My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 kids stayed here for a week. Jolie and Rob thought of everything to make the stay perfect. We were welcomed with a box of everything you would need in the kitchen included a bottle of wine. They also included a care package for our dog. The house was spotless and decorated beautiful. The amenities at the clubhouse made our trip a trip to remember. The family enjoyed the pool, pickleball, and jacuzzi. We can’t wait to go back.

Everything was as described. A shortage of some linen items at the begining due to a mixup, quickly resolved. Patio is great. Excellent stay.

The house was exactly as shown on VRBO. We enjoyed it very much. Communication was good. Mitch was extremely helpful. Just one suggestion would be a taller trash can for the kitchen. Appreciated all the extras given to us to start out our week. Would stay again.

Our family stayed in this house on vacation while visiting the Bethany Beach area. The house was exactly as represented in the listing. We loved every minute and plan to go back next year. We highly recommend it!

The house was "wow"! True to the description. The neighborhood was great! We went for a couple of bike rides nearby and found one of the old radar stations. Had a nice meal at the Bear Trap cafe. When not at the beach, we enjoyed hanging out on the great front porch and the screened-in porch. The owners welcomed us via text and were readily accessible. We visited Bethany Beach, Gordons Pond/Cape Henlopen in Rehoboth, Lewes, Assateague (be careful of the horses), and enjoyed a dinner at Ocean City, MD. Great vacation!

Jolie was such an amazing host. She was very understanding that we had 2 kids under 2 traveling with us and 2 dogs.
When we got to the house it was spotless. She left a bottle of wine, dog bowls and dog toys! It was such a cute gesture.
My grandparents used to live in the neighborhood and it reminded us of their home.
We can’t wait to stay there again next summer!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 6- 5 adults and an infant. Was well stocked and very clean with new appliances. Great neighborhood to walk our granddaughter. Enjoyed the pickleball courts. Went during off season and was very quiet which we enjoyed. Short drive to center of Bethany. Jolie and Rob were excellent hosts- very responsive!! Would definitely return

Our stay in this beautiful home was relaxing and peaceful. The house is on a quiet street in a golf community. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch every day and evenings on the screened porch in the back of the house. The extra fee for the use of the pool and shuttle was well worth it. We spent our beach days at Fenwick Island Beach State Park and took the shuttle in to Bethany Beach a couple of times. It was very convenient and the driver dropped us right off at our front door! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. I wound definitely recommend this vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay in Bethany. House was located in a lovely neighborhood and the club house had beautiful views of the sunset. The Coastal Kitchen had great food and drinks. The house had everything you need for a great stay. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for a family of 8. The gym and pool was nice and there were plenty of other activities to do there. Communication was good with the owner. The only issue we ran into was with the shuttle that runs to and from the beach. The one day they were only running one bus and we ended up waiting over an hour to get picked up from the beach. We decided after that it would be easier to drive to the beach and park our cars. This may have just happened when we stayed there and might not be a common occurrence. Overall we had a good experience. Thanks again to the owners!

Everything was terrific! Lovely home! Thoughtfully decorated, the owners were so accommodating, theres beach chairs, bikes, stocked kitchen, sweetest doggie welcome basket!
We loved the quiet Bear Trap community - so beautiful. Tree lined streets, sidewalks, We play lots of tennis, golf, biked, used the pool and was just a 15 minute drive to the beach.

Our off-season stay exceeded our expectations. There was enough sun to play in the sand and explore the boardwalk without worrying about the hassle of finding parking and a spot on the the beach.
The home in Bear Trap Dunes was lovely. Great location for young families with a short walk to the playground and quick drive to the grocery store for goods.
Eating dinner on the covered back porch was a delight to our kids and playing in the backyard and chalk on the sidewalks was a blast. We would highly recommend the home for your next Bethany vacation!

From the minute we booked the property to the minute we checked out, the owners made us feel like a part of their family. The property was soon clean and in such good shape, the pictures made have slightly undersold it. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed the entire vacation, largely because the owners had thought of everything before we even opened the front door. This property gets a definite 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept. Check I was super easy and the owners were prompt and helpful with any questions we had.
We loved that it was pet friendly so we could all be together. Some highlights were the beautifully furnished front porch and enclosed back deck. We spent plenty of relaxing time and meals on both. It was a slice of heaven to sit out and read a good book in the porch. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home
We all really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! The house is fully stocked with everything you could need especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean and well cared for. We also enjoyed relaxing in the front porch and the back deck. The community pool is very kid friendly and the facilities are clean. The owner was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Long Weekend
Our house was outstanding. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Kitchen was fully stock with all we need to make our turkey dinner. High end appliances. Owners were assessable.
Only issue was the second floor Jack/Jill bathroom need a privacy curtain on the window.
We will definitely go back.

Wonderful Beach Home Away From Home
This home is in a beautiful tree lined quiet community and you are only 3 miles to the beach! We had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. When we entered, we found a basket of supplies and a bottle of wine. There was even a basket for our dogs! The owners made the process of renting easy and they were very accessible. We loved all their recommendations especially since it was our first week stay in Bethany. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the living room and the kitchen was fully equipped. We loved riding the bikes around Bear Trap and sitting on the front porch and the back screened in porch. This home made us feel at home at the beach!
