The location can’t be better - you’re near Kapana district, a park and all the cool restaurants.

It was a bit weird that the reception is closed during the weekend and that one should check in in the restaurant. One must also fill a breakfast form that can be very confusing if more than one person is staying in the same room.

Locaion, exelent food, hospitality

The location was perfect. The room was pretty and comfortable. The breakfast was very good too and I loved how they make a packed breakfast when we had an excursion.

The reception is closed after 5pm and on weekends. There's no lift, so it's difficult if you have a luggage to carry.

The breakfast was splendid, you order beforehand and it is served in the restaurant. There are healthy options, several types of eggs, fruit and vegetables. I ordered avocado toast and my husband got scrambled eggs with bacon, the portions were more that enough.

No elevator, no hand rail going up the stairs. No help with the luggage. I was with my parents who are in their 70-80s and very hard to go up the stairs. Small soap for 2 people in the room? No phone in the room, if you need to contact the reception desk you have to go to the 1st floor. We were on the 3rd floor. We had balcony in our room. No chairs, no table, no ashtray on that balcony. Very disappointed. We came for a wedding with 6 suitcases, no parking, no help, very inconvenient. We had to walk 05km with all the suitcases to get to the hotel and then struggle to bring all the suitcase upstairs. The only good thing was the location.

The location was great. Staff at the reception and at the restaurant was really friendly and helpful. There was free Wi-fi and breakfast included. We received 10% off for the restaurant. There was a "rain" possibility at the shower.

The bed was a bit short for tall people. The bathroom was not comfortable. There was no place for the legs when you sit at the toilet seat because right in front of it was the shelf with the sink. The shower couldn't close completely (there was glas only until the middle), so the bathroom easily will get wet.

Located in the center. Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast is very very good compared to many hotels.

Not directly related to hotel but parking space is a problem.

The location, the room was great and the easiness of check in and out. It was clean and I especially enjoyed the equipment, like the tea kettle, the shower cap, q-tips, a bathrobe. Very convenient!

The hot water in the shower takes approximately 10 minutes to activate, so a lot of water waste until it turns to an acceptable temperature. The water pressure was seriously bad, as someone with thick hair, I could barely get all parts wet.

we are a family with two small children after check in and after we went for a walk the entrance card (I don't know the reason) didn't work. there was no employee at the reception, but there was a phone number. the employee came and found out the problem himself. we ordered and paid for 2 juices for the kids. at that moment another terribly rude employee comes and shouts and asks why the one and only card they gave us didn't work and in the end she "throws" the new card at me. it was the fifth, I think, time we visit the atlas and the last!! this employee is the reason we won't come again... by the way, I happen to know the language, I understood what she was saying behind me...! this time it was awful!!! and not only the behavior of the employee, the breakfast is even poorer with no menu options. only eggs and granola. and finally, there is no parking

Perfect location, couldn't ask for better - right on main square in pedestrian-only zone. Spacious and clean room, comfy bed, large bathroom. Great restaurant, very good a-la-carte breakfast. No elevator - no problem for us, but could be for people with mobility issues.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city

The smell!!! Oh my god. The horrendous smell outside the hotel and in the tunnel leading to the apartments....smelled like a raw sewage tank. You were left retching every time you walked in and out of the hotel rooms. Rooms were dirty, carpets filthy, curtains dirty and rooms got only a cursory clean which involved taking our rubbish and leaving clean towels.. the breakfast was an absolute rip off, it was inedible for the most part even though we only ate there one day out of three. Fpur options on the menu which were equally as bad as each other. 2 of them were granola! You couldn't eat there anyway as the sewage smell made you feel ill if you smelled it on the way down to the restaurant. Loved Plovdiv but absolutely would not stay here again.
