Everything our group needed for a weekend getaway. House was very clean and close to the beach. Only about a block away. Quiet area away from noise and congestion.

Perfect location and such a cute house. All redone and up to date. Plenty of room and so inviting. Property owners were very accommodating and very responsive.

I brought more than I needed. This had more kitchen stuff than I thought would be available. Location and proximity to the beach was great. We had a great weekend away.

This property was perfect for a 2 family beach getaway. The place was spacious, the location can't be beat. Less than a block from the beach. Check in was simple and communication was smooth. The outdoor shower is a great bonus. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic time — the house was perfect. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The best part was the large outdoor space for grilling. Would be a perfect place to rent the full house if we had more people. Right on the heart of seaside. We walked or biked everywhere.

I had a beautiful and relaxing 2 days in the High Tide apartment. Anything you could possible need was there (including soap and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.), which I really appreciated. The fresh air from the screened in porch was wonderful. Communication was swift and helpful! Only note: if light bothers you in the morning, I would suggest bringing an eye mask. There are curtains and blinds in the bedrooms but they don’t block much light,

We enjoyed staying here as a family. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the musty smell on the porch that seeped into the place.

Quiet street , nice property . Short walk to beach . Comfortable screened in front porch and the dining room table easily accommodated our group.Only negative was the bathtub was slippery .Other than that , it was fabulous weekend with friends and family .

We had the most amazing time at this rental! The location was perfect. The bedrooms were a great size along with the pullout sofa bed. The best part was the front porch, the outside yard and the outside shower! The walk to the beach was probably 2 min. We just loved it! The owners were very accessible and accommodating-lovely people. I would def rent again

We had a pretty great stay, weather even cooperated with a mix of cool and hot to suit our different outings. The location is perfectly placed between bay (warmer water, mild waves, shallow area at playground; perfect for littler kids especially) and the wilder ocean side (substantial surf action, colder water, great sand beaches). We liked being in a somewhat quieter area between Seaside Heights for more restaurants and businesses and the more natural Island Beach State Park. The house itself was clean, nicely furnished (decor and supplies), working with Kara was great. The one less-than-great thing to mention is there IS a certain amount of noise carried between this apartment and the one below which can be a bit of a pain to contain when there are young kids (which is to be expected at a 3 bedroom beach location!) who don't prefer to sit still or if there are boisterous adults. This is not a deal breaker but something to consider depending on your own preferences. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

We had an amazing week in the High Tide Unit. Everything was so clean and new and the central air was a key factor given the very hot week we had. We have rented on this block for about 17 years to be near our family who have a house and are so excited to have found a new and updated place to stay to enjoy the beach and our family reunion. We will definitely be back!
