This Villa blew us away, each and every picture on the internet looks exactly the same in real life! Elisabetta and Carlo our hosts were beyond fabulous. They understand the meaning of service. They take any sense of stress. All appliances, furnishings, kitchen ware etc is in great shape or almost new. House was great for having three couples as each had their own apartment with the same single Villa 1/2,mile steep walk from house to center of Cortona at piazza was good work out each morning but thoroughly enjoyed. Soggiorno 5 stelle a Villa Cocciai! Bella villa composta da 3 appartamenti insieme con un sacco di spazio sia all'esterno che all'interno e un bellissimo parco. Letti confortevoli. Molto pulito e pulitissimo. L'area della piscina è eccellente con una splendida vista. Ottima posizione e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla città di Cortona. La padrona di casa Elisabetta era molto disponibile e bella e mi ha dato una sorpresa speciale per il mio 30 ° compleanno. Grazie! Una vacanza davvero indimenticabile. Triste andarsene!

Everything was perfect: Elisabetta and Carlo are amazing hosts, generous, helpful, very friendly. The villa was exactly as good as described, very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped, nicely-kept garden and beautiful swimming pool with adorable view over the landscape. The agency RENTINTUSCANY is very reliable and helped us a lot in finding the perfect place for a large family and friends.

We had fantastic summer Holidays in Villa Cocciai in Cortona. This typical Tuscany House located in a breathtaking area is a place you can easily call home???? The villa is sorrounded by oliv and zyprus trees, this hence give alot of shadow sitting areas. It has a lot of hidding corners to enable you get some peace at times????. This gives a maximum relaxing mood and an unforgettable Tuscany feeling. The house is very spacious and perfect for 2 families. The house is very clean, this gives a plus point for the host. We are talking out of experience we made in most of the italian holiday homes in the previous years. The pictures on the website don't do this villa justice. It is very modern furnished and the kitchen is new???????? ( host pls update villa pictures) The host is very very friendly and helpful. You could notice that Elizabetta is very professional and was always there when we needed her. Her whole family helps a lot to take good care of the Villa. The pool is very clean. They changed our towels regurarly and even the beddings. Ohh we even got two selfmade Cakes for breakfast!! We can only advice anyone planning holiday in Cortona to book this Villa.
