took a while to get hot water . One evening the water was shut off and i had to tell security about the situation. The security officer solved the problem. Water was back on in 30 min

Nobody was there when i arrived at the property..the office was closed and the receptionist was gone.. that was after confirming to the property my arrival time...sucks.

There is NOTHING to like about this place.

This place is a complete fraud, I would not recommend it to anyone. I had booked a 1 bed room apartment for a 3 night stay at Edmor Residence in Nairobi. When I arrived at 8pm on a Saturday evening, I was taken to a 2-3 bedroom apartment where there was already someone staying in and I was told I have to share with the man that was staying in the apartment, as well. This was completely unacceptable considering I had booked a one bedroom and my reservation was clearly stating so. I did not stay and had to figure out accommodation late night in Nairobi. I had kindly asked for a refund and reached out to the management multiple times, with no response. This is not how you manage a property, dear hosts.

Apartment was spacious and clean. It was close to the shopping centres and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Wifi work great.

Our initial booking was cancelled. We had to be moved to another apartment.

I booked for an entire studio apartment. But I was give a shared apartment. I was not informed in advance the studio was already taken. In the middle of the night the security came knocking on my room to give them the keys for the main door despite being told the other shared rooms every tenant have all the access door keys. And also the tenants were too noisy i not able to sleep well. There was communication break down which need to be addressed and improved.

Very centrally located. Serene surroundings, with birds and monkey. All staff very professional. Special thanks to Liz and Nathan, the housekeeping staff and guards at the gate. Good communication and the house have all the needed utensils with beautiful decor.APPRECIATED.

It's located in a great neighborhood and the washing machine was great because I could wash my clothes.

The staff didn't give me clear instructions at check in so I didn't know my room considering the numbers are not written on the door. I had no hot water for the whole time I was there so the showers were unpleasant. I found dirty and moldy towels at check in and was really annoyed.

Everything about the place was a check for me. I was travelling with my two little babies and this place was child friendly, comfortable, safe , clean, close to shops, restaurants and hospitals. It was better than what i thought. good value for your money, i would go back again and highly recommend it !
