Stacy & John's house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Great spaces for relaxing, playing games, and just hanging out. The space was just as described and the property was very clean with everything we needed. This was our first trip to Pompano Beach and we loved to be walking distance to the beach and beach items provided. There are so many great restaurant choices within walking distance too! John and Stacy were great hosts responding quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely book this place again for a family trip.

This house was very clean and was fully renovated only a few years ago. Location, location, location - this house is perfectly located to walk to everything from the beach, restaurants, Publix grocery and more. All tiled floor, nice size bedrooms with good beds and clean and updated bathrooms. Home has a great layout. Heated lap pool was beautiful and nice to come back to from the beach. Loved everything about this home and the hosts were easy to reach and responsive. Highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

First, off I would like to start by saying the negative reviews I read on here are either inaccurate or full of insanity. The property is just as pictured. Cleanly and spacious. Wonderful and powerful AC we fully controlled, clear views outside,beautiful pool surrounded by hibiscus flowers, comfy beds, great laundry units, and quiet neighbors who respect your privacy. Yes there are quiet hours - as a mom with two babies I am EXTREMELY thankful of this because I want my kids to sleep. I am writing this as a mother with two babies 2 year old and 5 month old. We had to switch to this house last minute because of inaccurate listing of first booked house. John the owner was beyond compassionate to our circumstances and let us ASAP. We met both Stacy and John and they were both wonderful hosts and extremely accommodating. Anyone who thinks otherwise may lack introspection on their own actions. For traveling moms: The house is equipt with a potty training seat, two pack and plays, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, a “baby clean up kit,” high chair and Bumbo seat. The one suggestion I would love to see if we returned to this house is a couple of kids sand toys (bucket, shovel, etc) just some dollar tree ones even! They provide little soaps and a welcome basket like a hotel which is super classy. They have towels and beach towels. Everything was nice and clean and we were UNEXPECTED last minute guests! Beautiful ranch style home, on quiet walkable street, close to everything. Home was very clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed many of the owner's recommendations for local restaurants and activities which were all wonderful. Amazing pool and outdoor area was very private. House was perfect for our group. I would absolutely stay here again.

We just came home from 5 days at this beautiful home. The owners were great at communicating before and during our stay. The home was as advertised and truly met all of our expectations. The beds were comfy, pool was clean and warm, the kitchen had everything you can think of and they even took time to leave us a little basket of goodies. We decided to drive to the beach since we had little kids with us and my husband broke his foot before our trip but you could easily ride one of the 6 bikes or walk and pull their cart with chairs. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and Publix is across Atlantic. It’s about. 2-3 minute drive to the beach and probably a 7-10 minute walk. As someone who comes to this area every year, this has been our favorite place to stay!

John and Stacy were incredible! From the description of the house, the amenities it offered for my two-and-a-half-year-old, to the commute to the beach and attractions. We had an incredible 5 days with 7 adults and one toddler. There was a small issue with the AC on our first night, and I texted John and Stacy at 9pm, to which they promptly responded, and the issue was resolved first thing in the morning. I cannot thank them enough for their communication and beautiful house. A vacation to remember!

The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Check in and out were super easy, and had thorough directions on process, which I appreciate. The open floor plan kitchen/dining/living room area was a great gathering space. The pool was clean and had sun all day. The tiki hut was a fun hangout spot. The beach is a short walk over the waterway and was very clean. The house had a wagon and all the beach items we needed. The restaurants and bars along the beach have a fun chill vibe, with a lot of live music. There are also a lot of great restaurants right outside the neighborhood, and a Publix supermarket you can walk to. It’s easy to get to from FLL airport - our first time in Pompano Beach and we loved it. We met so many great locals, and have a lot of funny memories - already trying to figure out dates for a girls trip to the house

If you're looking for a house with beautiful pool and a short distance to the beach, then this is house is absolutely perfect. We spent most of our time just relaxing, but when we did venture out, we were able to easily walk to great places to eat, shop and enjoy the sun. The owners' were very helpful and friendly. We'll be back here for sure!

