Very clean and spacious appartment. Everthing you need for a comfortable stay was there. Well suited for our family of five. Location was also great. Bus and supermarket nearby. If possible we suggest to rent a car (which we did) as this allows you to visit all kinds of beaches nearby Split or makes it easy to visit Dubrovnik (which is a must see as well)..

Sometimes it can be noisy in the street during the night (but was not a real problem).

it’s a bit far from Split centre but an Uber taxi is £5-6. the walk into town along the coast is stunning and we did it both ways every day. but it is 4km so not so good for young kids or elderly people.

The apartment has a perfect location. At 50 meters you find a bike rental and you can ride to the center of Split (a ride next to the coast) in 15 minutes. The rental company was very accurate and answered on every question in just a few minutes. The apartment itself is spacious, has good beds, excellent air conditioning and a good size terrace with lovely sea views. The property is on the 4th floor, reachable by outdoor steps or (when you arrive or leave with your suitcases) by elevator through the garage. We can defenitly recommend this apartment!

The rental company found out that the washing machine was broken on the evening before our arrival. They did there best and on the second morning of our stay delivered a new wachine machine and a bottle of wine from the owner for the trouble. Excellent service! Just one tip : it would be nice to have a bigger outdoor table for meals outside (it´s suitable for 2 but not for 4)

Excellent apartment for family with nice view from the terrace, on which we enjoyed for breakfast. Very helpful communication with the host with recommendations, guidance and support. Good location to the beach of Znjan and a bus stop just in front. Nearby shop and several beach restaurants. Many possibility to park the car in front of the building.
