This was a beautiful property and was 100% representative of the online pictures. Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The pool areas was extremely nice and the host could not have been more accommodating.

This was such a needed stay. The home made it absolutely wonderful. So much space. Comfortable furniture comfortable bed towels for the pool to use. Detailed instructions on how to use the pool/ spa . Just an amazing peaceful home

The property is exactly as described. Although it would certainly accommodate a larger group, it was well-suited to my wife and my needs. The backyard is compact but there is lots of outdoor furniture and a very nice pool and hot tub. We would certainly rent again if the house is available.

This Desert Ridge home had everything for a perfect Phoenix stay. Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen, and beautiful backyard with a heated pool and spa. We loved it and hope to return! Bonnie and Dana were very communicative and helpful. Responded immediately to our needs! Highly recommend this home!

This house did not disappoint! Everything was perfect-- the house is beautiful and super clean. It was the best stocked property we have ever stayed in and was not lacking for anything! The house is also super family friendly. We stayed with our kids, ranging from ages 2-10. Dana provided multiple pack n plays, crib sheets, baby blankets, a high chair, and a booster seat. The house was also stocked with children's books, coloring books, and plenty of games and puzzles (kids had a blast). The neighborhood is quiet and safe and in a great location for convenience. There were multiple playgrounds within walking distance, and a 5 minute drive to a large mall and any other store needed to grab last minute items (Target, CVS, etc.). Lastly, Dana was very easy to communicate with-- she often responded to messages immediately and checked in multiple times throughout the trip to ensure that everything was "perfect," stressing that no issue is too big or too small. But, we never even had to call her- since no issues ever came up! Definitely recommend! We already miss our home away from home!

We felt very at home, comfortable, safe, good location! We will be visiting a couple times a year with our son now living in Phoenix and I feel we have found our home away from home ❤️ Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and nice pillows. Pool area is a fabulous hang out area. Kitchen is fully stocked, even had extras that we have previously had to purchase on other trips. Loft area is super cozy to hang out in and watch tv. Very pleased with our stay and accommodations!

This house is something special. It was perfect for my husband and me, our son and daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren while we were in Phoenix to celebrate a wedding. We appreciated having spaces where we could all gather and spaces where we could separate a little. The kids especially enjoyed the upstairs sitting area for play and TV watching. The pool and spa were also big hits. The safety locks on the sliding doors out to the patio were actually what decided me on this house; it gave me peace of mind to know that the children couldn’t wander out unsupervised. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It’s beautifully decorated and welcoming and equipped with everything that we needed, particularly in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in and check-out and the excellent communication with Bonnie, the property concierge.

The home was perfect and well equipped. Four very comfortable bedrooms with the perfect space for two teenagers. The hosts made our stay in the Phoenix area worry free and enjoyable. Thank you!

This place fit six adults and a baby perfectly. The dedicated office was a must for people working remote during our vacation. Kids amenities are available which was nice and saved us room in our luggage. Communication was very clear. Only downside was parking in the neighborhood - you must be able to fit all cars in the garage. The no overnight street parking rule is enforced.

My wife and I and sister and brother-in-law had a wonderful stay at this property. Communications with the owner and property manager were great. The home was very well appointed, clean and comfortable.

My 4 adult daughters and I enjoyed a week at Desert Ridge as we remembered the life of their Dad on the aniversity of his death last year. It was perfect for the 5 of us, each with our own beds. The house is stocked with everything we needed and was perfectly located near shoping and things to see and do. Since we live across the U.S. it was easy for all of us to get to.

House had everything we needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool, grilling on the gas grill, then capping the evening off by watching Netflix. We’ll definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Dana's home was the perfect home away from home. It was so clean, everyone had their own spots to relax and unwind. We all loved the pool and hottub. Great walking trails nearby. We will be back, it was so hard to leave!

Dana and Bonnie were great to deal with. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We had a friend visit who liked it so much that she booked it for next year for her family.

We loved our month stay at this home. Dana & Bonnie were very helpful when we had questions. We felt so at home & the house was equipped with all we needed. Especially liked the location as it was located so close to Desert Ridge Marketplace.

Hot tub, heater pool and spa, private patio with nice furniture and a grill…..these are just the outdoor amenities that make this place great! The indoor area is very comfortable with two spaces to relax and enjoy a movie, or the Olympics, as it were for us! Lots of kitchen amenities and starter kits for coffee and other items such as tin foil, Saran wrap, baggies, etc. Ice maker and dispenser is a bonus; as it the washer and dryer, complete with detergent. Just an awesome place and very accommodating host and property manager. This was our second year here and I’m likely to book again for next year!!

This property has all the amenities and is very well maintained and clean. The owners were wonderful to work with and everything was delivered just as promised. We highly recommend this place!

This property is exactly as described...and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything needed for a terrific vacation stay is included in this rental, from an "equipped like home" kitchen to a delightful, heated pool and spa. Plenty of space to spread out, and gathering places perfect for our family group of 7. Can't say enough about this property and Dana, the owner.

We were having some remodeling done on our home nearby and needed to vacate it for about a week. This property was a perfect for us and we couldn’t be happier. Close to our home, my work, shopping and school for our 2 girls. Excellent communication with owner and property manager — they have it dialed in and really made life easier for us during our stressful situation. We will definitely stay here again during “phase 2” of updating our kitchen and bathroom. Thank you so much! RK and family.

This house is even better than advertised. We traveled from far and near to spend a week with extended family. There were 4-5 of us staying at the house each night. We were all very comfortable. The owners provided everything we needed for our stay and the communication was very clear and timely. There were very clear instructions provided prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub - and the entire outside area. The main seating areas inside were very comfortable for us to gather in. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The water in the showers were plenty hot and the water pressure was great. We will definitely consider another stay here if needed and will recommend to anyone who is looking to rent a property in the Phoenix area.

It is a lovely home located close to many restaurants and shops. We were in town to visit family and it suited our needs well. We would definitely stay there again. Both the owner and the property manager are very responsive and helpful!

I want to come back to this house every time!! Where do I begin this has been the most amazing experience ever. The house is fully equipped it’s so cozy I had an eight year old and adults with me everyone of us was satisfied! The property manager became friends with me so sweet so accommodating. Everything is around you in this neighborhood Walgreens grocery store a beautiful mall. I cannot say enough about this beautiful home I will definitely be coming back in September to stay here again. Loved every single thing about this house. We actually had come for seven days we ended up extending it for 11 because of how comfortable we fell in this home.
