Really lovely modern property. Easy walk to all amenities and fantastic pool which is heated. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean, comfortable, roomy and the location was perfect! Our family had a great time and the kids loved the pool.

This was a great house for our group (two grandparents, four parents, two teens, and two toddlers). The house is close to beach, shops, and restaurants, and is great for large groups. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The driveway fits 3+ cars and there are street parking passes for 2 more. The pool was the perfect temp. However, the house is short on amenities we would expect at the price point, and the host wasn’t great at communicating. The house has no linens (sheets or towels), which we didn’t find out until after booking. Bathrooms had no toiletries, and only a few even had hand soap. There were only two dish towels, so we bought a set that we left there. We had arranged for a mid-week cleaning, but the night before the host texted to say we couldn’t be in the house while they cleaned. That didn’t work for us, so we compromised that they would just clean the common areas. However, when the cleaners arrived, they told us they couldn’t clean unless we moved all of our stuff (snacks, kids’ toys, bathroom toiletries). Ultimately, we just canceled it. The coffee maker seemed to be missing parts and no one could figure out how to use it. A Keurig would be better, or at least an instruction sheet. We were also surprised to find two Nest cameras - one on the front porch and one overlooking the driveway - which were not mentioned anywhere in the listing or the introductory emails. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, so we left the camera unplugged.

House was spacious and comfortable. Extremely clean. Lots of extras for the little ones. Location was perfect for both the beach and boardwalk. Brian checked in several times and was incredibly helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this property!

My family (13) of us loved our stay. The house was very roomy and very clean. The kids loved the pool, and it was heated as promised. We already booked for next year.

This house checked all our boxes - 7 bedrooms(!!), heated pool, easy walk to beach, and new! Good times had by all. Host was great and communicated well.

The property is as described. Perfect set up for multiple families as all bedrooms have their own bathroom. A master on first floor is awesome. Plus another upstairs. Nice open area to eat and hang out plus great back porch as well as charming front porch! Neighborhood is very charming and easy 10 minute walk to town and beach!

This house definitely has all of the little perfect details you want in a vacation home with kids. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms, a ton of spaces to gather both inside and outside. There are even toys and step stools for the kids. The appliances are new and top of the line. We were worried about fridge space as there is only 1 main fridge but with 2 bar fridges, it was definitely enough space for 15 people. The owners communication was excellent, efficient and timely. The room configuration was great for our 4 families and 7 kids. The house location is far enough away from the main area that it is quiet but close enough for multiple trips to the beach and main food/shopping areas each day. The real MVP for us was the pool. It was such an amazing feature for our kids and adults. I am already planning my trip back next year and hoping to find another time this year too!! I would say our only thing was that there wasn’t enough seats for all 15 people to sit down and eat but with the space, I don’t think you could have that as a possibility.

Everything about the house was well-situated and organized. The house has plenty of space to gather together and also spread apart and have privacy. It is thoughtfully designed and decorated, making the home more welcoming and inviting. Our kids especially enjoyed the heated pool every day of our stay. The beach, boardwalk, and shops/restaurants were all a comfortable walking distance for the grandparents and toddlers in our group. The communication with the hosts was always personal, prompt, and clear. It's much nicer to deal with a person than an automated menu.

A thoughtfully designed and well-constructed 7-bedroom house that is well suited for family holidays. This property was ideal for an extended family with grandparents, kids, and grandkids. The backyard pool within the enclosed fence is a perfect alternative once the vacationers tire of the sand and waves. It's a short walk to the Boardwalk attractions including Funland, and various famous Rehoboth restaurants. There is ample parking for 4-6 cars. The owner checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed for a great time.

I stayed at the house with my parents, my siblings and their toddlers, and my family with toddler and infant. It was great house/location for kids. The pool was great to have and there is plenty of parking. The house is in a great location; a nice neighborhood, a block and a half from the beach and 10 min walk to downtown which has a small amusement park, arcades, restaurants, etc. The owner was very responsive anytime I reached out and was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again.

We loved our stay at this house! We came for a trip with our friends over March Madness and the house was perfect! There was more than enough space for 3 families with 4 kids (toddlers and babies). The kitchen was very well equipped for our love of cooking with high-end appliances and cookware. Our kids enjoyed the front porch and back room to play. The house was also close enough to quickly walk to the boardwalk, beach, and shops. We would love to make a return trip! The owners responded to all our questions very quickly and made our stay very enjoyable!

We've stayed at a different house each year when vacationing in Rehoboth. This by FAR was the best combo. It had it all. Beautiful house, great location (could walk everywhere), warm pool, great communication with the owner. Thanks for a great week!

This modern and spacious home is close to the boardwalk and local amenities. The heated salted pool was perfect for an evening dip or an overcast day. An ideal rental spot for a multi family vacation. Can’t wait to get back next year!!

This modern gem in downtown Rehoboth is a must stay. Beautifully furnished large brand new home with a nice sized pool in the backyard. Walking distance to all of the fun downtown and Very close to the beach. Highly highly recommend!

We stayed here with my parents, my sister and spouse and their 3 kids, my brother and his wife, and my family (husband and 2 kids). It was perfect! Well-stocked kitchen with supplies. Perfect for kids with toys and books. Lovely heated pool just the right size for our group. Many spaces for a variety of groups to hang out without feeling like we were on top of that be another. Beautiful decorating and lovely screened in porch and 4 seasons room. So close to boardwalk, Rehoboth shopping and beach. One issue with pool pump and owner had pool service out in hours and was fixed immediately! Very responsive and attentive owner. Already booked next year!!

Grandparents, children and grandchildren spend a week vacationing here. Brian, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Only a phone call away. Open floor plan was great for keeping an eye on the grandkids, you can watch the pool area from the main area of the house. The pool is a nice size for family fun, large backyard and cookout area. The screened in front porch, with a wonderful swing, is a happy place to share a morning cup of coffee. The bedrooms are quite and bathrooms large. The house is very clean, well equipped and maintained. Plenty of off street parking. This is a great family house, very kid friendly. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and down town. We have stayed in several beach houses in Rehoboth over the last 12 years and when I asked the family where they wanted to stay next year, it was anonymous to stay here. I am so so glad my husband found this house for our last minute trip...it was a beautiful clean, modern home with a heated pool...we had to book it and couldn't wait to tell our kids about it. we had so much fun with our friends that we are talking about coming back next year!

The house is clean, bright and well-furnished. The open floor plan on the first floor -- kitchen, dining room and living room, is spacious and benefits from tons of windows aw well as access to the comfortable screened in back porch. Everything in the house worsks as it should. A real find.

We had a great experience in Brian’s warm, spacious and modern house. From the moment we booked he was helpful and available - providing lots of information and making our check in very easy. The house was just what we were looking for with a number of spaces for my family to hang out together but also get some time alone to work or zoom school. (Only the lack of desks was a slight flaw in our plan).Well located two blocks from the beach and near silver lake - it is just a short distance to the Boardwalk and the shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue. We walked on the beach, enjoyed the quiet of the deserted seaside and relaxed in the house. We will be back for the summer - when this house will really come into its own with its pool and easy access to the beach.

The property was beautiful unfortunately it rained most of the week thank goodness for the pool.

Block and a half from the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. This beautifully newly renovated home came with a well supplied kitchen and plenty of room to hang out indoors and out. All was perfect for a week together with friends. Brian, the owner, was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Bed linens and towels were not provided but Brian let us know well in advance and provide info on a company to supply. We're looking forward to going back to 117 New Castle.
