This place is adorable! It had a bad smell that was overpowering.also, it could use more attention on the patio.

Overall a great place to stay. It is heated and cooled with a minisplit-hardly ever felt hot air coming out of minisplit. TV has green lines that appear randomly. Very quiet and very close to the downtown area of St Marys,

Our experience in the Lil Pink House exceeded all my expectations! The house was adorable and equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable, and was within easy walking distance to the waterfront and downtown. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and all communication was responsive, warm and helpful. They even offered to mail back to me an item I left behind after checking out. St. Marys itself was a delight - good restaurants, Saturday market, beautiful sunsets, friendly folks.

Easy walk to restaurants and 5 minute drive to Cumberland Ferry. Quiet area.

The cabin was comfortable and just as described. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay in St Mary's. We look forward to returning. I recommend St Mary's Seafood Restaurant.

St. Mary's is a quaint little town and this place matched that quaintness. It's a reasonably short walk into town, and it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our little getaway at the Lil’ Pink House. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We ventured to the downtown area of St Mary’s, which was beautiful at sunset. This was an amazing vacation rental.

This is our third time staying at the Lil Pink House. We think it is adorable, nestled under the live oaks, and located an easy walk to downtown Saint Mary’s. It is a perfect size for two.

The Pink Cottage served us well as a couple spending just 2 nights in order to explore the area and Fernandina Beach. The location is on a lovely canopied street within easy walking distance to the downtown area of St. Mary’s. We didn't cook during our stay but all looked handy. Bring your own coffee is you are a coffee drinker. Thanks for a nice stay! We would recommend!

Our stay at the Lil’ Pink House was everything we’d hoped it would be! The house feels bigger than it is and we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The St. Mary’s area did not disappoint with the Crooked River State Park and Cumberland Island. 3 restaurants were recommended to us by a local person and each of them was a winner! We will definite check to see if the Lil’ Pink House is available when we pass through the area again!

The little Pink House was perfect for our 25th anniversary getaway. We drove down from northern NY for a week and a half long vacation before my wife headed back to school. The property is tucked underneath some huge live oaks with Spanish moss hanging down from the branches. Nice and shady even though it was usually in the mid to upper 90’s each day. The shade really helped with the heat. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the amenities that we needed. Lovely place to stay and we hope to be able to go back again.

This was a beautiful location and a wonderful stay! Only thing was the cottage was low on toilet paper, and we had to run out and buy. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!

This Lil Pink House was exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood and close proximity to the ferry and restaurants was perfect. The house was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Will return very soon!!!

Cottage was very clean and had everything you need . We enjoyed the food at The Riverside Cafe. We enjoyed being close to the shops . Perfect place to stay for a quite getaway.

The Lil' Pink House was perfect for my husband and me! We were in St. Mary's to visit friends and the convenient location of this cottage could not have been better. We look forward to our next visit!

My wife and I stayed at the little pink house for three nights and we enjoyed our stay. Some of the previous guests gave some suggestions and the host has addressed those things. There is a new coffee pot, new shades on the windows and a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector). The air conditioning works well. Despite 97 degrees outside, the house was always cool. There are two chairs to relax out in front of the house. The bed was very comfortable and there are lots of electrical sockets for charging phones and iPads. It is a solid little house with nice real wood floors. The house has a good sized tv and there is Wi-Fi but we did not use either. Efficient use of space- good size for two people for a few days. House is not far from town- just a couple minutes drive. Also there is a sign in front of the house that tells you where to park. Only suggestion we would make is perhaps having a small lamp on the bedside table. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the lil Pink house, truly! Bed is comfy! All was very good and this was a very last minute get away so was delighted. As cute as the house was I would put a little more lighting close to the bed. Just my opinion, like a small lamp on the small table next to it. The floor was a bit dirty, because after shower I got dirty feet, so at least I had house shoes. The porch could be better taken care of, IMO. We are coffee drinkers in the morning. We got run out by the ants. I get it, but not sure how often the porch is cleaned up tbh. But, not saying any of this little list would stop me from coming again! Thank you! ♥️

Check in was a breeze. Location was close to downtown. Bed was comfortable. Place was cute and pretty clean, except the coffee pot was very dirty. No coffee or coffee supplies were offered. We decided to just get coffee out. Also, there were no hand towels in the bathroom. Upon arrival, several light bulbs were out. I reached out to the owner about getting some more light bulbs cause the only lights that worked were super bright overhead lights and that was not sufficient for relaxing in the evening. They never responded! Very disappointed in the lack of response.

I was in the area with family and needed a place to sleep, mainly. This little cottage was great! Everything needed for 1-2 people.

The cottage was perfect for mine and my husband's needs. Easy access to the unique town and ferry launch. The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage was exactly as listed. Easy check in and out. Comfy bed and nice kitchen. We will definitely consider a second stay.

We loved our stay in St. Mary’s. We visited Cumberland Islsnd, spent a day at Jekyl island, and enjoyed St. Mary’s. All was even better with staying in the Pink Cottage!
