This place was very nice and worked great for our family. They have a really nice pool too. It is close to various beaches and downtown St Pete. I would recommend it for sure.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had two small children with us who very much enjoyed the pool. Our only concern was that the latch to the pool was broken, and would’ve been easy access to children. This should be addressed. Very close to beaches, all together a very pleasant trip

Condo was clean and set up for vacationers plenty of beach gear in closets. Condo could use regular cable tv . It does have streaming channels but no local news.

Couldn’t believe how dirty the floor was. We would clean it ourselves and somehow it was dirty right away. Short on toilet paper and garbage bags.

It was OK. Not close to the beach like it was supposed to be.

Me and my friend loved the place how quiet it was neat,clean, supplies on hand for anything. Probably best bang for the buck you could ask for. So as can be to the beach without paying the over prices for beach front. Owner is great with communicating as well. Would definitely stay again and recommend this to anyone who likes peace n quiet.

We stayed here for two nights as a getaway as a quick getaway,we loved the location, I walked across the street to the park where there’s tennis and docks to watch some dolphins or you can fish from it and we just drove to St. Pete Beach and it was less than five minutes, the condo itself was clean and the beds were comfortable and the pool is small but it’s refreshing after a day at the beach and it was quiet, the only issue is the parking if you have visitors since it’s only one car per unit but we would stay again.

This condo was clean and very comfortable! We enjoyed the area and the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Good location centrally located between 5 beaches. Long walk to St petes beach. Transportation and parking is challenge in entire area bit has nothing to do with the fine accomodations. Nice small private pool. Good eating within easy walk distance.

Nice and comfy 2 bedroom Condo. Good for families. Located on second floor via stairs access. Access to the apaetment with a lockbox was easy. Well equipped kitchen. Cleaning could have been a little better though. Bathroom curtain liner was in nasty condition so had to purchase a new one. King bed was awesomely comfy. Second bedroom bedframe was old and in bad shape, footrest fell apart on us almost hitting a toe. Access to St. Pete's beach was a short drive. Overall we had a good time.

Everything about our stay was great!! The place was super clean, spacious, conveniently located, and very quiet! Definitely on our list for next time! :)

Well...we enjoyed the beach but the walk was stated as being 8 min, which was a little false. It is Easily a 10+ mins. walk due to it being .9 tenths of a mile away. We had to buy wash/dish clothes because none were available in the apt. Or in the extra housekeeping box. I had to change 3 light bulbs the first night ( luckily there were extras under the kitchen sink.) The refrigerator was not wiped out from the previous tenants and lastly the floor was dirty enough that we had to re-wash our feet prior to going to bed. Overall there was 3 of us and we made it work! Also the grocery store that EVOLVE recommended is no longer in business.......so yeah.

Condo was perfect for 2 female guests. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool was very clean and well heated. Location was great. Short walk to 2 parks. Nice beach within walking or parking across the street. Several nice restaurants close by. Street far less congested than Gulf Blvd. Only issue is bath shower head really needs replacing.

We rented this condo and are very familiar with the area, having been visiting st Pete’s for the past 7 years. This condo served all of our needs and was walking distance to the beach as well as many restaurants. It was perfect for myself, my husband and 2 kids. We only had two major complaints—it is extremely difficult to park in the parking lot, to the point where you can barely get into your car if you’re parked next to someone else. The other issue was the cleanliness of the floor. We did not address this with the homeowner, as it said to alert the maid service if we had any issues. After walking on the floor for 1 hour, my children’s feet were literally black on the bottom. Otherwise, we were very happy with the condo and would definitely rent there again.
