Great property. Clean good facilities and proximity to Shoal and Fingal Bay. Air con leak onto stairs, previous renters did not put out the recycling trash so we did not have enough room for our recycling rubbish, also was not picked up by local council on Friday of our stay and low level roach problem

Disgusting

A fantastic home that comfortably housed 3 generations of our family for a week. The house is in an excellent location - an easy walk to Shoal Bay shops, eateries, parks & beach. Only a short drive to Nelson & Fingal Bays. Everything we needed was provided, and more - we all enjoyed the many boardgames & books on offer. Plus the 3 living spaces & the fully enclosed, grassy backyard were perfect for the kids. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to be back to stay again! Thank you!

The house was very spacious and great for large families or multiple small families as was the case with our group (3 families with 1 infant each). While in the inside was fantastic, unfortunately the backyard was totally covered in weeds and bindis meaning that the kids could not play outside at all. This would've been a major issue though thankfully there's plenty of parks around the area to take the kids to play at. Kitchen was great though the hot water was a little slow to get going too. Overall though a great place that would've been perfect with a useable front and backyard.
