Location was great, good access to both beach and pool. But the property needs some attention. Lights with no operable switches, stained mattresses, dining table was sticky from age, only 4 bowls in the cabinets for a 4 bedroom house, pots and pans all need replace if, bugs stuck to all of the screens, we had to clean the downstairs screened in patio table and chairs to even use them, missing smoke detectors. The list goes on. Having owned a VRBO property, we know you have to stay on it to keep guests vpcoming back. This management group needs to up their game for a property in this price point.

The home is beautifully appointed. The location is a little bit away from the main hustle and bustle of the resort...a perfect sanctuary. A wonderful place to stay in Wild Dunes. Enjoyed Isle of Palms and the Wild Dunes Resort. It is a nice property that is home to many wonderful family vacations. Wild Dunes provided lots of options for our teenagers. The pool and beach access were great. The beach access leads to the point which is quiet and there are few waves and a different breeze than if you head futher south and access the beach from other resort locations. A great vacation!

Our family enjoyed the stay. The house was clean and the location is excellent--short walks to ocean and pool. The enclosed outside porches on the first floor and ground floor were a great place to relax.

Home is conveniently located however the cleanliness wasn't great. The first floor had a musty stale beer smell. Probably won't rent that unit again.

We loved the house; the location; and always love Wild Dunes. Perfect for our entire family of my wife and I; plus our 3 adult children and a couple of spouses. Thanks so much Sweetgrass! We'll be back!

My husband and I rented this property the last three weeks of April so that we and our two young adult children could enjoy a rejeuvenating escape from the northeast after a year of Covid. Our experience did not disappoint and we had the best time! While it is best to strategically plan your trips to the grocery store (usually done on our way back from a restaurant or an outing in Charleston), the remote setting on Ocean Point Drive is beautiful and devoid of crowds. We enjoyed daily idyllic walks on the beach and became rather addicted to watching the behavior of an alligator who often sunned himself across the lagoon. The house is close to a driving range, which my husband and son took advantage of most days. The house was clean, bright, cheery, spacious and comfortable, and the four of us were able to spread out in various rooms to work remotely. At night we ate on the porch (bring your own tablecloth) and listened to the frogs. You can view sunsets from the porch but they're even better from the top balcony off the master bedroom. We stayed a total of three weeks, and while we were working the second two, the sense of being on vacation remained. The community's hot tub (with view of the ocean) and pool were open and are really close to the house. Do study the photos and read the reviews ahead of time - they are all helpful and accurate, although the house is even more spacious in person. I'll also add that the wifi supported four people on zoom calls and it only went out once for about an hour - and not because of anything wrong with the home's wifi. We loved our stay and made many happy memories!

We have rented for 3 years in February. With the exception of better WiFi, the house has had no upgrades that we see( possibly new tv in den). It is a very tired house that needs updating, repairs, new furniture and painting. We do love renting with Sweetgrass and they have been very professional, friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone.

We have stayed at 22 Ocean Point multiple times and love the area! The home has a great setup for our family and would work well for 2 families traveling together as well. The view of the golf course is gorgeous, there is even a balcony with a glimpse of the ocean! The pool is SUPER convenient (literally right across the street) and the beach is a short walk away (as short as any home in here that is not "beachfront", which you would dearly pay for!). The OP community is at the very back of Wild Dunes so it is remote, more quiet and peaceful. We encountered a couple of very minor issues during our stay and Drew with Sweetgrass was so kind, extremely responsive and we had the feeling he really cared about helping us with our issue. We have booked again for next season and very much look forward to our next stay!

Our family enjoyed the house! Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. Everything worked great and I was so grateful for the qasher and dryer. My kids are doing virtual school so they have to log in to laptops ( yes, even on vacation) and the wifi worked great :) Thank you for this beautiful home for an affordable price!

We really enjoyed our stay at 22 Ocean Point. The Ocean Point community is very peaceful and quiet. Close beach and pool access. The home is well maintained and spacious. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is about 5-10 minute walk to the beach and only a short drive into Charleston.

Great location, close to beach, pool, and good lagoon views. Home had only bare minimum necessities (ie. Towels, sheets), and no extras (ie. Bikes, pool chairs, toys etc.). No welcome package received and had to call and request wild dunes car passes.

Overall it was a very desirable property. Our suggestion for improvements include, more seating on the back deck and a ceiling fan, a better Wi-Fi system, a more thorough cleaning, more side tables in the living area, a chest of drawers for the master bedroom, and a thorough cleaning of the downstairs porch. On a positive note, The beds were awesome.

Our family vacationed at Ocean Point this summer and we had a terrific time. We were so happy to find a such a great place to get away and relax! The home is spacious, comfortable, and one of better homes we've rented at the resort. There are nice views from the porches and it's very easy to get to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house to friends! We hope to return again!

Positives: kitchen well stocked. Response time to remedy ceiling fan in one of bedrooms. Beach access reasonable close. Lower level grilling area open and breezy. Pool positive. Overall working with Sweetgrass a positive experience. Negatives: bedroom on main floor - is it really a queen bed?, bathroom door handle often locks you in! Door drags on tile floor making it difficult to open fully. Mirror above vanity about to fall off wall.. Kitchen table, when fully open to fit ten quests doesn't fit space and not enough chairs. Had to take ones from porch. Tried to vacuum but bag was full and no replacements located. Vacuum has broken pieces. Hot tub not available at house and community hot tub not working. Overall house needs some tender loving care. Would not likely rent again.

Great location near pool and beach. Open floor plan and lots of bedroom space. Kitchen is due for an update but is clean and functional, as are baths. Beautiful view from the master bedroom deck!
