The place is really nice and very spacious. Amazing view of the sea. Quiet place for a family getaway. Walking distance to the beach. Had a lovely time and the family loved this place.

We had such a wonderful weeks stay at this house. The view is absolutely magnificent from both the upstairs and downstairs. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent many evenings relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets. House was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The kids loved the table tennis. And running in the garden. Hosts are very accomodating and easy to get in touch with. We would love to visit again!

We loved this property and were pleasantly surprised that not only did it sleep 10 guests that the other spaces in the home also catered for a larges groups as well. It was lovely to be able to sit together at the dining table or as a whole family in the front loungeroom. There are plenty of other spaces to venture to which included a games room with a ping pong table, upstairs loungeroom with TV also a sunroom and large back deck area. The back yard is great for some ball games or storing boats, additional cars. There was plenty of parking in the street and the view is incredible. It is only a short drive into the main shopping precinct or a short walk to the locals beach however this is not a patrolled beach but is great for little kids to play in the inlet area or to do some beach fishing. The owners were easy and lovely to deal with and we had no problems checking in or with anything within the home. We would recommend this property to our family and friends and are hoping to return again one day soon.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. The house was huge with plenty of space for a large family. Two separate living spaces and a games room ensured no one got on each other's nerves. I would definitely book again.

I love the views from the front door of the beach during the day and then at night having the window open and hearing the waves crashing onto the shore.

The whole family of 12 met at Lakes Entrance for Easter week. This has been the meeting place for the last 2 years. We don't feel crowded and the view is lovely. There is lots to do in the region and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location, only a few minutes drive from the esplanade. House is spacious and has a fantastic view of the ocean. Owner, Allen is also very quick to respond and is very attentive. Would love to stay at this place again should it be available next time I'm in the area.

Am amazing accommodation which easily fits 12 people. The place looks much better than the photos and the view of shore can be seen through the front windows. Instructions were emailed a week prior to the rent date and amenities were provided. Close drive to the main part of Lake Entrance. Highly recommend the place for anyone who has a big group.

The house is situated a little way out of Lakes Entrance in a quiet street. It is a large house and was easily able to accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. The upstairs views of the coastline and beach were beautiful. The games room kept all the kids entertained - especially the table tennis. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a BBQ in the garage. The location suited us and, despite not amazing weather, we enjoyed the beach and surf. The nearby Red Bluff Brewery was good too. Communication with the owner was excellent and he really went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. The only thing needed was a few more basic supplies specifically: toilet paper (but perhaps the previous guests had cleaned it out!). :-) I'd recommend the house and hope we can stay there again.
