Quiet and assessable

There were not 4 bathrooms.

The layout of the condo was very nice as well as comfortable bedding. It was close in location to several things that we wanted to do as well as beachfront.

Small parking lot resulted in us having to park across the street a few times which was an inconvenience

Location was perfect!! We went out for every meal

Great location, lovely view. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated.

Throw pillows and rugs are a bit worn and tired looking. Corners of rugs are a tripping hazard. 2 bulbs burned out in 2nd bathroom.

Keypad entry. Nice location. Loved the Murphy bed.

The auxiliary fan in the master bathroom did not work, making showers and after-shower self care almost unbearable unless the bathroom door was left wide open. Bed in beach-facing bedroom was super squeaky. When there was a thunderstorm, water collected in a huge puddle from near the door/wall on the balcony that remained for days until I finally pushed the water near the edge and swept it off to the pool deck below. Checkout instructions were to send a text to a number, which was fine, but there was no acknowledgement reply to verify that the checkout notification was received.

No bathrooms on ground floor for pool and beach

The location was great, right on the beach. We enjoyed the balcony and balcony seating. The property was attractive and comfortable. The condo was not completely cleaned upon our arrival. I called Hosteeva and a housekeeper arrived very soon.

The TV cable service was sporadic. The TV would shut off mid program and have to be restarted. Wi-Fi was very unreliable most of the time, getting worse the longer we were there. The kitchen needs to be updated and utensils refurnished. The whole unit could stand a good scrubbing, walls and woodwork etc.
