Apartment has a cozy balcony

It needs a renovation because a lot of the furniture is banged up. When we arrived there was only one sponge left in the sink and it was still wet and dirty.

the air conditioner did not work

super nice and modern place. great location. we traveled with kids and they loved city and our staying place very much.

I liked the lobby with a very active receptionist who remembered me every time i walked by and opened all the doors. Very polite. Overall a very nice building and a nice looking appartment. I highly recommend grabbing a Shrimp Bowl at the downstairs' shrimp bar, big enough to feed 3 people and then some.

Biggest drawback for me was the sound insulation of the windows - if a car draw by, it felt like the windows were open even though they were not. The pillows in the bed were rather big, so i could not really use them. Its a bit weird to not have bedsheets for the sofa if you state that someone will be sleeping there. Luckily we brought our own.

Excellent apartment!

The apartment is located in a modern and beautiful residential complex. There is a small grocery store in the building itself. Not far from the station and the main streets of the city. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, as well as tea, coffee and water. Have a minibar for an additional fee. There is everything you need for personal care - towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, hygiene products.

I did not like that the owner did not send the details for the check-in on time. Check-in is expected from 14:00, and the details were sent only at 14:38. I was supposed to check in at 16:00 and while driving from the airport it was quite stressful that there were still no clear instructions on how to get the keys.

Bad experience. Our stay was spoiled by unprofessional attitude of the host.

Communication with the host was bad. We had to contact them for many times before we could get any information on how to enter the apartment and parking place. When we finally got some info, it was misleading and unclear. The hosts attitude is very impolite. Short, rough answers is all you can get. Bad experience.

Location

During stay in apartment in Sunday morning washing machine start leaking and flooding room. Staff do nothing until late evening(21.00-22.00) they come only check what the problem and clean up water from floor. I feel uncomfortable during stay in this apartment. During check out staff don't apologise for this situation and on my question about compensation of my uncomfortable stay during 24 HR in wet room -they said " that You can don't pay for bar if You don't have cash." On my opinion this is not appropriate form of conversation with clients and don't recommend this company at all way. Manager send account and invoice to pay for bar in 2.30am after my checkout next day.

Very bad stuff

It's was just perfect for my partner and I it was clean quiet great location and slept so well. We are certainly going to stay there again

Bedding, curtains and towels were with stains. Sofa’s pillows were with white stains. In general all the apartment wasn't clean enough. TV is more than 10 years old - no Youtube app, old Netflix app. Table mats were very dirty, we took them off. The apartment was smelling strange. The bulb in table light was missing. We were expecting a lot more for such price as the apartment is positioned as vip. Definitely not vip.

The apartment was clean, modern and new. Also conveniently located.

While we were away from the apartment someone had tried to access the key box. This made us feel rather unsafe. We immediately contacted the host, but they responded after more than 12 hrs. The host also insisted that we took drinks from the minibar, which we did not do. Overall a nice apartment, but the host seemed very unfriendly.

Nice breakfast , good location

A bit small for 4 persons and the sofa bed was not even ready, we did it ourselves, host abit impolite when i called for extra instructions because we didn't see the main entrance and just asked to check again the sent instructions which we got the day of the arrival at 14:00
