Unit had a few minor maintenance items like an intermittent noisy bathroom fan and broken bedroom closet door (which manager previously told us about). Extremely dirty floor especially under furniture, along walls, and in closets. The unit needs to be properly cleaned - filth under couch, bed, chairs etc. has been there for quite some time. Some plates and glasses had food on them from previous use. Some positives: good communication from manager before check-in, great location and harbor view, newly updated with granite countertops and nice furniture and easy check-in/check-out.

Harbor Towers was a great trip!

Clean, updated condo in nice area. Owner, Mike, friendly and helpful before we arrived with info about area and some places to check out. Pool area clean, plenty of lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Balcony floor was black, check in was a mess couldn’t get in til after check in time, water pressure low, no internet, ran out of towels the list goes on. Should have quit after the first time there. But view was excellent!

Comfortable condo with large balcony and marina view. Easy access to Punta Gorda airport, walk to Cass Cay restaurant with very friendly staff and of course our attentive waitresses, Cheyanne took care of us each visit, good food & live music. Perfect for our last few nights in the area.

Owner was fantastic, accommodating, friendly. The place was great, Burnt Store is a wonderful spot to hang out. Loved the stay.

The location was great for us. We loved the view. We had to contact the owner and he was very responsive to fix and solve a small problem.

Everything was great an as expected

We spent four nights and found the condo well equipped. The location is good if you don't want to be in the middle of the action and prefer quiet. We have no complaints about Burnt Store Marina. There are several restaurants and frequent live musicians in the evenings. All and all a fun place to stay.

The property we rented online was totally different than the one we actually stayed in. The online unit had been updated with new appliances, granite countertops and offered a marina view. The unit we got was dated, had old appliances, a missing microwave handle and not super clean. The owner did offer a partial refund after we contacted him but we would of rather had the unit we requested. Thankfully the weather was beautiful and the location was great so we didn’t let the mixup spoil our vacation.

The property that we reserved online was not the one that we were given to stay in. The pictures online were definitely of a different unit. Having said that, the unit was sufficient. It was right above the pool area which was convenient. We had an issue that came up during the week which was resolved. It is a fun community to walk through and the marina restaurant and store were very close.

We had a wonderful visit at this marina property. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was clean and perfect for our visit. The pool, nearby marnina, and restaurants were fantastic! The owner was helpful & kind. I would highly recommend this gem of a vacation spot to anyone!

What a great place. If you don’t want to leave and just relax this is the place. Steps away is the Tiki bar, restaurant and store. When looking out from the lanai is the pool. The condo is a very spacious 1bedroom with most comfortable king size bed. Everything was great. Mike was very fast to respond to any questions. I really didn’t want to leave such a good review. So when we’re ready to go back, we won’t have a hard time booking. We have stayed in several VEBO. I can say this was the best one we have stayed in. Can’t wait to come back.

Came for a week, wish it was a month. The unit was well maintained and appointed. Mike the owner was very reachable and made sure my needs were met throughout the stay. Delicious food and drink just a few hundred feet away with beautiful views of the marina. Thanks Mike

Pros-The location of the condo in the marina is great. The one bedroom is perfect for a couple, well stocked and with a very nice lanai. Our condo overlooked the pool which was different than the one we selected on VRBO but not a problem. Once we finally made contact with the owner, he was very helpful. Apparently there were some issues with the owner being contacted that were covid travel related. Cons-Even though it was a great lanai, it was often unusable due to smokers smoking on the connecting landing nearby and all of the smoke funneled right into the lanai. The elevator was not working when we checked out and we had to carry all of our stuff down the stairs

The A/C was out on the property I had rented, however, the owner had a second property he was redoing... it wasn't my first choice, but the owner brought the price down. I will certainly do business with him again! Its a great location and my overall experience was great with Mike

What a treat! This property was perfect for us! The view was spectacular and the condo had all new furnishings and appliances. We loved our stay! The tiki bar 100 yards away was a plus! We’ll be back!

Great location on the Marina basin and close to the restaurant. Unit met all our needs.

We had a very comfortable stay in this newly renovated condominium. It had a beautiful waterfront harbor view of the boats. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Bed was super comfy too! Would definitely stay here again.
