Olivia and Peter are excellent hosts who made sure we were well taken care of during our stay.
A month before we arrived they had already reached out to us via the app and asked us what we were interested in doing in Loch Sport. They subsequently gave us a rundown of events and activities in the area and information on where to fish.
Check-in was very easy and the house was very clean, tidy and inviting on arrival. Olivia and Peter had also left a bottle of wine waiting for us, which was very much appreciated!
The house has a great view out towards the lake and we were lucky enough to see dolphins from our lounge room on the first day. We were regularly visited by bird life and kangaroos in the morning, afternoon and night.
They also have a telescope which is a nice touch and allowed us to view the wide expanse of the lake and also gaze at the amazing night sky and moon.
The house is located in the northern part of Loch Sport a a street back from the lake within a short walk of the entry to the national park. It is also 2 km by car from 90 mile beach, which made it perfect for our needs given we like to swim and fish.
The kitchen has plenty of amenities and everything you need while on holiday to make home-cooked meals with ease.
Olivia and Peter were the perfect hosts. They were always friendly, warm and helpful in their communication.

We were amazed the second we walked inside, the house was clean, had lots of room and had everything we needed as a family. The view was the most impressive. We felt relaxed the whole time. The kids loved the toys and games that were available. We are definitely looking forward to returning again.

What a awesome relaxing week away the six of us had perfect location very rooming with four kids to move around ,very well equipped house the owners have done a great job and you can see they take a lot of pride in what they do!
The views from inside the house and on the Veranda are just amazing sunrises and sunsets you will never get sick of them it is stunning over looking Pelican bay just beautiful.
Only a very short walk down to the water we had great fun riding around kids my self and my wife enjoyed every moment.
Thanks again Olivia and Peter I would love to come back like yesterday 😀 can not wait to return .

Perfect Location
Perfect Location for a winter family get-away, fantastic views over the lake (even better than the photo's), house was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Olivia and Peter were quick and clear with the communications with easy check in, and we appreciated the later check out, to utilise the last day. We will be back!!

My wife and i were recommended this place by a work colleague & the house / lochsport experience didn't disappoint
There was clear & detailed communication with owners which made the arrival / checkin process seamless.
Amenities : Everything as mentioned in the home description was spot on & accurate
Surroundings : Lake access is a hop skip and jump (about 5min) walk away from the home. From the balcony you also have clear & unrestricted full view of lake Victoria ( with the the amazing sunsets!!). If you're into wildlife they seem to have their own resident lorikeets / parrots that eat from the balcony birdfeeder . We were fortunate to feed a family of kangas from the balcony one of the evenings.
One of the days the weather was poor & there we plenty of board games/activities in the home for the kids
On a final note it appears the owners are very vigilant when it comes to hygiene as it was spotless when we arrived
Do not hesitate to stay here - all the great reviews are true!!

Beautiful beach house
We just loved our stay here! Olivia was so wonderful to communicate with and the house and its location are just perfect. Lots of lovely little touches were much appreciated also. A super relaxing stay, we highly recommend.

La Maison was just perfect....

My friends and I loved the property. I feel like the photos didn't do it justice as it seemed nicer in person. The views were amazing and a highlight of our accommodation. The property was really clean, neat and tidy. Olivia is an amazing host, very accommodating, caring, generous and also called us after check in to see that we were ok and all was well. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. It was just what I was looking for.

In unusual year!
The property is very comfortable, the surrounding lovely, but this year we were unfortunate to experience too much rain and many cool days. We had only two real beach days; very extraordinary.

Great spot, high up with 180 views, we watch the boats sailing in the lake, the porch had seats for all, bird seed for the rain bow lorikeet, beds were great, bikes downstairs with helmets, this house is at the Toora end of Lochsport. The walk to the short is great, it is a pretty spot. This house is on the hill and being 2 stories we seem to be absent of mozzies, we were at Lochsport 10 years ago and wow has it changed, great roads and bitumen everywhere. It is a fisher persons heaven, plenty of room for cars and a boat at this house. I really like when there are a few note around, the people are proud of their house and they should be. Just to have a view and watch the sunset...is great. We loved it. Quiet spot, great for relaxing.

Loch Sport
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located close to the beach and an elevated view over the lake it was incredibly quiet and relaxing.
Considerate and thoughtful owners who had thought hard about what would be appreciated by guests. Thanks Olivia, something tells me that we'll be back!

The best place to stay in Loch Sport
The place is very bright and refreshing thanks to it’s many full height windows. House is very clean. Nice view of the water from the lounge, dinning and balcony. The bedrooms are airy and bright too, with fans in every room. Great kitchen with 2 fridges. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, 3 mins walk to the beach.

Can't say enough, communication with the owners was really good. The house was clean and had everything you'd need to be able to just turn up and relax. Beautiful views over the lake with a short walk to the waters edge. Will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic weekend getaway
Great location, fantastic view from the balcony and what a view of sunset from the kitchen window. House has everything you need, is clean and very comfortable. If you are lucky you may see dolphins in lake Victoria as we did while cooking our Sunday morning bbq on the balcony. We will be back, thank you to Olivia & Peter for the use of La Maison.

Homely property with a great view
Very hospitable owners who are prompt with communication and great at customer service! The property is well furnished, well maintained and has everything - truly a home away from home. Lovely to watch the various birds and the kangaroos from the luxury of the deck. Will be back again.
