Great weekend away for my family! They had everything we needed. Pool was warm and kids had a blast. Only suggestion would be to get a smart TV to watch apps and Netflix, etc. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in the patches Junction area. the house was everything we hoped for and needed. Lots of room, Clean, and a beautiful pool and yard. perfect for a family of four. I enjoyed having a garage to park my car out of the Arizona sun. I got a chance to meet Brian on your stay, great guys very helpful I would definitely would stay there again Thanks Brian.

This was the perfect location to visit our daughter in Apache Junction. Our grandkids could not get enough of the heated pool, and there was a nice patio with plenty of seating for those of us who wanted to watch them from the sidelines. The house was just as pictured and perfectly clean. Communicating with the owner was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location for what we wanted to do on the east side of Phoenix area. Location to Mesa Gateway, restaurants and some shopping was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. We didn't eat at the home but appeared to have plenty of kitchen utensils.

We gathered as a family for a family memorial. This rental was amazing! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and in an area that we all felt very secure. The pool was such a nice touch! Communication with Brian was detailed and timely. This is a great rental if you are in the Apache Junction Arizona area!

The house was great! Everything was so clean and the kitchen and laundry room were fully stocked. I love the little laundry baskets in each room. The pool was wonderful to relax in. I did have to go buy soap and shampoo. There were camp chairs in the garage that we borrowed for a pickleball tournament, so convenient!

Property was in a very quiet neighborhood and met our expectations, property owner was great and very helpful to our questions, great back patio with heated pool and over all a great vacation!!!

The house was very clean upon arrival. We stayed for three weeks without incident. The kitchen was well stocked and includes all necessary appliances. The location was perfect, very close to great hiking trails; our favorites are Treasure Loop at Lost Dutchman and Silly Mountain. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, we took our pup for a nightly walk. The pool is beautiful, warm on cool desert nights and very clean. Brian’s home is by far our favorite vacation rental!

Highly recommend this property! My wife and I spent two weeks at this property (3/23-4/6), including one week with daughter, husband and granddaughter. Also included our small dog. The property accommodated us very comfortably and Brian (owner) was a great attentive host. The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well equipped, including very nice appliances. The house is located in a nice and QUIET residential neighborhood. (The quiet of the area was a real bonus.) The heated pool and patio area are highlights of the property - clean, sunny, private, and a shaded alcove with table to escape the sun when needed. The pool is outstanding for adult relaxing and playing with small children. The property is very convenient to numerous outdoor activities: Lost Dutchman State Park, Wind Cave hiking trail, Snake River trails, the Apache Trail scenic highway, Canyon Lake Recreation Area, historic Tortilla Flats and Mountain Brook Golf Course. Only a little farther one can enjoy the Phoenix Botanical Garden, Old Town Scottsdale, and numerous regional parks with fantastic desert hiking. The property is also convenient to the Basha's grocery just ten minutes away. We had a great time and the quality and convenience of this property was a major plus. Would rent again without hesitation.

Loved the location, so convenient to grocery stores, activities and the mountains. House is just the right size and the back yard complete with pool and lawn furniture was fantastic!

It was very clean and well stocked. It was only 3 miles from my parents 55+ community. On the few days of our stay that were above 70’s we were able to enjoy the chilly pool.

Brian was a great host he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was going well. Everything was as listed. Great communication when asked a question. Enjoyed the pool, fire pit and private backyard. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood was quiet. WOULD definitively highly recommend this property and will stay there again. Thanks Brian for a great stay.

Brian ans his family have done a wonderful job with this vacation rental. The property has all the things you need when away from home, it was a perfect retreat!

This was our first time renting a home instead of a hotel and we could not have been happier! The neighborhood was great, quiet and so close to the Superstition Mountains. The house was fantastic with everything we needed. The pool was a perfect size, great temperature and relaxing. Brian checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and was very responsive. We used to live in AZ so we know the area well and this was a great location. We will for sure be back!

Brian the owner was absolutely wonderful. Anytime we had a problem he would immediately take care of it. The house was clean and just as pictured. The pool was heated and very inviting. Thanks Brian for a great girls week in Arizona. We will be back. Toni Konowal
