Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Parking garage coulda been bigger but it was ok

The room itself was not bad and was very clean. Conveniently right on the beach, pool was clean, and the beach accessories were very handy! Vanessa was great and super friendly. We were a little thrown off that the cleaning fee is not already included into the total. Having to pay cash when we got there for the cleaning and key fobs was not ideal. We were forced to purchase two fobs when we only needed one. If we are returning it during check out we should get the money back (like a deposit instead of purchase). Altogether, the additional fees start to add up and bump the total up alot. Another concern was the kitchen supplies was not the best. There was only a small and large pot and a pan. Everything stuck to the pan no matter how much butter, spray or oil you put on it! This made cooking take very long and messed up a few meals. Also, apparently they are under new management so I believe this may be a reason for a few concerns/issues. My family stayed in 5 different rooms at this location and a few have even stayed at The Tides in previous years, but they said this year they were not satisfied with their stay. It was difficult to use the fob for every single door to the pool then to the beach, etc. I can understand using it to get into the building. Also, even though we had wrist bands for staying at the hotel they asked us everyday, while we were at the pool, to check in so they could ensure we were guests. This means no guest can come hang out

Great condo with pools and beachfront. Would stay again at the condo in the future. Only negative was the beach belonging to the condo did not have chairs and umbrellas to rent. The condo had chairs and umbrella to bring down, but sometimes on vacation I don't feel like dragging them down and setting them up. Nice to have a company set up on beach and you can rent. What we did was move to the resort on the left and rented a set at that resort a couple days.

It was great! They had beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella, and coolers! Exactly what we needed for an enjoyable vaca at the beach.

Our stay was just as expected! Everything we needed was right there! Apartment is right on the beach and Walmart is a half mile walk away. Everyone in the building was very friendly, the apartment was very clean and very spacious! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean comfortable and adequately equipped. It's location on the beach 2 pools and proximity to shopping and restaurants are terrific. Dealing with Vanessa the property manager was a pleasure.

this condo was in a great location very close to Hallandale Beach Blvd with great access to the pool,and beach nice area to walk around shopping for food or something else Walmart is very close by the Condo was in great condition would definitely come back to this condo thank you Daniel and his staff 😄 Jennifer

My 16 year old daughter, her friend & I just returned last week from a week at this property - we had a wonderful stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals, which was a big $$ saver. We did have a car, so were able to explore the entire Hollywood Beach area. Check in was great - Vanessa & her sister were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Need to travel for restaurants though, only 2 within walking distance that we could find. Took the bus down to or up to the Boardwalk (concrete broadwalk) many restaurants there. We would return to this lovely resort, nice heated pools too.

Beautiful and stylish condo, great beachfront location with all the modern amenities of a high-riser building. Breathtaking cityscape views from 14th floor! Check-in was a bit more involved logistically but the reception team made it effortless and straightforward. Great location: beach and pool and close enough to drive to Miami for some big city action if needed. The condo has extensive list of things a family might need on a beach vacation: stocked kitchen and other miscellaneous items including beach furniture. Apartment was exceptionally clean and comfy. We has a great time and truly enjoyed everything the area had to offer. Next time we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again!

In general was good, view from the balcony, (you can see river and this is shadow side of the building - you can enjoy while sitting at the balcony. Location good everything you need very close buy, beds are nice, clean bed linen and towels... But in general this apartment was not clean well, floor was sticky (Of course looks like cleaned after preveous guests)... but knifes broken, forks and spoons are cheapest, there is no board to cut fruits... Price ok, but all service fee... higher then expected.... But... I can recommend... this building and apartment if you want travel and discover Florida.

The property was beautiful and very secure. the condo was magnificent with a great view. Vanessa was wonderful on showing us around and checking in. Would highly recommend staying here. Will be back again.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to Walmart, right on the beach, pool was great and the gym was plus. The unit was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys and cooler were a huge help when going to the beach for the day. Management was very responsive, check in and check out were both very smooth. Will definitely rent again.

Daniel and Vanessa were great to work with and were helpful with a somewhat confusing check-in system. Glad Vanessa was there to guide us! The apartment is nice and is just like pictured. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. The beach chairs in the unit were nice so we didn’t have to rent every day. The pool area was nice but if you want to get chairs you must go down around 7:30 and put your towels out to “claim” them. (Although there is a sign that says this is not allowed, it happened every day of our 10 night stay.) Because of this (and a few other pesky building rules) we would definitely stay here again, but not for more than 2 weeks. Convenient area close to lots of shops and restaurants (if you have a car). We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay at “The Tides” property. The pools & the beach were awesome. The beach was beautiful & we could walk to lots of restaurants & Walmart. We will definitely come back.
