drive, try Maegens Bay. Maegens Bay is the only beach we paid an entry fee, it’s $5 per person. I would recommend you take a ferry over to St. John. The ferry terminal is minutes from the condo in Red Hook. We enjoyed the day at Trunk Bay as it had an unbelievable white sand beach and the water was incredible. Every beach we went to had a bar, food, & chairs available for rental. we have stayed in many VRBO condos and this was are favorite by far. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 and was well stocked with water sports and beach amenities. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your spectacular condo and the amazing views!

Great condo with a great view of Cowpet Bay. Plenty of room for our family of five. Good beach supplies in the outdoor closet, including snorkels and an easy up canopy that was handy on St. John when it rained at the beach. We visited a few other resorts and their beaches were no where near as nice as the one on this property, which was great when we just wanted to stay on property to use the beach and pool. Great location too- very close to Red Hook where there were lots of restaurants to choose from, as well as souvenir shops and night life. Would definitely stay here again!
