The location is perfect, also very close to main station of national express busses. Kitchen in ground floor is a plus with good kitchenware. Very clean. I liked the view from the window.

I liked that you have a kitchen so you can go shopping and then cook whatever you like so that was pretty good but you might need to know that they only have salt and some type of vegetable oil for food. The rooms were big enough for 2 people and looked really cute. They gave nearly everything for bathing. There was also a washing machine although it can be hard to wait for it (if you don't wait other people can take them out).

I obviously felt like I was sleeping in a tent outside. You can hear EVERYTHING if your room is on the side of the road. I woke up at 06.30 when the trash truck came. Some people took out my clothes from the washing machine so I had to wait hours for theirs to finish and then dry mine but there wasn't enough time so I borrowed a rack and hung them. Fortunately they were dry till the morning. The beds were really uncomfortable if you are coming here to relax it's not a good idea but it's good for travelers that just want a bath washing machine kitchen and a place to sleep. Also the showers door was not closing properly but that was not a big problem

It was cheap and close to the train station

It felt a bit like a hostel / B&B then a hotel as advertised. The room was small, the heater provided was broken. We had a slanted ceiling which made the room feel smaller and annoying as above our heads when sleeping.

The TV had only 1 channel which is ITV 4+1. There was no hot water and we had to sleep without a shower and only in the morning the water issue was fixed. The staff are not truthful. We asked to be changed from the room in the first 5 minutes after we got into the room and it was denied. To show that the hotel knew the Tv was not working, there was not even a remote control in the room and the receptionist lied and said its in there. She eventually gave us one from the reception. We discovered the problem and the other worker tried to convince us that the Tv works. He came and tried it and failed. He just kept lying to us which was even annoying as it showed disrespectfulness.

Location is perfect. We stayed for one night only to attend a concert. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Shower is perfect although bathroom is a bit small. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy check in.

No parking area. There's a parking area nearby but usually very busy.

Very good deal, full kitchenette in room (microwave, stove, even ground coffee and sugar!), comfortable bed, around 15-min walk to reach the heart of Cambridge.

I visited at the end of November / beginning of December, in the middle of a cold wave (0 C or lower). The room is not insulated against the cold AT ALL. The front door lets in cold drafts. Thankfully, there was an electric radiator/heater in the room, but even that gave just some relief against the general low temperature in the room.

Really well located at the top of Mill Road, easy to get to, there was everything one might need for a short stay.

The heating was on full blast and difficult to control in the bathroom, but it wasn’t really a problem.

All’arrivo (orario successivo al check in che era peraltro stato comunicato con largo anticipo e grande precisione) il personale era assente per pausa pranzo. Un uomo presente all’esterno della struttura, forse il proprietario, aveva le chiavi e l’accesso alla struttura ma non ci ha fatto lasciare le valigie (numerose, voluminose e ingombranti) perché la prova della prenotazione via booking non gli era sufficiente per aprirci la porta, richiedeva un codice di cui non ero in possesso. Ci ha invitati o a lasciare le valigie lì fuori oppure a tornare dopo un’ora e mezza. Inaccettabile! La stanza era ok, un po’ rumorosa, ma il servizio è stato pessimo per il motivo spiegato sopra. Tornerò solo se per necessità

Very narrow bathroom. Noisy street - at 2 am some company loudly laufed under our window. ..... Also if it could warn somebody - staff speak russian.

We got exactly what was advertised, which was convenient, easy, comfortable accomodation which was apexactly what we needed, and decent value.

Nous avons apprécié que ce soit pas chère pour un logement proche du centre ville. Parfait pour 1 nuit lit assez confortable mais petit.

Ce que nous avions pas aimé c’est la douche qui était très étroite. La chambre était au rez de chaussée mais nous l’avons choisi mais nous savions pas que c’était très bruyant avec la cuisine les aller retour des personnes qui monter dans les escalier et je vous parle pas des gens qui vivent en haut le boucans qu’ils font quand il marche, on entendait quand ils tiraient la chasse d’eau on entend l’eau couler dans les canalisations…

Mill Road is a busy road with traffic throughout the night but nothing property can do about that!

Perfectly located (walkable between both train station and city center), clean and cleverly equipped kitchen, relaxed and friendly staff. Small desk and enough sockets, hot shower and small, but well-planned bathroom.

I could have done with 2-3 wall hooks for jackets or clothes in my room (room 3).

Location was ok

I was woken up at 3am with someone drunk banging on the door trying to get in. Everything someone flushed the toilet above me it sounded like a train coming through my room. My shower was broken and stuck on max temperature so I couldn’t use it and the bed was really uncomfortable and room super noisy with the thin windows.

Still amazed that we found this quality of accommodation for a reasonable price and in an excellent location! The loft room we stayed in was a good size, clean and comfortable and with everything we needed provided. The shared kitchen was an excellent resource, only we only used it for making hot drinks. We would have been comfortable staying here for much longer than a few nights. We would definitely check for availability here first when we next visit Cambridge. Every room having its own, high speed, WiFi access point is genius.

Some noise from the street, although little bursts rather than constant through the night. Kitchen can get a bit crowded at breakfast time.
