This was one of our favorite houses that we have vacationed at. The house and pool was wonderful and very clean. I highly recommend this property!

We had the best time. The neighborhood is perfection. We enjoyed nightly walks and bike rides. The pool was the perfect temperature. The host was very kind and responsive! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful home- well stocked and great location in quiet neighborhood. Loved the extra refrigerator in garage and tiki bar, and extra water heater so entire group had hot water to shower.

Loved the pool, Fort Myers Beach, Deap Sea Fishing, Golf, movies, parks, ice cream, Seafood; all close by. All ages enjoyed from 6 months to 78. Would definitely recommend.

Amy was a great host and very prompt with all of her responses. We enjoyed the house it had room for my whole family and made a great home base for our spring break. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our 3 generation Family of 14 enjoyed a fun week in this home. The six grandkids ages 4-11 lived in the pool everyday. It’s such a nice feature of this home with the tiki bar and patio. The patio chairs are so comfy and just enough of them so everyone could sit and visit. The layout of the house and all the beds made staying here work for all the families. We all had our own space. We thought the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for all our cooking and big enough we could all help prepare things. The open layout of the home made visiting easy and also the two dining tables were great for our card playing. We used the washer/dryer a lot and even the printer for our days we had work to do. The second hot water heater is such a plus and there’s just so many things that would make this home one that we consider renting again. Lobster lady seafood market down the street has great seafood to bring home and make a boil pot as well as the Publix for quick trips to the store. We didn’t need to call for any assistance but with the welcome text messages we had from Amy the first day we knew she was there if we needed her. Also just a wonderful thing she did for us was to let us check in early on our arrival day because the house was ready before 4pm. Just a super experience all around. We rent a home each year for a family trip and this was one of our top vacation rentals.

The home is spacious with an inviting floor plan. The pool area is cozy with plenty of seating and a great grilling outdoor kitchen. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home to others.

We had a great time staying at this home in Cape Coral. The pool was wonderful and the kitchen was big enough to accommodate all of our cooking. There were enough bedrooms for our family size but the bathroom situation was a little less than ideal. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and the owners were so nice and easy to work with!
