Great view loved the place. Clean and new and everything you need. Woukd stay again.

Arranged a last minute surprise weekend away for mothers day - the place is right on the beach - absolutely perfect. Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean - watch the waves all day. Mesmerising.

The unit is right on the beach. So nice to sit on the couch and watch the waves. It is small but comfortable, with a very effective air conditioning system so we weren’t cold on a very cold weekend. The kitchen has all the necessary things to cook meals, and several nice restaurants are within walking distance. A call to the managing agents gave us late check out, much appreciated. Parking is onsite, but tricky, so we ended up parking on the street outside.

Fantastic place to escape for the weekend and enjoy watching the surf. Really well set up for a family getaway and kids can play straight out front on the beach. Property super clean with everything you need for your stay. Easy walking distance to cafes and shops in Avoca Beach and you can enjoy a fun weekend without having to hop in the car and go anywhere. Highly recommend and would stay at this property again

Position, position !!!

We had a lovely holiday. Cant beat the location and the view was magical. The couch/sofa could do with a clean as we put a blanket we brought over the top. We will be back.

The house was lovely located right in front of the beach. Great for sunrise/sunset, the view was spectacular. The only things I thought would be great if it was changed were the old looking sofa and the creaking and rusty oven. We will definately recommend this house for anyone who love the beach ambience and very close to cafes & shops

Awesome spot!

With a three girls embarking on their Christmas break, this property provided the perfect getaway. Right on the beach with shops, restaurants and cafes an easy walk away, this was a great place to chill out. Air conditioning kept us cool and it was wonderful to see the ocean from the living room.

Easy walk to takeaways. Spent most the time just sitting back watching the view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return for a longer stay.

We 3 sisters had a fabulous long weekend in a lovely clean bright unit right on the beach. Watched the beautiful sunrise and moonrise from the front porch (shared with adjacent unit)....swim flags 100m walk down the beach. Just gorgeous!!

Such a lovely place to stay. The bungalow is neat and comfortable. The front lawn area is perfect for the kids to play. The direct access to the beach is awesome. The perfect place to relax and unwind. You are only moments away from local cafes, restaurants, markets and grocer. So convenient. My only gripe is to do with the managing agent. Only once I made and paid for the booking did I find out I had to collect the keys from the office in terrigal. If I couldn't get there on time I would have to pay $50 for the agent to meet me after hours at the property! Ok - so we leave extra early from Sydney to make it with plenty of time but get stuck in traffic and ring the office to arrange a time to meet at bungalow for key handover. I was told in fact I still had to go to their office and would still be charged the $50! Anyway we arrived at the agents office 20mins late, office staff were still at work, 3 other holiday makers were also picking up keys and we all had to hand over $50!! So frustrating. As if I hadn't already paid enough. I have stayed at many holiday homes and never come across this - why can't a key lock box be used? Seems to work for others. Anyway - the bungalow is lovely but for anyone planning on arriving outside business hours it's going to cost you.

The lay out was wonderful. Quaint and warm welcoming wonderful position

Fabulous location. Great for the kids to play on the beach while we relaxed at the unit with a coffee with them in full view at all times. Ducted air (kept us warm) and comfy beds. Interiors were clearly recently renovated and spot on for the location. the only thing I could fault was a few things weren't cleaned (bin lids) and there wasn't any clean kitchen sink sponges. the top bunk wasn't made up on arrival. Couldn't find extra pillow covers to go on the extra pillows and there wasn't any face washers. Also the outside lights down the side of the unit must be on a timer and were on all night, therefore shinning through the window all night even with the blinds down. These really were minor issues but also easily fixed with a little more effort. Overall a beautiful place to stay we truely loved the location.
