No ac in the kitchen, living room

The location is absolutely awesome. Being right in the village in the heart of the energy and action was great. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication from the owner was always very timely whenever we needed to have a question answered.

We did have an incident where that water pipes burst in the building leaving us without water for a while but the owner was always very prompt with getting back to us and looking into the problem and then offering some compensation for our inconvenience. Thank you Chris!

good location

hard to find lobby. hidden away. parking was hard to find. garbage room was hard to find. washroom sink was dirty. did not drain, so had to use the kitchen sink. blow dryer was sticky.

It is really hard to find the office location,

no coffee and tea in the room and when I asked they did not even bother bringing in some coffee it tea. They charged me for parking although I did not use the parking and it took me one hour to resolve this with the front desk. She was insisting that my card has not been charged. Any way, it looked like they are trying to take advantage of every opportunity to charge you

Loved the location! Right in the village. Clean. Close to lost lake and many trails.

Musty smell! Had to buy fabric and air freshener. Could definitely upgrade the dishes (chipped), utensils, pots and pans, and the linens. (all very old) Nothing that a couple hundred dollars at ikea wouldn’t take care of.

Location is great. The apartment is well equipped for a short stay.

Street side is a little loud. There were no clear instructions of how to get to the hot tub.
