We had an incredible weekend in this charming city and the EXCLAMATION POINT was this home from start to finish! This home is quaint and you can feel the history talking in it! From dusk to dawn the back porch was a favorite spot overlooking Spa Creek. We so wanted to take the water taxi to town, but did not get to use that fun option! Next time! The kitchen worked great and when we had one small issue with the dishwasher, the property manager was quick to help us. In fact, she was available the whole weekend and responsive as we had little questions here and there. We brought 8 guests which filled every bed. ALL raved about the character of this historic charmer! It entertains very easily and the galley kitchen ended up being overly competent at serving up a large group of hungry folks. The oven heated quickly and we cooked up some yummy dinners and breakfasts in there. The only downfall was parking but our manager advised us well on that issue. Beds were very comfortable, Showers great. We LOVED the numerous places to sit in the living room and this worked great to serve up a fun Friday night dinner our group. Also, the dinner room has a lot of candles. We lit them up and it was delightful! There also is an antique expandable dining table that can seat at least 8. We would LOVE to come back to enjoy this best kept secret soooooon! Spa Creek Boutique! Thank you for the memories we will treasure forever with our Midshipman and his friends. A PLUS.

Tucked away on Spa Creek, this home is an easy walk to Main Street, USNA, and Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. It's an older home but clean with many thoughtful accoutrements (like device charging stations) and friendly "leave more than you take" philosophy to supplies you'll likely need during your stay. I ran into one issue with a faulty sensor shutting off the water the first night of our stay. It happened late on a Friday night. The owner identified the problem remotely over night and had it fixed by 4AM. The level of responsiveness was amazing!

We did a milestone birthday celebration at this sweet house and it was just perfect. We had a mixed group so the bunk beds worked for us. The deck (with a retractable awning) overlooks the water and was great for morning coffee and happy hour. It was one of the highlights for us. The kitchen is small but well appointed with everything you might need and there's an ice maker in the basement. We were able to (snuggly) dock a 35' sailboat, but it did take some thoughtful maneuvering. They offered kayaks, but we didn't use them; however you can see it would be fun and easy to kayak, canoe, paddle board, etc. off the end of the dock. Accessing downtown was easy (~1 mile) via Uber or a 15 minute walk. The water taxi can be requested right to the end of the dock which was a fun little adventure. The hosts were fabulous and very easy to work with. We'd love to rent it again!

This home has a great location and a lovely history. It is quite compact but still has everything you need.

We stayed for two weeks and absolutely loved the water access, the charm of the cottage, and the closeness to town. Our kids loved it and we did too.

This is a very charming property right on Spa Creek with a deep water dock. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. The property has a small deck overlooking the creek which was a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening..

My friends and I had a lovely time at this gorgeous house! Our favorite spot was the deck overlooking Spa Creek. It was an easy walk downtown and so fun to have the water taxi pick us up from the dock! We are also UVA alumni so it was exciting to see all the photos inside.

The property is lovely and it was exactly what we needed during our stay in Annapolis. The location is ideal—close enough for walking around historic Annapolis, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The home was clean and just what you would expect from a historic property. We also utilized the boat dock during our stay and found it to be most convenient. We would stay here again!

Very scenic waterfront views and easy walking distance to downtown Annapolis. We loved staying at this property during commissioning week. It was very comfortable and we look forward to coming back for another stay.

The master bedroom had a large bed, other rooms had bunk beds which I knew beforehand. There was nowhere to hang clothing except for one bedroom whose bunk bed partially obscured entry to the closet and bathroom. No conveniences like a bedside table, you have to get out of bed to turn off lights or check your phone (without a six foot cord). The kitchen was tiny and I wasn’t sure if I could use the coffee maker as it was stored under the counter top. Finally there was a rusty barge with construction machinery and a discarded boat for my view which I was told was temporary. I left after one night and after including a substantial cleaning fee ended up paying an exorbitant price for one night (I was booked for two nights); it was my choice to leave though. Definitely not what I expected for the price.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is great—the water views are amazing and 10 minute walk to downtown Annapolis. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home -- however, there were some things that we had not anticipated: there were cameras inside the home that made us feel like we lacked privacy. Also, the house is historic and, while charming, is quite small. A tall person would have a difficult time navigating this home -- including the tiny bathrooms. The location was great (a 10 minute walk to town) and the view is beautiful -- right on the water. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

We'd love stay again! The home was as pictured, the property manager responded promptly when we had questions, and it was a fantastic location.

This place is a gem tucked away from the street. Listing was 100 percent accurate and the property manager communicated all the nuances of the property accurately. My family really enjoyed our time at the property.

We gathered in Annapolis for the boat show and coincidentally my son’s 32nd birthday… the house was adorable, perfectly appointed, and filled with wonderful photos, books, and owner memorabilia. Having access to the dock for our sailboat was a huge plus…. And very easy to catch the water taxi to town.

Our family of 5 was passing through Annapolis while on vacation, & wanted a place with a historic, comfortable feel where we could relax together & enjoy the waterfront. This place was perfect! Erin, the property manager was more than available for questions, & was very responsive. The home was clean, well stocked with amenities, & very cozy. I loved the oldness of the home & the prime location in a lovely neighborhood. While on-street parking was only ok between 6:00pm-8:00am, there were multiple parking garages a short walk away. So many shops & restaurants were within walking distance, & the water taxi picked us up right from the dock at the house to take us to the City Dock area (which is walkable, but the boat ride was fun.) We all enjoyed taking the kayaks out on Spa Creek, & as a mom, I truly appreciated having access to a washer & dryer. I highly recommend this property. We had a marvelous time!

Easy walk to downtown, the house is on the water with a beautiful view out the back. Water taxi can take you to downtown easily. Host was easily accessible to answer any questions.

This small carriage house located on Spa Creek gave our crew some added activities while in Annapolis for Commissioning Week. Kayaks are available, and we also had gear to fish off the dock. You can easily walk to downtown and the Naval Academy. The house was very clean and lovely. It was the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. The kitchen has plenty of quality pans and utensils to prepare meals at home. It is a bit tight for larger groups, but there is also plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The property manager is absolutely wonderful, she was easily accessible and offered good suggestions. I would definitely stay at this lovely property again.

This home was perfect for our weekend get away. Right on the water with kayaks provided, a short walking distance to downtown, and a clean quaint home. Couldn't ask for anything more.

My husband and I love Annapolis and used to go often for an overnight stay pre-kids. This was the first time we take our 3 kids, 3 years and younger, so we wanted a place that was in a quiet neighborhood on the water to get a feel of a coastal town, but at the same time not far to downtown so we can just walk over with our kids in strollers, enjoy a walk to downtown, and not have to worry about car seats all the time and driving. The location of this house was perfect, right on the water with stunning views and so close to downtown! Also it was such a perk having that water taxi boat ride from the house’s private dock to downtown, we loved doing it with the kids! (Collapsing those strollers though and getting in a boat with these kids was quite a scene though haha) The house was incredibly clean and Erin was wonderful at answering promptly questions we had and ensuring we had a good stay. Even the neighbors were so friendly and nice! The views from the porch are stunning and we just loved how much character and personality the house had, we will definitely be back! Thank you Erin!
