The AC needs to be fixed. The cottage was very hot and stuffy, especially at night. We did not have nearly enough bath rags, hand towels, dish rags or kitchen hand towels.

Would did it again only bottom floor unit, and check in time should be noon and same with check out.

Very cute and all we needed. The tricky part is the beach access. The beach is easily accessible but difficult to find a place to setup being that most everywhere is considered “private” and not super convenient for folks that do not rent chairs on the beach. All in all…great stay.

This was a perfect location for me and our four kids to have a quick beach getaway. Easy walk to the beach! Luwana was so responsive and helpful, too.

Adorable, comfortable beach cottage. Well supplied with the basic necessities, great location, delightful decor. The layout feels open and spacious yet cozy. I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, walking down to Camile’s and the beach, and visiting with grandchildren. The hallway bunk beds were a fun feature - one night they comfortably accommodated two teenagers and another night two youngsters. This cottage was the perfect arrangement for me, giving me my own delightful space and privacy yet roomy enough for visiting grandchildren. I hope to be a repeat guest.

Location of property was excellent and we appreciated the timely and efficient follow up and check in /check out process. Really enjoyed going to Camille’s daily for coffee and treats.

Overall a great stay! But I will say that the kitchen is VERY small. We did A LOT of cooking and it was not an easy task. But the kitchen had any tool we needed so that was a plus! The location is great!

The owner was super communicative and on the spot with questions! Me and my wife stayed and would recommend to any couple looking for a getaway! Close to everything and not noisy which peace matters as u get older lol

We have come to Destin for our anniversary for the last 15 years and have stayed in the Nantucket Cottages. This cottage was by far the most disappointing one we have stayed in. 11A is what you call surface cleaning. Bed sheets and covers were extremely dirty. They had a bunch of hair and dirt everywhere. These sheets were definitely not cleaned. It was just nasty. I called the owner and she sent over the cleaning lady who provided other bedding. The tables in the living room and kitchen were not clean as they too had hair and crumbs everywhere. Couch had crumbs of food. Remote controls had hair stuck to them and all dusty which shows they have not been cleaned it quite a long time. Thankfully I bring my own cleaning products (for this reason and covid concerns). However, with that said I do not come on vacation to clean up other peoples filth. We definitely left this place cleaner than how we walked into it. I will never stay here again. Instead of just collecting rental income for this property some serious cleaning needs to be take place on a consistent basis. Clean under the bed too! There are what looked like baby clothes and just filth. Really deep clean this place and like I mentioned don’t just “surface clean”.

Was as advertised, within a short walk to the beach, and fairly quiet.

Check in was a bit rough with the original door code not working but Luwana was very fast and responsive and had it fixed in a few hours! The property was so cute and perfect for my little family and also a short walk away from the beach. We enjoyed every bit of it and will gladly stay there again!

Proximity to the beach makes this place very nice. Was surprised by beach chair rentals at the majority of the beach spots. Be prepared to pay or walk to a different spot. Property could use a couple of minor updates.The property owner is very quick to respond back about concerns. Overall great trip would love to come back to the cottages.

This is a cute and cozy cottage that has sleeping space for 6. It was only me and my husband this trip, but we will be back with our kids for sure!

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs condos together, and had space enough for the family. The pool was great for the kids, the beach a short walk, and the kitchen was big enough to bake and assemble the wedding cake. There was space for the groomsmen to dress and it was close enough for the post wedding clean up. Lots of towels, nice bedding, and a well stocked kitchen. Small yard space or balcony for extra space to relax. I would stay again! I would only like some rack to dry towels and suits on. Everything else was great.

In a very nice area where the properties are expensive, this is a great find. A short walk from the beach.

No complaints here! The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and a 3 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed! We will definitely be going back!
