Overall it was a perfect place to stay. The check in was easy and my emails were answered quickly. The rooms were clean and the location is ideal and everything is in walking distance. Very quiet and safe area.

My only complaint is that the sofa and the bed pillows were very uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchenette.

No where to dry or hang towels. Not much storage space for clothes or bags. Neither of us slept much.

Pretty much everything except the shower was temperamental with going hot and cold and the kettle was leaking. But these are just trivial small things as the place was very nice to stay in and very comfortable with some great amenities. Absolutely loved it.

Owners responded promptly to out call about how to get the key card to get inside.

Complicated. Finding out how to open the coded vault with the key took help by phone and from other tennnants. Booking.com sent us the wrong access code - the owner said this happens all the time. Also the staircase to the upper floor is very steep and narrow. Only one key card meant we always had to leave and return together.

needs a fan because it gets very warm at night and can’t keep windows open due to noise. my husband is a big guy and found the mattress a bit soft for him and the shower is small. these things are only minor as they can be overlooked for a short stay.

This was my second time of staying so had a rough idea of what to expect . Details of how to access the room details of where to locate key etc arrived on time however they had forgotton to put it in lockbox but a call to Lynne, and 20 minutes later we were in our room. The double bed was huge and comfy and the place appeared clean and tidy. The facilities were great. We noticed the radiator in bathroom not working as expected and on reporting this our message was gratefully recieved and it was to be dealt with. The location for us was perfect as right in the centre of everywhere especially shops and cafes. The Tor and chalice wells a short walk away .

The Sofa in living room wasnt the comfiest to sit on especially after a longish drive and already having a numb bum. But then in reality we came to visit Glastonbury and not to sit on sofa's so it wasnt a huge deal.

Stayed twice before and it's got everything you need. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean. Location perfect just off the high Street. Free parking a big plus. Highly recommend.

The apex roof meant that we couldn’t sit up in bed. Also, the TV is too small for the room and in an awkward place, I banged my head several times. Not enough toilet rolls.

Very good accommodation in the centre of Glastonbury. Would recommend and stay here again.
