Sea Whisper is in an excellent location on the north end of Anna Maria Island within very close walking distance of all the shops and food on Pine Street, as well as just a short walk (or drive) to the beach. The property was very clean for us and Jenny was in close communication throughout our stay. She was an excellent and gracious host. We even saw some manatees in the canal behind the house. The pool was a pretty cold, but the kids swam in it a couple of times. The beds were very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay.

The home was well maintained and so large and comfortable. The best part would have to be the outdoor area. The large covered porch was perfect as our stay occurred during a windy tropical storm. The porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors! Home was protected from wind and rain. Great open living space and beds were very comfy. Pool area could use some TLC, but it was great to sit on the deck and watch the wildlife on the water.

We traveled with another couple to AMI. We thought the home was in a great location and had what we needed for a short getaway.

Very nice home great mater shower and kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the outside The only issue one of the shower bathroom doors the seal is broken and it gets flooded

We had a great stay in Anna Maria. House was perfectly located, plenty of parking, and ample space throughout the house. Every room had its own bathroom which was great. Everything was within walking distance including plenty of restaurants and beaches. Kids loved the outside areas, and the house was decorated nicely and kept clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys at the house. Host answered all of our questions very quickly and provided some good advice on restaurants and things to do on the island. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

This is a nice property. The 3 bedrooms each have a full bath connected to the bedroom. The screened in pool is fantastic. We saw manatees swim up to the dock behind the house. We could easily get to the beach, pier, recreation facilities, and everything else on the island.

The place was clean and spacious. Great location.comunication was top notch,all questions answered promply.plenty of parking space. Jst make sure to abide by city rules for parking. Would definitely stay again.

Our family which included five adults and two kids (4 and 7) had the most amazing stay. The home is better than described, plenty of space, beautiful, and a great location. When we arrived there were even a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. We all loved watching/seeing the manatees from the dock and the pool! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, bikes. We had everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, the pier. Even before we booked Jenny was quick to respond to all the questions we had and she continued the same level of responsiveness the whole time. Thanks Jenny for such a great stay! We hope to be back again! :)

We've stayed on AMI a few times, and it was great to be so near Pine Ave! We loved being able to stroll to Waffle Press in the mornings, shop in the afternoons, then walk to the Waterfront for dinner.

We really loved the home… it was surprising how a 1500 sq ft home could feel o So big… having a private bathroom for each bedroom was great. Loved the heated pool and the private dock (where 3 manatees entertained every day). The home is right in the heart of Anna Maria where you can walk or ride bikes to Anna Maria downtown and piers, and easy access to both the bay and beach.

My wife and I came here with two other couples for a wedding and this house was a great home base. The house is a short walk to beaches and all of the shops and restaurants on the island. the pool was great. We each had a bedroom and bathroom.

We loved this space. Perfect location, within walking distance to both sides of the island. The pier and beach were close and walkable for us even with an infant. Cute shops and restaurants close. The house was clean and comfortable and we appreciated that there was a pack and play since we were traveling with a baby. The pool was amazing and the dock was a great bonus so we could fish right at the house. We even saw a momma and baby manatee one day! Jenny was super responsive and helpful with every question and request. We will definitely stay here again and refer our friends and family! What a treasure!

The property had a bunch of hidden treasures. The obvious ones were location, bicycles, and pool. The hidden ones, we, I’m going to keep them that way as it added an element of surprise and joy to our stay. Owners were very responsible, house was clean, loved the various spaces and layout.

Property is amazing!. We loved our stay! Clean, spacious, upgrades and everyone has a shower/sink/toilet in their room! Pool was beautiful, very clean and a great size! Location was perfect! Few minutes Manatee beach and down the street from golf cart rentals. We tried the Sand bar. Excellent food and cocktails right on the beach and only 5 minutes from the home! Super convenient! Book your stay here!

The interior of the house is great! Looks like just recently renovated. However, I do think the exterior needs a little TLC. There were some beach items available but some were broken. Overall, we had a good stay.

This property was immaculate inside. It could use a little attention in the yards to clean and organize the space, but overall it was very nice. We had plenty of space for our group. The neighborhood was quiet yet the house was very close to the free shuttle and several shops. Our group was very happy!

Overall loved the location of the property and how close it is to all the places we wanted to go. bedroom sizes and family gathering spaces were nice. Loved having a pool although would have loved to see better up keep of the outdoor patio spaces. Overall we will definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect .... life changing

We loved the location of this home and the renovations completed on the inside. We were happy to have beach chairs provided to take down to the beach, which was just a short walk or bike ride. Restaurants and shops are super convenient to get to as well. I would love to see updating on the outside for our next stay! This is a great place to stay and I highly recommend. We had a family of six, so it was really nice having 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms!

Perfect in every way. Location on the island is perfect. Near the top of the island and only a few blocks to the bay or the gulf. Having the dock on the canal was ideal. The manatees showed up every morning and the last day we were able to get one to come up and drink from the hose! There were kayaks there that we used to paddle around the canals and bay. There were bikes that we used to cruise around to the shops and the beaches. We hung out in the perfect outside area while the kids played in the pool. Can't wait to go back.

Pros: Overall the property was nice. There was just two of us, so there was more than enough room for us to stretch out, but the property would also be good for a family or couples that might want to travel together as each bedroom has a bathroom attached. The inside of the house was clean upon arrival, and the bed in the bedroom that we used was comfortable. The washer/dryer seemed new and the wi-fi worked without issues. The covered patio outside was also nice and came in handy for a few rainy days that we had during our stay. The pool person came each Thursday to check the pool, the grill worked well (although a bit worn on the inside), there were a few eating options within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. There were some beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use as well, although a few of the chairs were in rough shape. There were some bikes there that I assume were for guest use which was a nice gesture, but they were in rough shape and the tires were flat so the were unusable. Cons: The owner sent a separate rental agreement that stated limited supplies of certain household amenities would be provided such as toilet paper and dish soap, but it was a little disappointing to find what little was actually provided based on the price point of property. We were also surprised to find no dish rack to dry dishes on and to find the lock on one of the sliding doors was not working. (It was basically some loose screws that we were able to tighten enough, and we emailed the owner to make they were aware so they could fully address it after our stay) The outside of the property was a little messy with construction debris/materials stored under the stairs of the garage as well as in a little blocked off patio area which you had to look at as you went to/from the pool or dock. Again, we were blessed to have the opportunity to take a trip like this in the first place, but when you are on vacation I don’t necessarily want that to be what I have to look at. One last thing was that that the shower in the bedroom we stayed in was lacking a gasket on bottom of the glass door so every time you took a shower, the floor by the shower was flooded with water which needed to be cleaned up.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Whisperer. Loved having our own bathrooms. Great location, could walk and bike everywhere. Nice pool area. Home is not super fancy but fit our family and budget perfectly. Owner always responded quickly. Will definitely be back!

My family, six adults, all had plenty of space and so many options. This property is in the perfect location on Anna Marie Island. We walked to get coffee and to all restaurants as well as to the beach. You do not need a car or a golf cart if you stay in this house. We loved the huge sliding doors that open up to the screen porch and back yard. We loved the option to sit by the water in the morning and watch the birds and fish in the canal. I would highly recommend this house and the owner was excellent to work with during planning as well as during our stay when we had a quick question.
