This was a wonderful place to stay for our ski trip! The condo is very comfortable, cozy, well-furnished/decorated, and had all the essentials for our stay. Wonderful views as well out the front! The best part was the location - only about 10 minutes from Winter Park for amazing skiing, and just minutes away from a cute downtown with plenty of restaurants. Would love to come back for another ski trip! Thank you for hosting us :)

A great place to stay. We really enjoyed the front patio area with a view of the sunset over the mountains, grilling kabobs and watching hummingbirds since the hosts have 3 feeders. Clean and comfy bed. Corner condo so it was quiet even when there were a lot of folks around for a local jazz fest. The Safeway grocery store is also close with decent prices. No Uber or Lift in the are, but they do have a local service called ‘Scoop a Drunk’ which is similar if you want to your some local breweries or just need a ride. The Indian restaurant (Dunbar) in Winter Park was also excellent.

So happy we chose Jim and Christine‘s Summit Trail Lodge for our 2 week stay. The cabin style accommodations were very comfortable and made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with extra amenities and the owners provided great communication with us before and during our stay. The very clean condo is in a quiet location but very close to shopping, restaurants, hiking & snowshoe trails and, of course, the ski resort.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, everything was amply shocked, clean and easy to find. Our hosts James and Christine were wonderful they communicated with us right up to our stay and were available if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. We even saw a moose last morning of our stay

Super nice condo! Decor is great. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal, just bring your ingredients. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio and watching the hummingbirds. The bed was comfortable too.

Loved the inside and outside. Everything you need is provided and more on the very generous side. Check in was easy. Our stay was very comfortable, relaxing and quiet! We especially appreciated the quiet and not being right in town. We would definitely come back.

The condo is beautiful, very well maintained and the owners were responsive. We had record snow out last day and I have never had such kind service from a host. Everything is beautiful, comfortable and perfect for a couple or small group or family. You can’t go wrong!

Incredible Mountain Condo!
This condo is decorated beautiful & they have thought of everything! The furniture is so comfortable & the views of the mountains are absolutely breathtaking! The kitchen is a Chef’s kitchen & has everything you need to prepare fabulous meals! The owners are awesome and provided outstanding high communication & when a blizzard hit they enabled us to extend our stay! We had a magical Christmas and New Years and they even decorated for the holidays! We cannot wait to return to this mountain paradise! Joe & Michelle, Allen Texas

Mountain Getaway
Beautiful condo on lower level walk out. At approximately 9,000 ft. the air was fresh and crisp with no smoke. Easy to get to and condo had every thing you need for cooking if you desire to do so. Complete selection of spices, condiments and Weber grill. Fire pit was a nice setting with a glass of wine. Welcome amenities were a nice surprise. Owners communicated well and no problems encountered. Shopping at the base of mountain including restaurants. Great stay.

This property was a definite 5 star rental. The hosts were very inviting and the rental was clean and exceeded our expectations. Definitely will consider renting again.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you will ever need for your stay.

Renting was easy. This was a great location. It was just outside of town, quite and a great view of the mountains to watch the sunset.

Fantastic stay.
This place is wonderful! Very cozy, tucked away from large roads and very quiet. When we first arrived we knew we were writing a review as we were welcomed with a welcome note and a bottle of wine. Last but not least we ended up getting snowed in. So the owner called us and was very concerned for our safety and asked us to stay another night free of charge. They were friendly, caring and very understanding with the situation that came up. I will definitely stay there away.

Beautiful like new condo!
This condo was gorgeous and looked brand new. The kitchen was more than stocked, the bed was so comfortable, they had games in the closet, snacks upon arrival...they didn't forget anything! We felt completely comfortable and at home. It was a great place to come back to after a day of skiing. Check in was the easiest I've ever experienced and the owners were readily available when I had a question. They had plenty of information on things to do in the area. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this condo!

Great place for our family. The condo had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. Our kids loved the space around the property to sled and play in the snow. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful
This place was great! Everything was perfect and there wasn't a thing I can think of that would have made it a better stay. Loved the decor! We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with the fire table and beautiful sunset. Fraser was a close enough drive to visit the restaurants, breweries and distillery. We really enjoyed our visit.

The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The views were gorgeous. The bed was comfortable. The property is close to town, grocery store and good eats. Love this place!
We travel to many places and this condo is one of the best yet! It was very clean and setup so nicely. They thought of everything you may need and even had a welcome gift for us. We enjoyed the quite & peaceful location. Our kiddo loved having quick access to outside and the views were incredible. Highly recommended!!
