This property is perfect for a 4 person golf getaway in the desert. Property includes en suite bathrooms, great bedrooms, on site pool, laundry, stocked kitchen, great open room / kitchen. Highly recommended and would go back again!

Fantastic property!! Beautiful well appointed home with all the amenities and creature comforts. This house is designed for entertaining! Amazing kitchen, living/dinning room and the pool table is a great touch. Outside, the pool and patio are a must have. One of only a few house in that specific community in PGA West to have a pool. 3 of the 4 people in my group, myself included, all own smaller properties in the La Quinta area that we use for Short Term Vacation Rentals and we all agreed that this is definitely one of the nicest places we've stayed. With some luck it will be available for our golf trip again next week. We'll be making this our "spot" going forward!! Chris DePersio

PGA west is a great getaway location and this house has the perfect view of a par 3 hole that is close enough to see them tee of and reach the green, yet out of range from flying balls headed your way. Every room has a private bathroom so no fighting over who showers first.

Very nice home with a great location. Loved the space, functional kitchen and great view. Manager took care of all of our questions and issues. We loved the hot tub and outdoor gas fireplace. There are two eating tables but the dining chairs were very wobbly. There were several broken chairs in the garage and one broke during our stay.

Large home with Casita. Pool and spa with large patio. Right on golf course, mountain view. Well supplied in the kitchen. Could have a few instructions to use grill, TV on the living and air conditioning in the Casita. A few things need action in bathrooms, loose facet and very slow drainig tub. The patio table and chairs were in need of cleaning alot of spider webs under table and chairs. These are small things but feel needed attention which we did let the property manager know. We did enjoy our stay very much.

Great property with all en suite rooms. The views of the mountains are gorgeous and it's really fun to watch the golfers during the day while sitting at the pool or under the misters! Bike riding around the neighborhood was also an added treat! Thanks for making our short 4 days seem like 2 weeks!

This house was great for our family and friends. We had 8 people, 3 families and 2 kids and everyone had a great time. The house had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. I would recommend it for larger parties.

While this is a first-class property, we found the pool was very dirty with plastic bottles and toys in the filters, leaves and dead flowers on the pools surface and dirty sentiment on the pool floor. It took 2-days to get a pool guy out to service it. The pool guy said there were no chemicals in the pool and it had not been serviced for some time. The router was turned off and tucked out of sight under the dresser in the master so internet was an issue for about 36 hours while we tried to communicate with the owner and finally learn of its location. Burned out canned lights in high ceiling bathrooms were never replaced (in one bathroom 2 out of 3 were burned out) and the garage door opener only opened the small garage door behind which the golf carts were parked. The opener didn't open the main garage door. It's a beautiful property but owned and managed by a long distance owner who has little idea what is going on with his property. Represented he gets the pool serviced once a week...he is either being taken by the pool service company or, perphaps cancelled the service and forgot to start it back up?? For the pool and internet issues alone, you would think he would have apologized and given us a partial refund, maybe one nights rent but nothing offered despite the issues, some of which were never taken care of like the burned out lights. There should be some arbitration or something thru VRBO to get some refund for lack of use of certain aspects of the property, like the pool and internet. And don't get me started on the most complicated cable system I have ever encountered. Even after the cable guy came by, three days into the trip, the cable system remained nearly unusable and incredibly complicated....never thought I would wish to have Comcast Cable or Dish satellite again. Spectrum was the worst. We paid top dollar and I think we got about 85% of what we paid for.

Following a negative review posted about the property, I politely reached out to the property owner to inquire about the cleanliness and maintenance level of the property for my upcoming stay. The property owner refused to answer the questions and instead wrote back a rant, including: “Some people are whiners.” “I ceased worrying about reviews years ago.” “You will find out for yourself” and “[the condition of the property] is what it is”. Lots of options for your vacation - avoid this one!

Rented this home for 1 month. Walked in and a pair of shoes in middle of floor, fridge was filthy, oven had not been cleaned in years, shower door in master bath wouldn’t close, garbage cans in bathrooms filthy, dust everywhere, filthy windows, holes in walls, broken plantation shutters patched with blue painter’s tape, I could go on and on. The worst home I’ve ever rented.

This weekend felt as like if I stayed at a resort , the house was clean and cozy . I love that each room had a private restroom with its own shower making my guest feel much appreciated. The outside pool and jacuzzi where the highlight of our weekend . The temperature was always perfect and not to mention the view of the mountains the sounds of the waterfall .
