A brilliant holiday in a lovely area. House was perfect for a group of 11 in our 20s. Pool is massive, bedrooms all have aircon which is great. Ample space for us all and great amenities. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Surpassed expectations. 2 spacious apartments. Incredible views. Large pool. Well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. We did walk back from the town once and it was fine for fit afults and older children...but really you need a car to make the most of the surrounding area and facilities. 5 mins drive to large supermarket and a number of lovely beaches. Good selection of local bars n restaurants. Great BBQ.

We had a great time, the house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrasse with pool, enough chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas as well. The pool is heated, but the real asset of the house is the splendid view over the coast and Cavalaire. We would like to come back.

Check in process was easy with keys in a lockbox at the villa. The house itself is divided into two separate apartments both fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We found it very clean on arrival. My husband and I had the upstairs and our daughter and her husband had downstairs. Both levels have easy access to the pool and amazing views!! We had breakfast outside every day either by the pool or up on the balcony. Location is good if you don’t mind driving a bit. A good hour to St Tropez and Port Grimaud over mountain roads. We ate in Cavaliere sur Mer about four times and found there to be lots of fabulous bars and restaurants locally. You would still need a car though for dining and shopping in town. There are no shops within walking distance of the villa. Local beaches are lovely and there is a pretty little port to explore.
The only minor negatives we had were:
The pool is heated to 28C but we found this temp too cold for swimming so didn’t use it.
Each apartment only has one toilet and this might be difficult if you had a large family or a group of friends staying there.
WiFi didn’t work while we were there. We didn’t report this as we just used our own data but on our last day a technician turned up to repair it, so I assume the owners were aware. Sadly, no one informed us of the repairmen coming and this caused us some aggravation but this was our only complaint. Otherwise a perfect holiday and I would highly recommend this property. The views over the surrounding hills and down to the sea are simply spectacular!!

Fabuleux
Villa sublime dans quartier résidentiel avec une vue à couper le souffle.
Notre bande enfants / ado (x5) et mamans/taty (5x) avons passé un très agréable séjour autour de la piscine chauffée (je précise) malgré une météo capricieuse (4j grand soleil 3j modérés)
La villa est parfaitement située, cela nécessite un véhicule pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des villes alentours et autres bijoux de la côte d azur.
Çavalaire est une charmante station balnéaire et avons côtoyé des locaux très charmants.
Notre arrivée était parfaitement organisée, Sonia est très sympathique ☺️
Nous ne pouvons à l unanimité que recommander ce cadre fabuleux.

Très bon séjour, très belle vue
Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.
Chauffage un peu bruyant, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir.
La vue est super sympa.
On reviendra très certainement.

Villa idéalement place avec une superbe vue sur la mer.
Agréable séjour, maison confortable et piscine chauffée ! Seul bémol un problème électrique qui faisait sauter les disjoncteurs très régulièrement , problème avec le disjoncteur du chauffe-eau de l appartement du rdv.

Ruhige Lage
Auf der Homepage sahen die Räumlichkeiten etwas neuer aus als in der Realität. Auch war die Küche nicht sehr sauber. Das sonstige Mobiliar war zweckmässig, die Betten bequem. Doch gepunktet hat die "Villa" eindeutig mit der ruhigen Lage in einem Wohnquartier, dem Pool und dem grossen umzäunten Garten (waren mit Hund dort).

La piscine n'était pas très propre et pas aussi chaude qu'annoncé, le pisciniste a mis 3 jours a venir. Les deux appartements ne communiquent pas par l'intérieur. Il n'y avait rien dans les placards ni un peu de sel, ni de quoi faire la vaisselle. Si non, la maison est agréable à vivre. La plancha est super pour faire a manger pour les grands groupes. Et plutôt bien situé dans les hauts de Cavalaire.

Maison spacieuse avec magnifique vue !
La maison est très agréable et lumineuse avec une superbe vue. Nous étions en famille, aussi idéal si l'on vient avec des amis car la maison est sur 2 niveaux indépendants . Juste un bémol concernant certains éléments de mobiliers qui auraient besoin d'être rafraîchis ou même changés....

