The place has everything you need and more, will definitely have to go again in the future.

This property was just perfect for our needs on our quick hunting trip to the area. Everything we needed was at arms reach. The cabin was great! Kids really enjoyed the loft! The outdoor area was the best part, set up with solar lights for the nights and a fantastic fire pit to sit around and enjoy the stars! would highly recommend this to others that are looking to "camp" in the area. 5 stars all around!

Overall this was a great experience a camping adventure with a unique style in relaxation and fun environment for the whole family. If your looking for peace and quite with privacy this is the place. Great for short stays and bonding time for us. Great support from our host and very helpful. Thk u

We were contacted by Jay in the morning who showed us the property. It was located on 6 acres of land so plenty of area to gather some extra firewood aside from the large logs already prepared by the big fire pit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed for a great stay including a generator with a full tank and extra fuel. Highly recommend for a nice escape from life's stressors and relax out in the woods with the stars.

This cabin is amazing. I stayed here with some friends and we had a blast. It’s a beautiful place to stay at and when it gets dark out, the automatic lights look amazing when they turn on.

Our stay at Jay's ranch was everything we could've hoped for. The cabin has air conditioning which is nice when it gets too hot, really interesting decorations, plenty of outdoor activities to do on site, and multiple locations on the lake you can drive to nearby. All in all it was a great stay and would gladly go back.

The property was gorgeous to start off with. Easy to find, and they had a lot of supplies to help us enjoy our stay without going to the store. Mr jay answered my phone calls and was helpful about giving recommendations since we’ve never been. The generator was the only problem it was too close to the ac. It kept going off and on which lead to no ac but hey it’s a cabin and it wasn’t that bad. I just wished we were informed more about how to use the generator. Love this place though and had good vibes all throughout. All my company and I enjoyed our time and will keep this place in mind for the future.

Mr. Jay worked with us to find the perfect weekend to celebrate our 14-year-old son‘s birthday with a few of his best friends. He met with us at an agreed-upon time for a tour of the property and made sure we had plenty of clean water and firewood for a bonfire later in the evening. The boys had fun exploring, playing darts, and hanging out. The property isn’t far from Marble Falls so we were able to enjoy dinner at the Blue Bonnet Café. After dinner, boys had fun using Mr. Jay’s kayaks at the lake that is just around the corner. A late evening was spent around a beautiful bonfire eating s’mores. We made many wonderful memories. Thank you for letting us to enjoy your special property and the great outdoors, Mr. Jay!

This place had everything we needed for our family camp out! If we forgot to bring something - no worries cause it was there for us to use. Our party of 6 had plenty of room and it was just a short drive to the lake. We already started planning our next trip there while we were on this one. If you're looking for a fun family campsite - you should check this place out!

We thoroughly enjoyed Jay’s Ranch. Perfect spot for a weekend with friends where you want to drink around a campfire. There’s trails to hike, parks nearby and it’s close to the lake and highway. Jay had it all set up with mattresses and chairs and extra generator gas. Communication with the owners was very helpful.

This is a great property. If you enjoy a relaxing off grid camping/cabin experience, then this is for you! Very charming and fun. Property management is very helpful and courteous. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

The pictures online do NOT do this place justice. We had a surprise bday “glamping” get together here, for my daughter. Her friends and I were very impressed by it. It slept 8 comfortably and we had everything PLUS what we needed. Jay even went out of his way to drive out, to turn on the generator for us! This place is DEFINITELY a HIDDEN GEM!!! We’ll be back for sure!!

I celebrated my birthday here with a couple of freinds and we wer a littile nervous because it was going to be cold but jay hooked it up with heaters and fire and over all it was a great night evryone had a good time highly considering it during summer

Great place to gather with family and friends. Cool facilities with rustic charm. Probably needs a little bigger space heater for the cabin because it got really cold in the night. But this shouldn’t be an issue on the warmer nights. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Hope to come back again.

We had an amazing time ringing in the new year at the property, feels very cozy but has easy access to the highway. We will be back!

We stayed at this cabin for one night because we have family close by and needed some extra space to stay. This was just as described online. Perfect if you want to camp while still having some conveniences. Very private. The outdoor area is nice and large with a fire pit, dart board, outdoor covered area, etc. The owner was friendly and helpful.

I had booked this place for an off grid bachelor party for my fiancé who is an outdoor guy. He and his friends had a great time!

The owner was there to get us checked-in; very friendly and helpful explaining the layout of the place including a quick demonstration on using the generator! Very cool place to just hang out and allow the pace of life to slow down a bit -- Also - it was a clear night and the stars are truly amazing!!!!

Easy camping. Did one night. Basically a camp site to yourself. If you don’t own tents but want to camp just come here! Have grills (gas/charcoal), fire pit, outdoor furniture, outdoor lighting, potable water, and shelter (two beds with couch). You just bring ice chest/ice, food, drinks, game boards, headlight, firewood, water, hygiene supply (portapotty onsite), charger pack etc. Shelter has a generator so you can cool down the the cabin with the AC but we stayed during cool evening. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks again Jay!

Everything was taken care of. Everything I could have asked for was included. Lamps, bug spray, 4-5 different ways to cook literally anything, incredible sunsets, well kept fire pit, gorgeous lighting at night, clean property, hammocks, room for tents, huge family table to dine, dart board, tons of chairs for large families, two a/c units inside and plenty of fans, cooking utensils, potable water, soap and TP. I went alone and felt incredibly taken care of. I can’t wait to bring my entire family here!!! Jay, the property manager, is amazing! Thank you for everything, my solo trip was unbeatable.

Cabin was beautiful it was very warm cozy stay for us tons of things were placed outside for fun and games. Outdoor kitchen was a charm. Host (Jay) was already there when we got there to welcome us and he showed us around with every specific details needed. Very friendly person and indeed provided us with ample supplies. Must check out this place super close to Austin, and best for near by short trails and star gazing.

We really enjoyed our stay and Jay was excellent from the beginning. If you like camping I really recommend this place.

We had such a great time staying a Jay's place. The outdoor grill area was perfect for what we needed. The inside of the cabin is powered through a generator which lasted throughout the night when we needed to run the A/C. Everything was very clean and setup before we got there. Jay is very helpful and dropped by to show us around the property. I highly recommended this place for anyone who wants a great camping experience!

The outside kitchen has a gas grill with burner so it’s easy to do any basic cooking. There are multiple BBQ pits around too. Plenty of great areas to chill. Large picnic table to eat at. Cabin stays cool at night.
