location was great

The kids bunk beds were squeaky and the room was really small. The linen wasn't great. I had to wait a day for someone to contact me about getting into the pool area.

Keys were not in the lock box and we had to wait an extra hour at least to get security to come and get the spare keys for us broken screen door on balcony uncertain check in time- told 2pm but then keys were not ready until 3 and then keys were not there- didn't get into property until 5-wasted an entire day

Location was great- very quiet happy with a being close to town centre etc.

Garage a bit of a problem- certainly not for bigger cars! Otherwise quite comfortable, & everything we needed.

We run out of toilet paper & they brought us more within 30mins on a Saturday afternoon
