First off Kathie was great to deal with easy check in we were delayed 2 days because of flights she totally understood and even let us stay an extra night. Condo was beautiful, clean had all the amenities you need AC worked great shower was nice and hot bed was very comfortable close to stores and town.The beach right out your door is amazing. Also beach bar 50 yards away coffee shop had the best breakfast sandwiches. great stay will be staying again highly recommed for a lovely stay Thanks Kathie

We were there during a tropical storm that turned into a hurricane as it passed over us. Was a wild ride but was an adventure! Kathy was great about keeping us in the loop with weather and property updates the whole time. Our time there was as good as it could be considering weather. The bar area and 2 small food places at sapphire had a generator so we had provisions. The island has issues with power so you may have a few hours here or there with no power because it’s on in cycles but wasn’t terrible cause hopefully you are floating in the pristine water!! Will be back.

Perfect beachfront location! Walk-out patio only steps from a pristine beach. We appreciated the attention excellent communication from this property owner, attention to detail and extra touches provided to enjoy our stay such as ice, extra sunscreen, snorkel equipment. Perfectly clean and comfortable with nice bed linens and tasteful decor. If you are looking for a great value on St. Thomas with easy beach access and a bar and restaurant on property, this is for you.

My partner and I had the best experience we could've asked for. The condo was immaculate and very well-maintained and you couldn't ask for a better location. Wake up in the morning and brew a pot of coffee then step just right outside and you're right on the beach. We appreciated the binder that was provided with a lot of information about the property and the islands. Kathie was a great host and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Our area of the island lost power a few times during our stay, not due to storms, but the power grid and each time Kathie went out of her way to text me about the status of the power and to make sure we were all good. I greatly appreciated her doing that. Everyone in the resort area was very friendly and helpful. If you wanted a beach chair, you just ask one of the workers outside and they will bring however many chairs to the location you would like on the beach. The proximity to to Red Hook and the ferry to st John's was really nice. Also just a few steps from the condo is a beach bar and a great restaurant, Sea Salt, that has great food. Sapphire beach was incredible with calm seas and clear water that made snorkeling fun and easy especially for the two of us that have never snorkled before. I wish I could say more but running out of space. Thank you Kathie! We hope to stay again one day soon!

This was an amazing condo just steps from the beach and within “stumbling” distance from the famed beach bar! Location location location! We were pleasantly surprised with how stocked it was! Snorkels, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. We would highly recommend this unit to any couple looking for a comfortable and beautiful stay in paradise! 5 stars across the board!

Kathie was an amazing host! We arrived to see fresh flowers on the table and a bottle of wine in the fridge!! Her condo is superb!! She was very responsive and so kind! Location, location, location!! We were there for my daughter's wedding and everything was just amazing! I highly recommend this unit for anyone who wants to be steps from the best spot on the beach!!
