Beautiful bungalow just steps to the beach. Well crafted layout. Very clean with very small kitchenette. Fan above bed was nice.

Off season there are very few restaurants open so walking to one opus not really an option. Strongly suggest a car if you go off season. The location is great, next to beach, but know you are a bit isolated.

The Bungalows are the perfect place to escape and reconnect. My husband and I had an idyllic overnight stay here. Just us chatting, laughing and reminiscing with a lovely cheese platter, a couple of beautiful bottles of champagne in our very own, totally private plunge pool.

The location was beautiful. Each bungalow is right next to the beach and we could see dunk island from inside the bungalow. It was extremely private and we enjoyed having our own private pool. The staff were really nice and helpful too. They provided us with food to make breakfast and then we drove into Mission Beach everyday for dinner which wasn’t very far at all. It was the best holiday we have had and would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful location, beach at front door, peaceful, close proximity to walking tracks and waterfalls, excellent place to stay, was not bothered by guests in other bungalows, great privacy

Friendly and helpful staff, ?Lance, welcomed me and helped transport my luggage even on his day off. Delicious and generous selection of breakfast foods included. Private plunge pool was just so welcome. Close proximity to the beach with beach view.

Car was parked a short distance from the bungalow, Lance very kindly transported my heavy luggage.

Perfect location. Lovely views. Very relaxed. Bonus was the previously unknown individual plunge pool. Not that we used it as it was cold. But must be a life saver in Queensland warmer weather. Not that it was an issue for us the isolation could be a problem. Recommend taking in supplies.

Everything!!!!! The Bungalows are exceptional .. from the amazing view when you enter your bungalow to the complimentary wine and beer in the fridge. Breakfast is also complimentary. There are eggs, bread, condiments, milk, fruit and Brookfarm Meusli. Everything is quality and it is extremely clean. There are only three bungalows so it is very secluded and quiet. The caretaker, Andrew, lives on-site and is very nice and interesting to chat to. Next time, I will stay for at least a week. Also, each bungalow has its own plunge pool. I loved it all. 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Very clean rooms with everything you needed. Great shared space. Right on the beach and easy walk or bike ride on a beautiful bush track to nearby takeaway. We absolutely loved it.

Areas away from the seabreeze had lots of mosquitoes. The bikes brakes needed some attention.

I loved the villa, and we had a plunge pool. We also used the main pool at the Bungalows communal lounge and kitchen. I had not realised at the time I booked that it was self catering, but there were ample breakfast provisions of a high quality. Everything was very clean, and very private. The bungalows are absolute beachfront, and look out to Dunk Island.

I felt $400 was a smidge high for an overnight stay, but if you're looking for privacy and a place to completely I wind then it is absolutely worth it. I saw the price vary for a one night stay considerably as I neared the date of my stay ($160 lower, but in a room without its own plunge pool).
