Beautiful views!!! The home was cozy and quaint with everything we needed. The shared pool at the complex was fantastic! Would stay here again in a heart beat.

The area and the property were great, beautiful view of lake. We only had couple of cleaning issues but the guest service person Sue, addressed them immediately. We would definite recommend this property, close to stores and as mentioned beautiful scenery and especially for taking rightful walks. Wonderful stay.

Some issues with the complete cleaning of the property. Some furniture had changed. Especially the dining table chairs. Wanted padded chairs for playing games but chairs were mostly hard wooden chairs that didn’t match the pictures. A couple of light bulbs were out. The view of the lake was great. We really appreciated the early notice that the condo was ready. We had difficulty finding the pillowcases and it would have been nice to have a couple more baking pans. We loved the outdoor area and the view

The condo was in a great location, right across the street from the Bear lake state Park/marina. We were able to hook up our boat and be at the marina in less than a minute. The view from the back porch is amazing too. Loved staying there and would definitely do it again

The furniture was at least 20 years old in the living room on the slipcovers that they were covering with were old and I'll bet haven't been washed in a year And they would not stay on. The ice maker in the fridge did not work but was running constantly why we were there and I could not turn it off. The location was excellent the unit could use an update

We loved our stay! The home was well stocked and centrally located. We had plenty of space to spread out and it had an amazing view of the lake. The two complaints we had were that the mattresses were awful and the upstairs got really hot! When laying down, there were large body impressions in the mattresses making it so your feet were higher than your head. The AC has a warning that you can’t turn it below 70 which is fine for downstairs but the upstairs was around 75 and we couldn’t open the sliding door because the screen was broken. All in all we enjoyed our stay but never got a good night sleep.

The place was nice. Couches were peeling. Beds were uncomfortable in spare room. This would be 5 stars with updates/upgrades.

Location perfect, needs to have sofa bed replaced before advertising it as an option for sleeping. Generally clean but work needed on detailing; dusting ceiling fans, base boards and spraying for spiders.

The property is in disrepair and filthy. There are a laundry list of items that need attention: carpets are horribly soiled, 50% of kitchen chairs you can sit on because they’re broken, internet and WiFi went out during our stay, and got locked out of unit because of broken screen door. The place is dirty. I wouldn’t go bare foot in the unit. As an example, coffee from the previous guest was still in the coffee maker. 🤢

This place was fantastic, especially for the price. Plenty of space, great kitchen area with dish washer and laundry. Loved that it was right across the street from the bear lake marina as well. Only complaint was that the wifi was shotty at best. Probably just need a new router. But we were mostly out on the lake, so that was OK, and it worked well enough to use Netflix on the smart TVs at night. Also would have been nice to have a real grill outside. Otherwise it was great! Exactly as advertised, and gorgeous view from the balcony! Highly recommend.

The home was very clean and comfortable. In a great location, just a few minutes drive from all the restaurants in Garden City.

It was mediocre, but the price was low. Air conditioner didn't work that great. The dryer barely dried, had to run it several times to dry clothing. There were 4 of us staying there. Tried to get in the hot tub, there were about 6 small kids in it kicking and splashing everywhere with their parents ignoring them. Some guy came over and kicked everyone out of the hot tub, saying only 10 people allowed (no visible signage thats says it). Threw a huge fit and made a big deal. Once my friends and I got out, we just left because it was miserable. Then the guy fist bumped his friends because he "ran us off", and they had OPEN BEER CANS, which is not allowed. There was signage that said so. We were in the hot tub for about 15 min, that's it. All in all, I would not return to this place because of the guy at the pool area. He was very rude and only seemed to care about his friends, not other customers who are also paying to be there.

The view was spectacular. The place was very clean! The staff was very nice- we had a hiccup with the power and they returned our calls right away.

Can’t beat the view! Exactly as described with lots of clean towels and no hassle check in and check out!

Second time staying here and we love it!

This condo had AMAZING Views of Bear Lake from the kitchen, patio, and balcony of the master bedroom. I loved eating meals looking out at the lake. The backyard is a perfect place to throw a frisbee and let my kids run around. It is so close to the marina, we could enjoy fishing and kayaking, come home for lunch and return later for more or watch the sunset. Morning walks up to higher ground also had impressive views. Kids lived the pool and hot tub, and the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus.

We really liked the location and the view was amazing! But the toilet downstairs was broken and two people cannot shower at the same time. I really wanted to take a bath after a cold day, and there was not enough hot water. We also had trouble getting the downstairs TV to work because there was no remote.

My wife and I stayed at this property during the week. The condo was very spacious and had a fantastic view of the lake. We enjoyed the shared pool and recreation area towards the entrance of the complex. We didn't do much cooking while we stayed there but the kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. The parking spots are extremely close to the front door. Overall a great experienced and we would love to be back.

Utensils were stained, dust on fans. No allowance to adjust AC. Won't stay there again.

The location was fantastic, right above the Marina. The view was simply incredibly sitting on the patio. Beds were comfortable. Swimming pool/hot tub were phenomenal, albeit crowded. Overall fantastic place to stay.

Great little condo with an amazing view! Really comfortable - just what we wanted. Loved that all we needed was the code to get in and were set. And we especially loved the jetted tub upstairs - it was heavenly.

Condo is comfortable and reasonably priced. Could use a little updating to improve but overall enjoyed our stay.
