I recommend 10/10! My family and I stayed for a week and it was a great experience. Had so much fun! place is clean and you get a nice view too! Definitely recommend.

The cabin was located in a nice area very remote and peaceful with beautiful mountain views. The basement is under construction and not usable in our assessment due to lack heat with poor insulation and concrete floors. The main floor was smaller than what I imagined looking at the pictures, but the kitchen was updated and very functional. The deck off the front was also much smaller than the pictures led you to believe and was also not in very good condition and needing some repairs. The host, Ken, was very accommodating and helpful.

The house was perfect for a weekend away in the mountains. The area was so quiet and relaxing. It’s nights we sat out on the porch watching the sunset and all the stars come out. There’s a perfect view of the Milky Way directly above the house off the porch too. Ken was amazing with an early check in and communication throughout. I would highly recommend this house to any of my family and friends, and I would definitely stay there again!

We were very surprised how cozy this house was and the location was quiet and relaxing. The owner was wonderful to work with and we even had fresh fruit when we checked in at the house. It is a little drive to any close towns, but that's what we wanted!

Enjoyed my first visit to Colorado! Property was in a perfect secluded location. Owner was very accommodating!

Nice stay but one of bathrooms did not. have sick or shower. Basement is under construction. Property manager was super nice and helpful.

Will never stay at one of their properties again! There were power tools, Sheetrock, open insulation (which caused us to all sleep upstairs)! Horrible!!

It was so peaceful and relaxing. The drive to the house was amazing because of the views of the mountains. It was so calming it truly made you feel like you were in your own little world surrounded by mountains and nature.

I was so excited to go to Colorado, but this place was a bit of a let down. We did not have access to the garage as stated. The trash had to therefore be kept outside and a bear kept getting in it. It even drug it along my car one night and scratches it. The house was full of dog hair when we arrived. The house looked half cleaned. We had to clean it when we arrived at 9 o'clock at night after driving for 12 hours because there was poop on the toilet, soap scum and dog hair in the shower. There was dog hair on the bedding. The bedding on the Msster room's bed had huge sweat spots on them that came out when we washed it, so it was very much dirty and not stained. There were mice. I get you are in the woods, but it just added to the bear problem because you couldn't leave trash in the kitchen for mice, but when you put it outside the bear comes. The air conditioning didn't work. I was hoping to layout and watch the stars at night, but we were to scared to lay out because of the bear. It is all dirt roads to the place. This is a remote cabin, so if you like roughing it this place is for you. The views were nice, but I don't recall there being a lake view. There is a mountain view though.

We left a day early as everyone in our group was disappointed and extremely bothered by the mice and their trail throughout the house, including the top of the kitchen counter, on top of the bedding and throughout the main family room. It just got to be too much! Not what you expect when you pay for a weekend rental.

Great experience, large open property great views! Communication was great and the stars at night were better
