nice house wiht a lot of room for all of us with an outdoor bbq area and close to the beach

This property ticked all the boxes for us with a great location close to the beaches, plenty of bedrooms to accomodate the extended family and pet friendly for our pooch. Unfortunately, there were a few letdowns. The beds and couches were not so comfortable. Also, there was insufficient toilet paper, hand wash, dishwashing liquid and tea towels - essentials for a household. Once we bought the supplies we needed, the property was very liveable.

It was easy to book, easy to get keys and was a fantastic house which met our expectations and needs. Nice and close to everything. We all loved the stay.

Reviewer Comments: Lounges very uncomfortable, rear toilet did not work, no plugs for any sinks, 1 lousy sachet of dishwashing liquid and only 1 tablet for dishwasher. For the price I would expect better than what we got.

Reviewer Comments: The cleanliness of the home was not good, the BBQ was unable to be used, it was filthy dirty,rusted and generally not acceptable. We found used tissues under beds, lots of dust, a womans used sanitary item in the bathroom cupboard, the property states aircon, but this is only in the kitchen loungeroom area, not in the bedrooms. There is a construction site right next door, which was never mentioned and the builders started work including Saturday and Sunday at 7am. Only after your booking is confirmed with Winning Holidays, the agents for this AirBNB, do they tell you the beds will not be made up, and there will be pacs of sheets/towels etc, and you need to make beds yourself or pay a $50 fee, and they will make up the beds before check in, not what you would expect.
