We had a delightful time. The condo is just as described and well furnished. Joe, the owner was incredibly helpful and the community at the complex was warm and inviting. We would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ay Kathryn's Joy. It is in a fantastic location right on the ocean, and only a few minutes drive from Christiansted. There is great snorkeling just a few steps down the beach in front of the Palms Resort. The rental is comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. There were even many beach towels, chairs, flotation devices and beach toys provided. The property manager Joe was very attentive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I gave Kathyrn's Joy 5 star because it was earned. The view, the convenience, the beach, the owner and Gerard the mgr are great. The minute you open the door you will be looking out over beautiful Caribbean blue water 180 degrees. The condo is in a gated complex directly at the oceans edge. KJ offers everything you need or could want. The homey feel of a beachfront cottage, fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable king bedrooms with baths and a living room all oceanfront. Beaches one both sides of the condo are great for walking and swimming. Convenience: you are within 2 miles of Christiansted and less than 2 miles from FoodTown. A 5 minute walk on the beautiful beach to The Palms where they offer full restaurant all day plus a full bar. Dining right on the beach. They also have night entertainment. We were able to see the Moko Jumbie group. Amazing skilled and talented stilt dancing group with a full narrated history of the art. Bring a good book you will find the sounds of the ocean, the stingray visits and the breezes on your lanai hard to leave.

Out stay was amazing the property was just as it was pictured. We live being among the local people. The local food was amazing. We would definitely visit again.

The condo and location were absolutely perfect for my husband and son for the week. We had everything we needed and more. The space was comfortable and clean and the host couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The directions to the condo provided were spot-on. We tried to use GPS at first and ended up being a bit frustrated, so just follow the written directions provided. Check-in was super easy and communication throughout our stay was great. This location is close to everything we wanted to do and we hope to make this our home-away-from-home when we visit as well and we're looking forward to another stay in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the sounds of the waves, the sunrise and view. Beds were very comfortable, some hot water issues and some appliances could use updating. Overall the house was clean, well decorated and enjoyable.

We had a fabulous time as a family in this little slice of heaven! Sitting on the patio listening to the ocean in the mornings and evening was perfect! Would absolutely return!

Great central location on the north shore. Wonderful breezes with Crashing waves. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our first visit to the island. We didn't spend much time there because we were out and about, but it was a perfect home base. Awesome communication from Joe.

Our first time in a condo just feet from the sea. Great location being close to Christiansted, and convenient parking with secure access to the complex. We had a great, comfortable stay, and even came upon a large turtle laying eggs just a block down the beach. Joe was very responsive to any questions. Hope to return someday soon.

We loved our stay at Kathryn’s Joy! The only problem we had was that we loved the back patio so much, we never wanted to leave! The location of this condo was perfect-10 minute drive to Christiansted. You can easily get anywhere within 10-30 minutes! The master bedroom was great to stay in. The entire place is adorable and really has everything you need. I continue to look at my pics from the back patio-stunning. It’s private and just perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a marvelous time staying at Kathryn’s Joy. (KJ). KJ was in perfect location, we could be on west or east side of the island in no time. Beautiful views of the ocean from KJ. We would definitely want to come back to KJ!!

This property came as advertised. It is spotless; nicely appointed and well provisioned. It's a waterfront condo that is centrally located for whatever activities you want to pursue in St. Croix. The owner is attentive and responsive without being obtrusive. I have rented places all through the Caribbean and South America and I highly recommend this this property for a quiet getaway in the Virgin Islands.

The ocean view from this property is perfect! We spent many afternoons and evenings playing games outside. After getting a few groceries from the FoodMart, we used the kitchen which had everything we needed to make coffee, toast, and eggs for breakfast. The Palms was a very short 5 minute walk down the beach--we dined there for lunch and dinner a few times. And, they have music every night which was fun. We saw some fire dancers one night and did some latin dancing another night. There is a nice pool on site for relaxing. This property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which worked perfectly for our two couples. The master bedroom had an air conditioner unit that worked well. The living room air conditioner didn't cool as well, but we ran the fans which helped. It was great having two bathrooms! The showers were very nice with plenty of warm water. We did the catamaran tour with Big Beard's which was a fun snorkel trip. We had a rental car, so were able to tour the town of Christiansted. Our favorite restaurants were Rum Runners (great mahi and drinks were awesome!) and also Hamilton's (an upscale restaurant with an amazing chef). We enjoyed St. Croix very much--perfect weather! And, the ocean sounds and views from this property are great!

Despite a few glitches, the property met our needs. It was comfortable, the kitchen small but adequate. It would have been nice if the main air conditioner worked, especially for the couple in the 2nd bedroom at nite as this bedroom is in the back of the condo and not accessible to the wind from the front of the condo. But definitely appreciated the use of Kathryn’s Joy. The owners were helpful as well. The pool was cool but clean and refreshing.
