The house was very clean, well maintained and stocked very generously with kitchen, bathroom essentials and plenty of pool/beach equipment. The rooms are all a great size and have their own full bathrooms. The location is directly next to the short path to the beach. We had one issue with the AC on the main floor of the house, which was fixed very promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again for sure.

We had such an amazing stay at Serenity Now. Every amenity was provided, and the house was immaculate! We were so close to the beach, and enjoyed walking to Caddy’s for dinner and lunch a few times. The beds were all very comfortable. There were more than enough pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen staples. No complaints! The check in process was a breeze and communication with the house manager was great. Highly recommend!!

The views are awesome, it was more than well equipped!! Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, the beds were very comfortable, they even equipped the bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hand soap and plenty of toilet paper. Plenty of towels and beach towels, two ovens in the kitchen, I can’t even count how many beach chairs, toys for kids, skim board, floats, bags game, golf game, extra fridge in the garage. I could go on and on. The only negative thing I could say was the pool light inside the pool was dangling. Pool heat wasn’t working but they came right out to work on it. Caddy’s down the beach was great to have...only about 1/4 mile at the most! Seven eleven right across the street was also convenient. The grill was in great condition and large in size too. If you have babies there is a pack and play and a baby seat. Thank you so much too to Joanie and Mona for answering questions when we had them. Our stay was perfect!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now. We had people from 5 to 93 and the house and location were well-suited to all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked and enabled us to cook most of our meals there. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive to any needs we have. The house is well-equipped for the beach and the pool, making for easy and relaxing days in the sun!

This was a wonderful property to host my immediate family in FL for the holidays. With 12 in attendance, the house was extremely spacious and comfortable for everyone. The heated pool was also a winner with the kids when they were not running around on the beach. Location is walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops around Treasure Island. .

Our stay was outstanding from check-in to check-out. There were 10 people in our party, and with six bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, we had ample room. We found the entire property to be immaculately clean. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes and cookware, and the appliances are great. The pool is definitely private and is very well maintained. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy time out of the pool as well. Though the house is close to other homes, there are enough mature trees surrounding the two balconies that you never notice the neighbors. The rooftop deck offers the most stunning views and is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The beach is so close you can easily transition back and forth. There are plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We had a fantastic week, and we definitely recommend Serenity Now!

Great week on the beach. Home had everything you could think of from fully outfitted kitchen to great beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed the common spaces as much as the privacy of the bedrooms and en-suite baths.

Wow!!! This property has everything for a huge celebration. Six bedrooms, five with their own bathrooms, huge kitchen that is well stocked with cooking and serving pieces. A large dining table that seats 12, living room with two couches and two chairs. Two back balconies and one front, grill and huge patio table off the living room, inground pool, lounge area and chairs. Everything one would need beachside including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. We had a fabulous time here - two soon to be college Sophomores, and 7 adults, so plenty of room for everyone. Restaurants close by although we mostly ate here since there was so much room to cook and store food. We will book again.

It is exactly like it appears in the pictures. We didn't need to rent beach chairs, umbrellas or anything for the beach because it is all provided! The kids loved the pool too! We enjoyed nearby restaurants (Caddy's, Bus Taco and Sea Dog Brewery) and the spectacular sunsets!

We booked this property for a family vacation with my wife, mother, and four girls ages 12, 10, 8 and 6 months for winter break last May. The location is great for families if you want a little bit of everything, pool, beach, shopping, etc. Overall we were pleased with the property and the layout with the exception of the cleanliness of the floors, linens, kitchen and kitchen utensils/dishes that all needed a much deeper cleaning. Also, you will want to make sure that the elevator is in service before booking as it was challenging bringing luggage, baby rental items and groceries for a family of 7 up three flights of stairs for the duration of our stay.
