Cute little apartment in the heart of the old medieval city

Superb location.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt very welcome and felt at home the moment we arrived! Location was amazing - right in the heart of the town and a perfect base for exploring!

Great location in the middle of the city center. Friendly owner, easy to communicate. Well equipped with a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and kitchen utensils.

It was too noisy until 3am (it was a Friday night) either from the people talking/shouting from the bars below or next door. I woke up several times whilst not necessarily being a noise sensitive sleeper.. some kitchen utensils and cups were dirty so had to re-wash them being using them.

Location was excellent. The car park was very close to the apartment.

Lovely apartments and we are very happy with our choice! Firstly, the apartments are located in the very center of the down town, that is very convenient. And you will feel this advantage after walking around the city. Secondly, the apartments are furnished and equipped at a decent level, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are very grateful to the hosts for our wonderful stay in the apartments. And, we hope that if you stop your choice on Le Paillot de Montabert, you will not regret it. 50m from the underground parking in the old town. clean an spaceous appartment, comfortabe beds. Nespresso capsule compatible machine. Toilet is separate from shower. good wifi, large fridge/freezer, etc.

This is a very well-equipped apartment and we had everything we needed for a short stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, full cooker and microwave. The owner spoke good English and was very helpful and friendly.

A bit noisy at times. Parking is very close but in a pay car park, which can be expensive if you are there for any length of time.

You could not ask for a better location, right in the middle of old town and in an old timber frame building. The apartment is spacious and really nicely done.

One huge potential problem is that the exit of the building has a locked gate that was open when we arrived. There was a bit of a language barrier so we did not understand from the test message that upon leaving in the morning you MUST go outside and unlock the gate prior to dropping the keys in the inaccessible mailbox. We were locked into the courtyard and luckily the hotel next door has an access door and was able to let us out. The owner should probably have renters put the keys back in the lockbox instead of in the mailbox so that they could be reacquired in a similar situation (or even better would be to engineer the gate to open from the inside, a locked gate in such tight quarters with wooden buildings seems like a major potential fire hazard)

Great central location and excellent kitchen facilities in this cosy apartment in a fabulous old building. Comfortable bedding and hot shower. The host was prompt with his replies and gave excellent instructions.

Location is great, the underground parking is just around the corner. Easy Check-In/Check-Out - Christophe gave us detailed instructions. Apartment is clean and fully equipped.

Great welcome and a lovely place to stay. I wish I’d booked more than one night.

Location in old part of Troyes

1. years old sagging matress, one missing chair, worn old fashioned furniture, lamps not cosy and two low (toilet), rolling curtain defect..

The location was fantastic. Quick walk from the train station which led us to the property which is ideally situated in the heart of downtown. Easy to walk everywhere, surprisingly quiet and we were able to do our laundry also.