We were able to use the keyless entry upon check-in, and walked into the cleanest vacation home I’ve ever rented. They provided a nice bottle of wine and snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach, grocery store, several restaurants, and souvenir shops. The layout was perfect for our two families. We all enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs. We played endless games of cards and relaxed under the tiki hut. The kiddos had a blast in the game room, including playing lots of the board games that are stored in the bunk room. We cooked several meals in the well appointed kitchen, and grilled out a couple of times. We aren’t Keurig users, and were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee maker in the cupboard. The bikes were a huge hit for our kiddos (ages 11-14) and the adults. We took the wagon, sand toys, and beach chairs to enjoy a couple of days at the beach. Don’t miss out of the beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic!! Our favorite meal out was at the Tin Fish, where we enjoyed fresh seafood (I was so excited to get a grouper sandwich) and chicken for our non-seafood loving family members. We also enjoyed Grear food at the Captains Cafe on our way home from the Everglades. Flamingo Gardens was absolutely beautiful. John and Stacy were wonderful hosts! They were quick to respond to questions ahead of and during our vacation and provided tons of helpful information regarding things to do and see, and places to dine out. I highly recommend their vacation home and hope to stay again in the future!! Thank you so much, John and Stacy for sharing your home with our families!!

This house was very nice and everything was clean and just like the pictures. The layout was perfect for 2 families. Awesome pool area and loved the tiki hut! They had everything we needed for beach and floaties for the pool. Owners were great about answering any questions and were friendly!

The house was immaculate and provided lots of space for 3 couples to play cards or have privacy to read. Loved the pool. Walked to the beach many days where the water was crystal clear.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! 1. The photos are recent and are accurate. 2. The home is very clean and tidy, including the garage! 3. Furnishings are up-to-date. 4. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans and serving pieces. 5. Bath and pool towels are newer and still fluffy (big plus), and the wonderful pool! 6. Lots of outdoor toys, good quality bikes, and indoor games, too, in case it rains or you need a break from the warm Florida sun. 7. Location? Ideal. Easy 10-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes more takes you to the restaurants on the water, and then the pier. A 20-30 minute bike ride gets you to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. 8. Great area restaurants right around the corner on Atlantic. Be sure to check out Flamingo Seafood, The Foundry and Take Sushi. John and Stacy were very responsive (although I rarely needed to contact them). They even had a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine upon our late-evening arrival! We have stayed at other properties, and have used other booking services. It’s easy to understand why some owners use wide angle, camera lens, shoot their pictures from the ideal angle, and maybe post photos that are several years old to entice you to their properties. Not John and Stacy. They live in the area, and they want to make your vacation a comfortable one. We’re already booking our next FL trip with them. Yes, it was that good!

The house was clean and communication with the host was excellent. The host even provided a welcome basket that included a bottle of wine -- I've never had a host provide something like this, so that was a welcome surprise. The house is well-situated; we could walk to the beach and restaurants. We would stay here again.

The home is beautiful and was perfect for a family vacation including adult children, spouses and a toddler. There were enough beds/baths for each couple to have their own space and common areas large enough to accommodate everyone. Having the pool right out back was a huge plus and the beach is just down the road. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is decorated and laid out great. Nice kitchen filled with all the things you will need and more. Comfortable beds! Gorgeous backyard with tiki area and pool. You will never need to leave. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and beach. We loved our stay here!

Location and house were as described. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Overall a great home to vacation in. However, the neighbours are VERY close and EXTREMELY sensitive to noise at any point in the day.

This property was amazing. Everything you need is there. I have rented many places in the world for travel purposes and this one is in the top three on my list. John and Stacey are super hosts.

The house was great. Everything worked. Very well appointed. Kitchen, TVs, bathrooms, tiki bar were all above expectations. Nothing negative to say. It was apparent that the owners cared about the house and our experience.

My family and my friends family shared this house and there was plenty of room for everyone. The accommodations were excellent, the house is very nicely decorated, and the bathrooms were wonderful. The shining jewel of this house in my opinion is the backyard area which consists of a lap pool and tiki hut area. We enjoyed it very much. Do not hesitate to stay here. A couple reviews I think misrepresent the way this property is run and that is unfortunate. The owners never once bothered us, no neighbors called the police that I'm aware of and our over all experience was perfect.

I booked this property having to evacuate from hurricane Ian. I am somewhat of a property snob and I expect premium Accommodations. Having read other reviews stating it was exactly as advertised I thought I would give it a try. This property was exactly as advertised. The owners take pride in their property providing excellent linens and bedding, television options, Internet service, furnishings and the overall appearance of their property is stellar in quality. They are present at their properties as these property is very well-maintained. The location is very close to the beach as well as many choices in restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I cannot stress enough how grateful we were to have evacuated to such a nice home with such gracious hosts.

Spacious and well equipped house in a decent location near to the beach (7 mins drive) and the shops. Very clean and tidy. Lots of room. Lovely pool with all the pool toys. Excellent BBQ and shops nearby (drive). Area was good. John was easy to communicate with via VRBO app (although he couldn't text my UK number and wasn't on WhatsApp). Would love to go again. Strongly recommended.
