We had a wonderful time staying at the house. Andrew was very responsive via text messages. House location is excellent for ski at Hunter mtn, (5min) drive. The house was clean, with more than enough towels, toilet papers, cook wares and bathrooms. Both kids and adult really enjoyed the game room. It's a great place to stay for family. Jenny Y

This property was perfectly suited to our needs. We wanted a place to stay over Thanksgiving where we could all cook and eat together. There were 15 of us in total, ages 80 to 5 and everyone seemed to have a great time. The game room was what drew us to the place and it didnt disappoint. The kitchen was comfortable enough to cook a full Thanksgiving feast.Though we did bring some items to cook with and prep with. All 15 of us fit around the enormous dining room table The view of Hunter Mountain was lovely and it's a stones throw from Main street. The hot tub and fire pit were great and communication with the owners was quick. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time at the house and enjoyed the stay. The kids loved the arcade games.

Great place for 14 family members- 76 and 83 YO grand parents, 50 somethings and 18 to 25s. House is a slight maze, but plenty of space for fun and bonding!

We had 10 people staying here, 4 adults and 6 kids (10-19). It was plenty of space and had plenty to keep us entertained while at the house. Easy drive to Hunter Mountain and the Katterskill Falls (highly recommend making the trip)

THE HOUSE WAS A GREAT DESTINATION ALL TO ITS SELF. Beautifully decorated, with old fashion 80's era video games, secluded and quiet area and easy access to everything including Hunter mountain. We will look forward to staying their again.

Great home with plenty to do and great proximity to Hunter Mountain!

This place was awesome for the group of 11 guys we had go up. Not once did we feel cramped. Definitely plenty of room and beds along with some rollouts that helped also. The hot tub and firepit were great especially the provided firewood! We spent majority of our time in the game room while not on the mtn. Although most of the games in the game room along with some outlets were not working we still made the best of it and the owner said he was going to address the issues. All in all great trip and will definitely be back.

Perfect house for a large group to get away! We went with 15 people to go snowboarding and skiing at Hunter. The house was less then a mile away and everything we needed as a rental. The owner of the house was very reasonable and whatever problems we had were solved or will be solved ASAP as per owner. The hot tub and game room are an awesome addition to the house! Very pleased with our stay and will book this property again for future Hunter or Windham trips!

The property was in a great location for skiing at Hunter Mountain. The house itself has seen some wear and tear from guests that is starting to show. Plenty of televisions and the play area is quite large for the kids, But it does limit common area for adults quite a bit. The mud room is great for ski stuff. Beds are very hard but some people may like that. The twin bedroom is really a converted walk in closet so definitely don’t plan on more than one person in that room. Didn’t love that some of the windows we’re screwed shut. Even though the kitchen is small it works and has enough dish ware For a large group. We loved the stools In the kitchen. Overall we had a good time.

Just as advertised. There was some weird fluid in the hot tub. But it didn’t stop us from using it. I suggest that the hot tub water be checked.

This is a great house for a group trip. Tons of beds, game room is super fun, and the whole place is incredibly secluded. You won't see any neighbors or hear any street noise. Hosts are responsive and highly detailed in their communication. Would recommend!

Andrew is a great host and his properties are always excellent. We stay at one of his houses every year for an annual reunion of old friends. Always a great experience.

Home was as advertised. The deck was nice and a great jacuzzi setup. Location was good, within walking distance of some shops and restaurants.

Even better than the pics. Our group really enjoyed staying here. The game room was especially a big hit with everyone!

Ten adults and 3 children stayed at this property for our family reunion. The actual reunion (84 strong) was held at our family homestead on Platte Clove Road in Tannersville and this was a convenient distance and had amazing amenities to keep everyone occupied when we weren't at the reunion. The hot tub with the viewable big screen TV was a big hit as were the many arcade games especially the pool table and shuffleboard!

The game room was great! Very close to Hunter Mountain too.

This house was perfect for our group. Very close to the mountain and way bigger than the photos show. Very cabin vibes and perfect for entertaining. TVs in every room and multiple rooms if someone wants to get away for a bit. Driveway is nice and long and beds were comfortable. House was also provided with many necessities. Andrew and his contacts were very responsive as well. Overall amazing experience.

Perfect property and location for families with children of all ages. We had two families with 4 kids each ranging from teenagers all the way down to 1.5 year old. Plenty of sleeping area and privacy if you need some quiet time. The game room has plenty of fun games to choose from. Hot tub was great to relax in after a long day skiing.

I brought my daughter and three of her friends here to celebrate her sweet sixteen. Our plan was to go tubing at Hunter Mountain. It’s only a mile or so down the road. Tubing was closed so we went to Windham which was only a 15 minute drive away. The house was very clean and had absolutely everything you would need to stay comfortably. Each one of us had a beautiful bedroom (a few with attached bathrooms ) and with a Smart TV. Every bedroom has a TV. That was a total plus for us when we needed time to ourselves. There is plenty of space in the house to fit many people. Ten people could easily stay there. The host was out of town himself and was extremely responsive to any of my needs. So, again to sum it up many, many more pros than cons. The only thing that “went wrong”, was my own fault. Some of the games in the game room did not work but, I didn’t tell him until we left. I know it would have been fixed if I had. Again, he quickly responded to everything I asked him. Also, I wasn’t used to skinny mountain roads and I had a little difficulty maneuvering the driveway. Again, me. I was just delighted how our stay worked out mostly because of the host. The house is remodeled so don’t be deceived in any way. Great outdoor space, as well. Would certainly try to rent there again.

We had a great time in the Catskills while celebrating Thanksgiving with three generations of family. We range from age 7 to age 87 and everyone enjoyed the game room (especially the pinball). Very good experience overall. Host was responsive and accommodating as well.

We have an annual get together with friends and this house was perfect for us. We loved the game room especially the shuffleboard table. Would recommend this house to anybody. Can’t wait to come back next year

Great location! Down the street from Hunter Mtn. 11 of us stayed for the weekend. The house was nice and very clean. Lots of activities and things to do in the house. There is a fire pit outside with plenty of room for lots of people. There is also a very spacious deck around the house. The owner was accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall we had a great time. The only issue we had was on the Vrbo site, it showed 9 beds. There are 7 plus a soda bed. The house does sleep 15, but not in the configuration we hoped for.

We've stayed at several of Andrew's properties and always had an excellent time. The listing pictures are very accurate, the houses are well appointed and well kept, and he's very responsive to any issues.

Between the location and the amount of rooms and ease of access this is the place to stay for your next hunter trip