Super Aussicht
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Wir waren zwei Familien, insgesamt zu zehnt. Für diese Anzahl waren Platz und Ausstattung ausreichend, für mehr Personen könnte es knapp werden. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, die beiden kleineren Zimmer der unteren Wohnung sind aufgrund der Hanglage etwas dunkel.
Ansonsten hat alles gepasst!

We spent one nice little week in this Villa at the beginning of September. We have been here with 2 Families with 3 kids Each. Due to 2 separate appartments in the house this was really ideal with still beds left for friends.
Our Kids enyoied the pool the whole day long while the parents relaxed aside.
The villa is placed in a nice area on the hills above Cavalaire - with great view on the Cote d'Azur.
For our 2 dogs it was also great since the area is competely closed with fences. So they could run around by their own.
The house itself is partly renewed and offers in it's interior a compromise between modern style and typical southern France houses.
The houskeeping lady is very friendly and kind.
It would be a pleasure to come back again.
P.S.: We had almost no mosquitos.
The week prior we were in another place 40km away from Cavalaire and there they almost killed us...:)

Très agréable maison
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir, même si je sais qu'en recommandant vivement cette maison, je risque d'attirer l'attention de potentiels autres loueurs !
Tant pis, car elle le mérite vraiment :

très bonnes prestations générales, rien ne nous a manqué
propriétaire réactif, à l'écoute, soucieux du bien-être des locataires ; services de proximité de très bonne qualité

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés...et les ouvrir pour admirer la vue !
En conclusion, pour avoir loué de nombreuses fois à Cavalaire, c'est vraiment une maison idéale pour un séjour familial. Aucune hésitation à avoir

Tres bon accueil. Belle vue mer. Villa tres agreable situee à quelques minutes de la mer. Nous etions 14 et n avons eu aucun probleme de place. Je vous la recommande.

Séjour très agréable avec une vue sur mer magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Les appartements sont spacieux et bien équipés.
Piscine très bien aussi, il manque juste quelques points lumineux à l'extérieur pour le soir (piscine et terrasse)

toller Standort mit Blick auf die Bucht
Wir waren mit 13 Personen in Cavalaire und haben bei Stephanie eine zwei tolle FEWO gefunden. Die zwei Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Auch die Abwicklung zur Buchung und An/Abreise sehr gut. Diese Adresse können wir weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful Villa!
We rented this beautiful whole villa last two weeks of July 2014.

Sehr schöne Tage in Cavalaire
Wir hatten das ganze Haus gemietet mit zwei Familien! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht, ganz besonders natürlich von der oberen Wohnung! Trotz ruhiger Lage ist man schnell in Cavalaire wo alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind!
Der Pool ist natürlich absolut toll, ziemlich groß und schön beheizt! Das Highlight für unsere Kinder, neben dem Spielhaus und der Schaukel mit Rutsche für die Kinder!
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und würden es wieder mieten! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet , sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick über die Bucht war traumhaft. Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr freundlich.Wir haben uns sehr wol gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

The villa is a little bit outside of Cavalaire - just up the hill with a wonderful view overlooking the bay. You can reach everything easily by car (a supermarket is 5 min down the road) and during the summer months there's a shuttle bus running to the center&beach.
We had rented the whole villa and there was plenty of space for everyone. The interior is quite modern and stylish but also comfortable and cozy at the same time. The kitchens are well equipped with plenty of tableware. All rooms were clean and tidy and we even had to possibility to get bed linen and towels with our rent.
The surrounding is stunning. The pool is great and we had in May a comfortable swimming temperature thanks to the heating system in it. We always loved lunch time - sitting at the pool table overlooking the area. Besides the pool there's a little playground for kids on the lower floor and a ping-pong-table on the upper floor as well as a swing-set further down the garden.
The landlords were very helpful and we always felt cared for. Any question we had they answered promptly and they helped us with all the little problems we had without any delay because they were always reachable by cellphone. The booking was easy to do and the conatct was very pleasant.

My family went to Cavalaire for 2 weeks and we stayed in this beautiful villa. We had a wonderful time there and would definately go back. Thank you so much!
