My family enjoyed our stay. Quiet block, everything is nicely updated, basic supplies are provided, and it's a 2.5 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Host was great, easy to communicate with, and very welcoming. House was just what we were looking for, a comfortable place to slow down and relax. Easy walk to the beach. Overall, a perfect place to use as a base for day-adventures and as a cozy place to recoup.

We had a great overnight here. The owner even sent us sheets and towels when I neglected to bring my own. The decor was so cute. The early checkout was a little weird, but we would have been ready to leave at that time anyway.

Perfect size and location for our family of 3. Beach access is close, as are all attractions in Beach Haven. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely return.

We rented the first floor unit. It was quite refreshing that the house is exactly as described. It is perfectly located in Beach Haven Gardens, convenient to restaurants and the beach. Even though it was just my wife and I, the home offers plenty for a family as well.
Adrienne is a very pleasant host and was quick in responding to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun in the Sun beachouse fit our family just right. The house is shiney clean, the furniture and beds were like new, and the porch was our favorite place to be. The outdoor shower made beach cleanup a breeze, and the washer dryer setup was such a big help. We spent many hours at the beach, and having a house so close made our vacation...easy breezy.

We had a wonderful stay. We were lucky enough to meet our host and they are very friendly. The house is 3 minute walk to the beach. The location is walking distance from good restaurants. The fire pit was excellent for relaxing after sundown.

I stayed here with a family member of a similar age, and this house was PERFECT for us. I also think it would be a great place for anyone with younger kids. This home is beautifully maintained, and has plenty of space for anyone looking for a beach getaway. The host communicated excellently throughout the entire process, and did anything they could to make us feel comfortable. If you're still on the fence about renting this home, I'd be more than happy to discuss it more. Great value!!!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location - close to the beach, restaurant and attractions for the kids. Adrienne was a great host and happened to be upstairs during our stay. She was attentive and very responsive.

This was a wonderful rental for my husband, toddler and I. So clean and exactly as pictured. Super close to the beach and walkable. We fully intend on renting again in the future.

My family and I had a great time at the beach. The house is nicely located close to Bay Village and restaurants. The walk to the beach was safe and easy. We loved spending time on the front porch.

Simply Perfect!

Nice house, close to the beach!
Cute house, close to the beach, with all the amenities. Great place for families. (As someone with a little one, the washer and dryer is a life saver!)

We Love LBI!
This was our first time visiting LBI and we had a great time! Lots to do and relaxing plus friendly neighbors. It’s nice to stay in an area that was so fun and yet quiet and relaxing when we got back as opposed to other rentals where the house was nice but the neighbors we’re inconsiderate and noisy ….(Love that there’s a town ordinance for quiet after a certain time too!!). Adrienne is a very pleasant host and quick in responding to any questions I had. It’s apparent she takes pride in providing a nice place where you can create some wonderful memories!! We found the rental to be very clean, nicely maintained and decorated and it was in a great area! We plan to rent this again for next summer!

Perfect Little Beach Getaway
We had a great beach week, despite a few days of west winds and flies. But the house was perfect! Just as advertised. It was close to the beach, close to the boulevard, great restaurants and ice cream, donuts and bagels, etc. the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the space. And the outdoor shower and porch were some of my favorite parts! I would def come back again!

Adrienne was great. She was very responsive and quick. The house was better than I expected. I have been renting in LBI for years. This was my first experience with VRBO. I would definitely do it again and this specific house!

Great week at the beach.
We had a lovely stay at the house. It was well appointed and updated. We were disappointed that the listing stated 2 bathrooms when there was only one.
